Claims (13)
- Procédé de traitement des cendres volantes entraínées par les fumées émises lors de l'incinération de déchets ménagers et/industriels,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes de:collecte desdites cendres le long du circuit des fumées,formation d'une pulpe par apport d'eau à ces cendres,introduction de la pulpe ainsi obtenue dans le foyer (10) de l'incinérateur (1) de déchets, pour transformer les cendres en mâchefers par hydrolyse des chlorures inorganiques contenus dans les cendres et clinkérisation,récupération en sortie de l'incinérateur (1) par l'extracteur (12) des mâchefers ainsi formés. - Procédé de traitement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit apport d'eau est réalisé par ajout d'eau seule.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit apport d'eau est effectué par ajout de boues humides constituées d'eau, de matières organiques et de matières minérales comme par exemple les boues provenant de stations d'épuration des eaux ou les liqueurs noires de papeteries.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite pulpe a une siccité comprise entre 20 et 40 % en poids.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise un mélange de ladite pulpe avec les déchets ménagers et industriels avant introduction de ce mélange, par le moyen d'introduction (11) des déchets industriels et/ou ménagers.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits déchets ménagers et/ou industriels sont introduits par le moyen normal d'introduction (11) et en ce que ladite pulpe est introduite par un moyen d'introduction séparé (15) situé en amont et en zone froide du foyer (10).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que ladite pulpe et lesdits déchets ménagers et/ou industriels sont introduits par des moyens d'introduction séparés, les déchets ménagers et/ou industriels étant introduits par le moyen normal d'introduction (11) et la pulpe étant introduite directement dans le foyer (10) de l'incinérateur (1).
- Procédé d'incinération des déchets ménagers et/ou industriels, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le traitement des cendres volantes entraínées par les fumées émises lors de cette incinération par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant :un moyen d'introduction (11) des déchets dans le foyer (10) d'un incinérateur (1),un extracteur (12) situé en sortie basse du foyer (10), pour récupérer les mâchefers ainsi formés,un moyen de séparation (2) des cendres volantes des fumées, pour épurer ces fumées,un moyen d'extraction (13) et d'évacuation (14) des fumées épurées et,au moins un moyen de récupération (3, 4) des cendres volantes le long du circuit des fumées relié à un malaxeur (5),un moyen d'alimentation en solution aqueuse (6) relié au malaxeur (5),un moyen de transport (7, 8) de la pulpe formée dans le malaxeur (5), reliant la partie basse du malaxeur (5), directement ou indirectement, au foyer (10) de l'incinérateur (1) pour amener la pulpe dans le foyer (10) afin de transformer les cendres en mâchefers par hydrolyse des chlorures inorganiques contenus dans les cendres et clinkérisation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (7, 8) est relié au foyer (10) par le moyen d'introduction (15) débouchant dans la goulotte (9) située sous la trémie (11) d'introduction normale des déchets ménagers et/ou industriels.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (7, 8) est relié au foyer (10) par la trémie (11) d'introduction normale des déchets ménagers et/ou industriels.
