Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur selbstunterhaltenden Verbrennung von Schlämmen, die aus Kläranlagen für kommunale und/oder industrielle Wässer stammen, welches eine Stufe zur Entwässerung der Schlämme, indem die fühlbare Wärme der aus einem Verbrennungsofen (10) kommenden Rauchgase genutzt wird, umfaßt, wobei die entwässerten Schlämme dem Verbrennungsofen (10) in Pulverform zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entwässerung der Schlämme durch gleichzeitiges Zentrifugieren und Trocknen (16) durchgeführt wird, und daß die aus der Zentrifugier- und Trocknungsstufe stammenden Dämpfe dem Verbrennungsofen (10) zugeführt werden, um die nicht kondensierbaren Bestandteile zu zerstören und die notwendige Verbrennungs- und Verdünnungsluft in den Kreislauf zurückströmen zu lassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die entwässerten Schlämme in Pulverform dem Verbrennungsofen zur selben Zeit wie der Hausmüll zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entwässerungsstufe der Schlämme direkt in den Behandlungskreislauf (18, 20) der Rauchgase aus dem Verbrennungsofen (10) integriert ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus dem Verbrennungsofen (10) stammenden Rauchgase vor der Zentrifugier- und Trocknungsstufe durch Zufuhr von Verdünnungsluft (12) verdünnt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rauchgase behandelt werden, bevor ihre fühlbare Wärme in der Zentrifugier- und Trocknungsstufe der Schlämme gewonnen wird, wobei die Behandlung in einer Verdünnungskammer (12) erfolgt, in welcher gleichzeitig eine Vorentstaubung und eine Auskristallisierung der abgelassenen Produkte sichergestellt wird, die aus der Endstufe (20) der Rauchgasbehandlung kommen.
