Definitions
- the invention relates to fall protection Roofs, especially on roof construction sites, with several in Close and side by side in the direction of the eaves arranged, upward-facing bulkhead supports, which legs have rigid elbows whose other legs forming rafters over fastening shoes are attached to rafters.
- leaflet 42-7 / 91 of the construction trade association fall protection is known.
- the fasteners are bulkhead brackets in the part of the bulkhead support Representative braces are attached, whose other ends an upper and a lower spar one Grip over the railing of the bulkhead support in a hook shape. The spaces between the railings are through a network closed.
- the ropes that reach out on the ridge side disturb the free mobility at the roof construction site, because they have to be climbed over when changing positions. They therefore represent a certain moment of danger.
- Protective walls that are only attached via safety roof hooks always lie in the area of the lower rows of roofing sheets on so that these roofing tile rows are no longer in the secured area and are also not accessible. Because of the high Effort, especially with repair work, often there is even no construction of roof scaffolding in connection with roof work serious crashes again and again.
- a generic fall protection is by DE-B-10 63 795 known. That of the roof-parallel leg more rigid Protective wall girders arranged side by side there goes over several roof battens crossing this leg, on which the leg is supported, its a rafter on the ridge side using a hook Type of a fastening shoe overlaps. An eaves side Adaptation of such a bulkhead support is only by moving it in the repeat of the roof battens possible.
- a protective wall support is known from FR-A-2 341 720, which continues into an outrigger on the eaves wall side. The latter ends in an eaves parallel Longitudinal bar that is parallel to one at the angle apex arranged longitudinal rod extends. Leave both bars assign themselves to a common shoe. So a double shot having shoe is over at one point a screw with a beam parallel to the eaves connected.
- the object of the invention is an independent of given the roof battens given repeat To enable conversion of a fall protection.
- the bulkhead is better defined.
- the Means are simple and convenient. This is specifically the case proceeded that every other leg at several points can be attached to a rafters with a lying in the longitudinal direction of the rafters supports Adjustability to the mounting shoes. The rafter attachment the support is over fastening shoes reached. Their rafter-side attachment points can remain on the roof structure, so that at later repairs or new roof coverings these anchorage means of fall protection were used can be. In the event of subsequent repair work can after removing individual roofing sheets at these points the bulkhead brackets easy to put on again.
- the optimal allocation attain is in the longitudinal direction of the rafters support horizontal adjustability to the fastening shoes created.
- the fastening shoes are U-shaped and the Provide the support leg with a row of pins. This means that the adjustment is as fine as possible, almost stepless or alignment to the next "point" achieved is proceeded so that a partial length of the Bolt of bolt holes has elongated holes.
- An optimization with even vertical adjustment to the roof surface then results from several superimposed ones Bolt holes in the U-legs of the mounting shoes.
- the fastening shoes about the size of a slat thickness over the underside of the rafter support legs protrude. This opens up the possibility of Place the support legs firmly on the roof battens.
- the Hole protrusion in the U-legs can also be set this way be that the standardized strengths of the roof battens are taken into account are.
- the fixation of the fastening shoes such a solution is marked thanks to a lockable push / slide fastening heads fixed on the rafters.
- Regarding this Heads can be such in the rafters from above act associated screws.
- the heads protrusions a mounting plate. The latter can be found under Application of roofing-specific aids and tools, so fix by nailing.
- the heads as terminal hooks on the legs of a U-shaped Fastener are formed.
- the Heads in one piece with the mounting piece what turns out to be Die-cut can be realized with subsequent U-profiling by folding.
- Such a U-shaped profile Then there is the advantage of carrying the U-space through to use the crossbar. The latter can be even for the support of the minds in the way of Involve the shoe assigned to the push / slide fastening, by simply the hook base of the heads with the Top of a counter crossbar penetrating the U-space flees.
- Over the legs of the U-shaped mounting piece can also hold the nailed down Secure the fastening piece.
- a variant according to the even on classic fasteners such as Example nails can be dispensed with, then exists in that the web of the U-shaped mounting piece has protruding tines on the underside. They can be cut out of the web material and align it according to penetration.
- the backup is advantageous as a keyhole-like push / slide fastening realized by means of a spring-loaded locking pin. The spring load always holds the locking pin in the secured position. A strong will is needed Pull the locking pin. The latter is included trained so that he with a protruding finger insertion hole allowing the head passage of the screw locked in the web of the fastening shoe. Proves further it is advantageous for use that the bulkhead support on one side mounts for retractor rods or have holding rods.
- the high altitude jobs, especially roof construction sites Fall protection on sloping roofs is as whole marked with S. It is in the area of the eaves 1 installed and consists of a bulkhead support 2. That is via fasteners on the roof structure 3 held.
- the fastening elements are U-profiled fastening shoes 4. They are provided and put in pairs the roof-side points for fastening the bulkhead support 2 represents.
- Components of the bulkhead support 2 are further at least two elbows W. They are rigid. One of them upstanding leg 5 forms a load-bearing part the one that extends close to and towards eaves 1 fence-like protective wall 6, here formed by one Net 7 between the legs 5. A grid is also conceivable.
- the other leg of the rigid elbow W acts as a rafter support 8. It extends ridge-oriented parallel to the incline of the roof, respectively the roof structure 3, consisting of rafters 9, Counter battens 10 and roof battens 11. Between the rafters 9 and the synchronized ones attached to it Counter battens 10 can be covered. As a result of rafters 9 or counter battens 10 Mounted mounting shoes 4 form the roof parallel extending leg indirect rafter support 8th.
- the fastening shoes spaced apart in the direction of inclination 4 are U-shaped.
- Your U-web 12 is that Rafters facing 9 and lies in the embodiment on the top of the counter batten 10.
- Pin pins 13 are used to secure the pins. Since one is in the longitudinal direction adjustability of this leg the fastening shoes 4 is aimed, these have Leg of the elbows W rows of bolt holes 14 on, consisting of eaves-sided round holes 15 and ridge-side elongated holes 16.
- 21 are in the U-legs the mounting shoes 4 several arranged one above the other Bolt holes 20 realized.
- This opens the Possibility of height adjustment with a larger thickness or thick roof slats 11.
- three holes 20 are indicated, two of which are perpendicular arranged one above the other to the incline of the roof are, while a third hole 20 in the middle and laterally offset.
- the holes 20 are like this practically on the tips of an equilateral triangle arranged, the one triangle leg in the mentioned Vertical lies.
- the fixation of the mounting shoes 4 on the rafters 9 is done by means of screws 25.
- the corresponding Assignment is conveniently done using a Teaching, according to the thickness of the web 12 of the fastening shoes 4.
- the left free state of the significantly dikkeren Heads 26 of the screws 25 goes from the drawing forth.
- the web 12 has a peak dimension of the hexagonal Head 26 corresponding first insertion hole 27th on.
- a second insertion hole 27 is on the eaves side Front edge 28 of the U-web 12 open to the edge. It deals the holes around bores, their center distance x the y of the geometric axes of the screws 25 corresponds.
- each Niche 29 On the ridge side of the insertion holes 27 there is one each Niche 29. It has a circular, concave contour and is based on the outside diameter of the bolt Screw 25 matched. The radius point of the niche 29 lies approximately on the imaginary curved line of the wall the insertion hole 27. This creates a kind of keyhole contour. This leads to a push / slide fastening the mounting shoes 4 to the heads 26 of the Screws 25. The insertion holes 27 overflow the head zone the heads 26 until the web 12 is full on the top the counter battens 10 rests. By eaves side Moving results in the one shown in FIG. 7 Restraining the fastening shoe 4. The bottom of the Heads 26 overlaps the keyhole contour. The bolt supports the hole wall on the ridge side.
- a fuse can be removed at the same time from FIG. 7, which requires a certain handling in order to If necessary, loosen the fastening shoe 4 again.
- the fuse includes a locking pin 30. That is limited to stop perpendicular to the orientation of the support-forming legs and against a spring-loaded basic position relocatable. He has a protruding finger 31 as a locking piece. The latter is in the locked basic position in the level of a direct connecting line between the heads 26 of the screws 25. It fills this distance. Only a shift of the finger 31 in the direction of the arrow z gives the way for the "unthreading" the screw heads 26 free. The head grip of the Web 12 can be lifted.
- the lockable basic position of the locking pin 30 is defined by a collar 32 on it.
- the federal government is 32 a self-locking screw. It kicks against the outside of the relevant U-leg 21. Also lock nuts could serve this purpose. Both solutions are fine-adjustable.
- the other cantilevered end of the locking pin 30 goes into a small, end of it attached operating handle 33 over. Between the Actuating handle 33 and the corresponding outside the U-leg 21 there carries the neck of the Pin 30 a helical compression spring 34th
- the locking pin 30 is one of the two in the U-legs 21 bearing considered on the ridge side enlarged, with the formation of a push-through slot 35 for the finger 31.
- the push-through slot 35 runs parallel to the plane of the U-web 12.
- the diameter of the finger 31 corresponds to the height of one Screw head 26.
- the bearings for the circular in cross section Lock pin 30 begin immediately above the top of the U-web 12. With the associated support-forming Leg 8 holds the bottom of the finger 31 firmly against pivoting upwards. Here in there is an additional securing of the fasteners.
- the bearings for the pin 30 are designated 36.
- the upstanding leg 5 of the bulkhead support 2 or the angle piece W has receptacles 37 at the end and 38. In are railing bars or net roll bars 39 inserted.
- the recordings are on the ridge side facing flank of the legs 5.
- the entrances the opposing openings of the recordings 37, 38 are secured by bolts 40 which congruent bores of the elbows finished recordings 37 and the leg 5 enforce.
- the latter consists of a box profile. That can be closed at the top by a plate 41, so that there is no internal corrosion in the apex 22 is coming. But it can also be used for recording and locking telescopic extensions are used in which case the plate 41 would sit on.
- the box profile lies on the inner surfaces of the U-legs 17 of the support leg 8 and is there using the whole U-leg length welded. It’s a long time alternating U-shaped welding ramp.
- support struts go away from the bulkhead support 2 Traffic jams.
- These parts are also adjustable and lockable using the principle of the above rows of holes / bolt attachment.
- Round holes 45 are located at the ends.
- the guide is spaced apart U-brackets 46 formed, which areas too form the plug-through holes.
- the support head 48 can also be rubber-reinforced.
- the fastening shoe 4 releasably holding heads 26 also in the shape of mushrooms Projections on a mounting plate 50 realized be (see Figures 10, 11).
