Der vorzugsweise rotationssymmetrische Einsatz 7 liegt mit seiner Außenwandung an der Innenwandung des Gehäuses 1 an und bildet zusammen mit dem flanschförmigen Rand la des Gehäuses 1 die Pumpenseitenfläche 3, mit der die Pumpe an der Seitenwand des Verbrauchers abdichtend befestigt wird. Hierbei fluchten die Ein- und Auslässe der Pumpe mit denen des Verbrauchers.
Claims (9)
- Kreiselpumpe mit einer das Laufrad (4) umgebenden ringförmigen Druckkammer (8), die koaxial zum Laufrad ist und in der das Fördermedium kreist, bis es den Pumpenauslaß (9,10) erreicht, wobei zwischen Druckkammer (8) und Auslaß (9,10) keine weiteren Kanäle oder Leitungen für das zum Auslaß strömende Fördermedium bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Druckkammer (8) zwei Pumpenauslässe (9,10) aufweist, zwischen denen mittig der Pumpeneinlaß angeordnet ist.daß für beide Pumpenauslässe (9,10) jeweils ein Ventilschließglied (12,13) vorgesehen ist durch welche die Pumpenauslässe (9,10) verschließbar sind.daß in einer Laufrad-Drehrichtung (18) die in einer ersten Richtung fließende Strömung in der Druckkammer (8) den ersten Pumpenauslaß (9) schließt und den zweiten Pumpenauslaß (10) öffnet,daß in der entgegengesetzten Laufrad-Drehrichtung (19) die in der zweiten Richtung fließende Strömung in der Druckkammer (8) den ersten Pumpenauslaß (9) öffnet und den zweiten Pumpenauslaß (10) schließt, und
daß beide Ventile in einer zur Laufradachse rechtwinklig angeordneten Pumpenseitenfläche (3) liegen, die die Pumpenkammer (8) begrenzt und mit der die Pumpen an der Seitenfläche eines Verbrauchers oder einer Anschlußvorrichtung befestigbar ist. - Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventilschließglieder (12,13) Strömungsflächen (17) aufweisen, die in einer Strömungsrichtung durch das Fördermedium das Ventilschließglied (12,13) schließen und in der entgegengesetzten Strömungsrichtung das Ventilschließglied (12,13) öffnen.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventilschließglieder (12,13) Klappen sind.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe in geöffnetem Zustand in die Druckkammer (8) hineinragt.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine vordere Klappenkante (16) mindestens eine Strömungsfläche (17) bildet.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Klappenkante (16) nasenförmig oder zungenförmig vorsteht.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventilschließglieder (12,13) in einem Einsatz (7) gelagert sind, der im Innenraum (6) des Pumpengehäuses (1) einliegt.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (7) bis auf den Rand (la) des Pumpengehäuses (1) die Pumpenseitenfläche (3) bildet.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Pumpenauslässe (9,10) und Ventile diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, wobei der Pumpeneinlaß (11) mittig zwischen den zwei Pumpenauslässen angeordnet ist.
