Claims (6)
- Scharnier mit einem feststehenden Scharnierteil, das mit einem Wandelement verbunden ist und einem gegenüber dem feststehenden Scharnierteil verschiebbarem Scharnierteil, das an einem Schwenkteil, beispielsweise einer Klappe angeschlossen ist, wobei das verschiebbare Scharnierteil mittels eines, am feststehenden oder am verschiebbaren Scharnierteil festgelegten Halteelementes an dem feststehenden Scharnierteil in mindestens einer Verriegelungsstellung festlegbar ist, wobei das Halteelement gegen eine Feder abgestützt und gegen diese verstellbar an dem feststehenden bzw. verschiebbaren Scharnierteil angeordnet ist, wobei das Halteelement einen oder mehrere Ansätze aufweist, die in der Verriegelungsstellung entsprechende Hinterschneidungen des verschiebbaren bzw. des feststehenden Scharnierteils hintergreifen und wobei die Ansätze in der Raststellung an den Hinterschneidungen an gegenüber der Richtung der Verschiebung geneigten Formschrägen oder Rundungen anliegen, so daß zum Aufheben der Raststellung von einer, in das Schwenkteil eingeleiteten Kraft eine Kraftkomponente erzeugt ist, die das Halteelement gegenüber der Feder auslenkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Haltelement (30) klinkenartig mittels einer Drehlagerung (31) schwenkbar mit dem verschiebbaren oder dem feststehenden Scharnierteil (50, 60) verbunden ist, daß das Halteelement (30) die Ansätze (34) an einem Hebel beabstandet zu der Drehlagerung (31) hält und daß die Feder (40) beabstandet zu der Drehlagerung in Federaufnahmen (35, 55) des Halteelementes (30) und des feststehenden bzw. verschiebbaren Scharnierteils (50, 60) gehalten ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Drehlagerung (31) zwischen dem Halteelement 830) und dem verschiebbaren oder feststehenden Scharnierteil (50, 60) aus an dem Halteelement (30) angeschlossenen, zueinander fluchtenden Bolzen gebildet ist, die in eine entsprechend ausgebildete Bolzenaufnahme (59) einlegbar sind. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Halteelement (30) an dem Ansatz (34) und an den an den Ansatz (34) angeschlossenen Seitenbereichen Gleitflächen (36.1, 36.2) aufweist, die mit einer entsprechend gegenüberliegenden Gleitfläche (69.2) des verschiebbaren bzw. des feststehenden Scharnierteils (50, 60) zusammenwirken,daß beim Ein- oder Ausschwenken des Schwenkteils (20) die Gleitfläche (36.1) des Ansatzes (34) an der Gleitfläche (69.2) des verschiebbaren bzw. feststehenden Scharnierteils (50, 60) vorbeigeführt ist,daß in der Raststellung die Gleitfläche (36.2) zumindest eines Seitenbereiches an der Gleitfläche (69.2) des verschiebbaren oder des feststehenden Scharnierteils (50, 60) anliegt, unddaß die Gleitflächen (36.1, 36.2, 69.2) in der jeweiligen Betriebsstellung des Schwenkteils (20) mittels der Feder (40) gegeneinander gepreßt sind. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an dem feststehenden Scharnierteil (60) zwei, im rechten Winkel zueinander stehende Befestigungsschenkel (63, 64) angeordnet sind, die das Wandelement (10) an einer Kante (11) umfassen, die im Bereich des Drehzentrums des Schwenkteils (20) angeordnet ist,daß der eine Befestigungsschenkel auf der der Sichtfläche des Wandelementes (10) abgekehrten Seiten angebracht ist, unddaß der zweite Befestigungsschenkel (63) an die Stirnfläche des Wandeelementes (10) angeschlossen ist. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das verschiebbare Scharnierteil (50) mit einer Platte (57) versehen ist, die mit dem Schwenkteil (20) verbunden ist. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schwenkbewegung des Schwenkteils (20) in der ausgschwenkten Stellung mittels eines Anschlages (51) begrenzbar ist.
