Description

Zweiweq-Umschlaq
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zweiweg-Umschlag aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus Papier, Karton oder einer Kunststoffolie , an dem durch eine Faltlinie ein Vorderteil und ein Hinterteil ausgebildet sind, die nach Aufeinanderfaltung einen Behälter bilden, der mittels um weitere Faltlinien des Zuschnitts klappbare seitliche Faltlaschen zusammengehalten wird und mit¬ tels einer um eine weitere Faltlinie umfaltbaren mit Klebstoff versehenen Verschlußklappe verschließbar ist.
Ein derartiger Zweiweg-Umschlag ist durch die DE 34 16 621 AI bekannt und soll dazu dienen, sowohl bei der anfänglichen Sendung vom Absender zum Adressaten wie auch nochmals bei der Rücksendung vom ursprünglichen Adressaten zum Absender benutzt werden zu können. Der¬ artige Umschläge eignen sich zum Beispiel für den Ein¬ satz im Versandhaushandel. Die bekannten Zweiweg-Um- schlage haben jedoch den Nachteil, daß sie nur umständlich zu falten sind und die Gefahr besteht, daß sie beim erstmaligen Öffnen beschädigt werden und eine Wiederverwendung dann nicht mehr möglich ist.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Zweiweg-Umschlag der eingangs genannten Art so zu ver¬ bessern, daß eine einfache Umfaltung möglich ist und Beschädigungen des Umschlags beim Öffnen weitgehend vermieden werden.
Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt die Lösung der Aufgabe durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1. Vorteil¬ hafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung werden in den abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben. Die Erfindung wird nachstehend am Beispiel der in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Zuschnitte für Zweiweg-Um¬ schläge näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 den Zuschnitt des Zweiweg-Umschlags in aufgeklappter Lage,
Fig. 2 den Zuschnitt mit auf das Vorderteil geklapptem Hinterteil,
Fig. 3 den Zuschnitt nach Fig. 2 jedoch mit eingeklappten seitlichen Faltlaschen,
Fig. 4 den Zuschnitt nach Fig. 3 jedoch mit umgeklappter Verschlußklappe,
Fig. 5 den Zuschnitt nach Fig. 4 in einer
Queransicht im Schnitt,
Fig. 6 zwei weitere Zuschnitte eines Zwei- und 7 weg-Umschlags in aufgeklappter Lage.
Fig. 1 zeigt den Zuschnitt 2 des Zweiweg-Umschlags 1 in aufgeklappter Stellung. Der Zuschnitt 2 weist einen mittleren Flächenabschnitt auf, der das Vorderteil 3 des Zweiweg-Umschlags 1 bildet. Der eine Rand des mittleren Flächenabschnitts ist als Faltkante 11 aus¬ gebildet, an dem sich als weiterer Flächenabschnitt die Verschlußklappe 12 anschließt. Der andere Rand des mittleren Flächenabschnitts ist als Faltkante 5 ausge¬ bildet, an dem sich der Flächenabschnitt des Hinter¬ teils 4 anschließt. An den Seitenkanten des mittleren Flächenabschnitts sind Faltlaschen 9, 10 ausgebildet und über Faltlinien 7, 8 mit dem Vorderteil 3 verbunden. An den Endabschnitten 13, 14 der Faltlaschen 9, 10 sind mittels Schlitzen 21, 22 Einschublaschen 15, 16 ausgebildet. Die Schlitze 21, 22 sind parallel zu den Faltlinien 7, 8 angeordnet. Die Einschublaschen 15, 16 werden beim Zusammenfalten des Zuschnitts 2 zur Ausbildung des Umschlags in einen Schlitz 17 gesteckt, der am Hinterteil 4 ausgebildet ist. Um das Einschieben der Einschublaschen 15, 16 in den Schlitz 17 zu erleichtern, ist es möglich, die freien Eckabschnitte 27, 28 der Einschublaschen 15, 16 gerundet oder abgeschrägt auszubilden.
An dem Endabschnitt 18 der Verschlußklappe 12 ist mit¬ tels einer Trennperforation 24 ein Querstreifen 23 ausgebildet. Auf der beim erstmaligen Gebrauch des Zweiweg-Umschlags 1 als Rückseite 25 dienenden Fläche des Querstreifens 23 ist ein Klebstreifen 19 vorgesehen. Mittels dieses Klebstreifens 19 wird die Verschlußklappe 12 an dem Hinterteil 4 festgeklebt. Zum Öffnen der Verschlußklappe 12 muß diese an der Trennperforation 24 von dem Querstreifen 23 gelöst werden, der auf dem Hinterteil 4 haften bleibt. Auf der Vorderseite 26 der Verschlußklappe 12 ist neben der Trennperforation 24 ein weiterer Klebstreifen 20 ausgebildet, mittels dem die Verschlußklappe 12 beim zweiten Gebrauch des Zweiweg-Umschlags 1 an dem Hinterteil 4 festgeklebt wird.
Zur Herstellung des Zweiweg-Umschlags 1 aus dem Zuschnitt 2 wird zunächst das Hinterteil 4 um die Faltlinie 5 auf das Vorderteil 3 geklappt. Dann werden die Faltlaschen 9, 10 um die Faltlinien 7, 8 auf das Hinterteil 4 geklappt und die Einschublaschen 21, 22 in den Schlitz 17 des Hinterteils 4 gesteckt (Fig. 2 und 3) . Danach wird die Verschlußklappe 12 um die Faltlinie 11 auf das Hinterteil 4 geklappt. Durch Entfernung einer Schutzfolie vom Klebstreifen 19 haftet die Verschlußklappe 12 dann auf dem Hinterteil 4 (Fig. 4 und 5) . Für eine zweite Verwendung des Zuschnitts 2 als Zweiweg-Umschlag 1 ist es lediglich erforderlieh, den Zuschnitt 2 wieder in eine Ebene aufzufalten und dann das Hinterteil 4, die Faltlaschen 9, 10 und die Verschlußklappe 12 in entgegengesetzter Richtung wie beim erstmaligen Gebrauch auf das Vorderteil 3 zu klappen. Es ist auch möglich, im Vor¬ derteil 3 des Zuschnitts 2 eine rechteckförmige oder quadratische Durchbrechung vorzusehen, die mit einer sichtdurchlässigen Folie verschlossen ist. Hierdurch kann der Zweiweg-Umschlag 2 als Fensterumschlag verwendet werden.
Fig. 6 zeigt einen Zuschnitt 30 für die Ausbildung eines weiteren Zweiweg-Umschlags 29. Dieser Zuschnitt 30 weist im Hinterteil 4 keinen Schlitz 17 auf. Die Einschublaschen 15, 16 sind an den Faltlaschen 9, 10 entgegengesetzt zueinander ausgerichtet ausgebildet. Nach Umklappen der Faltlaschen 9, 10 um die Faltlinien 7, 8 können daher die Einschublaschen 15, 16 in den Schlitzen 21, 22 ineinander gesteckt werden. Um das Einschieben zu erleichtern, sind die Eckabschnitte 28 der Einschublaschen 15, 16 abgeschrägt ausgebildet.
Fig. 7 zeigt einen weiteren vereinfachten Zuschnitt 32 eines Zweiweg-Umschlags 31. Bei diesem Zuschnitt 32 sind an den Faltlaschen 9, 10 keine Einschublaschen 15, 16 vorgesehen. Die Faltlaschen 9, 10 werden zur Ausbildung des Zweiweg-Umschlags 31 lediglich um die Faltlinien 7, 8 umgeklappt, bis sie aufeinander liegen. Danach wird das Hinterteil 4 auf die Faltlaschen 9, 10 geklappt und danach wie oben beschrieben der Verschluß mittels der Verschlußklappe 12 durchgeführt.
In einer weiteren Ausbildung der Zweiweg-Umschläge 1, 29, 31 ist es auch möglich, die Faltlinie 5 als
Trennperforation auszubilden. In diesem Fall kann das
Hinterteil 4 des jeweiligen Zuschnitts als Postkarte gestaltet sein, die nach Lösen von dem betreffenden Zuschnitt dann für sich weiterversandt werden kann.

Claims

P A T E N T A N S P R Ü C H E
1. Zweiweg-Umschlag aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus Papier, Karton oder einer Kunststoffolie, an dem durch eine Faltlinie ein Vorderteil (3) und ein Hinterteil (4) ausgebildet sind, die nach Aufeinanderfaltung einen Behälter bilden, der mittels um weitere Faltlinien des Zuschnitts klappbare seitliche Faltlaschen (9, 10) zusammen- gehalten wird und mittels einer um eine weitere
Faltlinie umfaltbaren mit Klebstoff versehenen Verschlußklappe (12) verschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltlaschen (9, 10) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie beim Umklappen um die Faltlinien (7, 8) auf das Vorderteil (3) einander überlappen und daß an dem Endabschnitt (18) der Verschlußklappe (12) beidseitig ein Klebstreifen (19, 20) angeordnet ist.
2. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß an den Endabschnitten (13, 14) der Faltlaschen (9, 10) Einschublaschen (15, 16) ausgebildet sind, die in einen am Hinterteil (4) ausgebildeten Schlitz (17) einschiebbar sind.
3. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß an den Endabschnitten (13, 14) der Faltlaschen (9, 10) Einschublaschen (15, 16) ausgebildet sind, die nach Umklappen der Faltlaschen (9, 10) um die Faltlinien (7, 8) ineinander steckbar sind.
4. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die einander überlappenden Faltlaschen (9, 10) von dem um eine Faltlinie (5) umfaltbaren Hinterteil (4) abdeckbar sind.
5. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die Einschublaschen (15, 16) durch einen an den Faltlaschen (9, 10) ausgebildeten Schlitz (21, 22) ausgebildet sind.
6. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß jeder Schlitz (21, 22) parallel zur Faltlinie (7, 8) der betreffenden Faltlasche (9, 10) ausgebildet ist.
7. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß der auf der Rückseite (25) der Verschlußklappe (12) ausgebildete Klebstreifen (19) auf einem Querstreifen (23) der Verschluß- klappe (12) angeordnet ist.
8. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß der Querstreifen (23) mittels einer Trennperforation (24) mit der Verschlußklappe (12) verbunden ist.
9. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der auf der Vorder¬ seite (26) der Verschlußklappe (12) ausgebildete Klebstreifen (20) parallel zur Trennperforation
(24) auf der Verschlußklappe (12) ausgebildet ist.
10. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstreifen (19,
20) mit einer abziehbaren Folie abgedeckt sind.
11. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß im Vorderteil (3) des Zuschnitts (2) eine rechteckförmige oder quadratische Durch¬ brechung ausgebildet ist, die mit einer sieht- durchlässigen Folie verschlossen ist.
12. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach den Ansprüchen 2, 3, 5, 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien Eckab¬ schnitte (27) , (28) der Einschublaschen (15) , (16) gerundet oder abgeschrägt ausgebildet sind.
13. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 3, 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschublaschen (15, 16) an den Faltlaschen (9, 10) entgegenge¬ setzt zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
14. Zweiweg-Umschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die Faltlinie (5) als Trennperforation ausgebildet ist.
