Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Montieren eines Einspritzpumpenelementes (1,1') einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei das Einspritzpumpenelement (1,1') einen Plunger (3) aufweist, der zur Verstellung der Kraftstoffördermenge einen einen Verstellstift (5) tragenden Lenkhebel (4) aufweist, wobei der Verstellstift (5) in eine Ausnehmung (6) einer Regelstange (7) einsetzbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelstange (7) bei der Montage der Einspritzpumpenelemente (1, 1') gegen einen federnd nachgiebigen Regelstangenanschlag (11) gedrückt wird, und daß in dieser Montagestellung der Lenkhebel (4) gegen einen eigenen Anschlag (13) gedreht mit dem Verstellstift (5) in die Ausnehmung (6) der Regelstange (7) eingesetzt und befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lenkhebel (4) des Einspritzpumpenelementes (1, 1') zur Einstellung der Grund-Fördermenge gegen den Anschlag (13) gedreht wird und der Verstellstift (5) gegen die Montagebewegungsrichtung (8) der Regelstange (7) gedrückt wird.
- Einspritzpumpenelement (1,1') einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei das Einspritzpumpenelement (1,1') einen Plunger (3) aufweist, der zur Verstellung der Kraftstoffördermenge einen einen Verstellstift (5) tragenden Lenkhebel (4) aufweist, wobei der Verstellstift (5) in eine Ausnehmung (6) einer Regelstange (7) einsetzbar ist und wobei die Regelstange (7) gegen einen Regelstangenanschlag (11) drücktbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Regelstangenanschlag (11) derart federnd nachgiebig gebildet ist, daß bei der Montage der Einspritzpumpenelemente (1, 1') die Regelstange (7) gegen den Regelstangenanschlag (11) verschiebbar ist, und daß im Normalbetrieb der Brennkraftmaschine die Regelstange (7) an den Regelstangenanschlag (11) anliegt ohne diesen federnd nachgiebig zu bewegen.
- Einspritzpumpenelement (1,1') einer Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Regelstangenanschlag (11) eine Feder ist.
- Einspritzpumpenelement (1,1') einer Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Regelstangenanschlag (11) eine Spannhülse (11) ist.
- Einspritzpumpenelement (1,1') einer Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannhülse (11) ein Federelement aufweist.
- Einspritzpumpenelement (1,1') einer Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannhülse (11) zwei Schlitze (17) aufweist, die das Federelement begrenzen.
- Einspritzpumpenelement (1,1') einer Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federweg 0,1 bis 0,6 mm, vorzugsweise 0,3 mm beträgt.
