Claims (17)
- Verfahren zur Regenerierung von überwiegend kunstharzgebundenem Giessereialtsand und/oder von thermisch belastetem bentonitgebundenem Formsand mittels mechanischer Trennung von Anteilen der Bindestoffe von der körnigen Grundmasse für die Wiederverwendung anstelle von Neusand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Altsand aus einem Behälter (9) in ein Auffangbehälter (7) geleitet wird, welcher Auffangbehälter (7) in eine vorgegebene Rotation versetzt wird, zwecks Aneinanderreiben der Sandkörner zwischen einem drehenden Anteil Sand auf dem Auffangbehälter (7) und einer stehenden Sandsäule im Behälter (9), wobei der Sand mittels Zentrifugalkraft durch mindestens einen Spalt (16) herausbefördert und an Reibelementen (20) vorbeigeführt wird, um die Korn an Korn Reibung zu intensivieren, und dass der hierbei entstehende Staub kontinuierlich abgesaugt und dass schliesslich der regenerierte Sand in den Giessereisandkreislauf zurückgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Altsand kontinuierlich regeneriert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Altsand chargenweise regeneriert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Verfahrensschritte des Anspruches 1 beliebig oft wiederholbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, mit einem Behälter (9), der als Zylinder ausgebildet ist, für die Aufnahme des Altsandes, wobei der Behälter an seinem unteren Ende und von diesem beabstandet einen drehbaren Teller (7), der als Aufnahmebehälter ausgebildet ist, aufweist, derart, dass zwischen dem Behälter (9) und dem Teller (7) sich ein Spalt (16) ergibt, der zur Austragung des Altsandes aus dem Behälter (9) dient, wobei Mittel zum Absaugen des infolge der Korn an Korn Reibung entstehenden Staubes vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Behälter (9) eine sich drehende Antriebswelle (10) mit dem daran befestigten drehbaren Teller (7) verläuft, wobei im Spaltbereich Reibelemente (20) angeordnet sind und eine Sandabführeinrichtung (12) zur Rückführung des gereinigten Sandes in den Sandkreislauf vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Antriebswelle (10) mehrere Aufnahmebehälter (5,7) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu jedem Aufnahmebehälter ein Spalt (16), Leitelemente (8), Führungselemente (6) und eine Absaugungsvorrichtung zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5, 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmebehälter (5,7) in der Art eines Tellers ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebswelle (10) und die Aufnahmebehälter (5,7) mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten zueinander drehbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Binderhüllen an Führungselementen (6) statisch entladen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Spalt zwischen dem Behälter (9) und dem Aufnahmebehälter (5,7) Reibelemente (20) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibelemente (20) einen beliebigen, vorzugsweise balligen Querschnitt, aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibelemente (20) beliebig im Spalt (16) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibelemente (20) austauschbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibelemente (20) vorzugsweise aus einem verschleissarmen Werkstoff wie z.B. Hartguss, Hartstahl, einem Metall mit Hartauftrag, Keramik, usw., hergestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebswelle (10) als Hohlwelle ausgebildet ist und zur Entstaubung verwendet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite des Spaltes (16) stufenlos durch eine Verstelleinrichtung (24,25) einstellbar ist.
