Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour le traitement de produits d'imprimerie, comportant un tambour de traitement (14) qui est soumis à rotation autour d'un axe à peu près horizontal (12) et présente pour les produits d'imprimerie (10) des compartiments (32) ouverts radialement vers l'extérieur et séparés les uns des autres par des éléments de paroi (18) régulièrement répartis dans la direction circonférentielle et s'étendant à peu près dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (12), une alimentation (28) pour l'amenée de produits d'imprimerie (10) au tambour de traitement (14), un transporteur d'évacuation (54) décalé de l'alimentation (28) dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (12) pour l'évacuation des produits d'imprimerie (10) du tambour de traitement (14), des éléments transporteurs (34) adjoints aux compartiments (32) pour le transport des produits d'imprimerie (10), au cours des révolutions du tambour de traitement (14), dans la direction de l'alimentation (28) au transporteur d'évacuation (54), et des postes de travail et/ou d'alimentation (30) placés entre l'alimentation (28) et le transporteur d'évacuation (54) pour le travail des produits d'imprimerie (10) et l'amenée de nouveaux produits d'imprimerie (10) ou d'encarts (76), caractérisé par un carrousel (40) formant l'alimentation (28) ou le transporteur d'évacuation (54) ou placé entre ceux-ci (28, 54) et comportant des parties réceptrices (44) ouvertes vers l'extérieur et séparées les unes des autres par des éléments séparateurs (42), et un organe tracteur sans fin (46) qui tourne autour de l'axe de rotation (12) et autour d'un organe de renvoi (48) espacé de celui-ci et est entraîné dans le même sens que le tambour de traitement (14) et sur lequel les éléments séparateurs (42) sont placés les uns derrière les autres, les éléments séparateurs (42) et les parties réceptrices (44) étant, dans une partie (50') s'étendant autour de l'axe de rotation (12) de leur trajectoire (50), vus dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (12), alignés avec les éléments de paroi (18) ou les compartiments (32) du tambour de traitement (14) et contigus à ceux-ci, par des moyens agissant dans cette partie de trajectoire (50') pour le transport des produits d'imprimerie (10) placés dans les compartiments (32) ou les parties réceptrices (44), ou à cheval sur les éléments de paroi (18) ou les éléments séparateurs (42), à peu près dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (12), des compartiments (32) et des éléments de paroi (18) aux parties réceptrices (44) et aux éléments séparateurs (42) ou inversement, et par des postes de travail ou d'alimentation (74, 82, 88, 88', 88'', 90, 92, 94, 96, 98, 100, 102, 112) placés le long du carrousel (40).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que lorsque les compartiments (32) et les parties réceptrices (44) ainsi que les éléments de paroi (18) et les éléments séparateurs (42) sont alignés, les éléments transporteurs (34) correspondants exécutent une course de transport et une course de retour, et les éléments transporteurs (34) sont destinés à transporter, au cours de la course de transport, des produits d'imprimerie (10) des compartiments (32) aux parties réceptrices (44) ou inversement.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que le long du tambour de traitement (14) sont placés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (12) plusieurs postes d'alimentation (30) pour introduire un produit d'imprimerie (10) dans chacun des compartiments (32) ou le poser à cheval sur les éléments de paroi (18) présentant à leurs extrémités extérieures radialement un appui en forme de selle (20), et qu'entre deux postes d'alimentation (30) successifs est placé un carrousel (40) qui évacue du tambour de traitement (14) les produits d'imprimerie (10) amenés à lui et les ramène à celui-ci.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le carrousel (40) présente des moyens de déplacement (116) agissant perpendiculairement à la direction de révolution (U) pour, dans une autre partie, différente de la partie (50'), de la trajectoire (50), déplacer les produits d'imprimerie (10) dans les parties réceptrices (44).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'évacuation présente un carrousel (40) dont l'organe tracteur (46) s'étend autour de l'axe de rotation (12) d'un autre tambour de traitement (14', 14'') pour faire office d'alimentation (28) pour celui-ci et transporter les produits d'imprimerie (10) d'un tambour de traitement (14) à l'autre.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'évacuation présente un carrousel (40) auquel est adjoint un transporteur d'évacuation (54, 56) pour l'évacuation des produits d'imprimerie (10) du carrousel (40).
