Claims (12)
- Rotationsdruckmaschine mit mehreren zusammenarbeitenden Zylindern, die mit ihren Zapfen (10, 41) wenigstens mittelbar in Seitenwänden gelagert sind, wobei bei mindestens einem Zylinder in einer Seitenwand (2, 54) eine Öffnung vorhanden ist, durch die insbesondere eine hülsenförmige Druckform oder insbesondere eine Gummituchhülse hindurchführbar ist und die mittels einer schwenkbar an der Seitenwand angeordneten Tür (16, 55, 56) freilegbar ist, in der in ihrer die Öffnung der Seitenwand verschließenden Stellung ein Zapfen des Zylinders gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tür (16, 55, 56) im Bereich des Zapfens (10, 41) in zwei Türflügel (4, 5, 57, 58, 59, 60) geteilt ist, die vom Zapfen (10, 41) wegschwenkbar an der Seitenwand (2, 54) angeordnet sind.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Türflügel (4, 5) etwa nebeneinander und deren Schwenkachsen (17, 18) etwa senkrecht angeordnet sind.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Türflügel (57, 58, 59, 60) etwa übereinander und deren Schwenkachsen (61, 62, 63, 64) etwa waagerecht angeordnet sind.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Türflügeln (4, 5) konzentrische zu den Schwenkachsen (17, 18) Bolzen (19 bis 22) befestigt sind, daß jeweils zwei benachbarte Bolzen (19, 21; 20, 22) einer Tür (16) in eine Konsole (23, 24) ragen und die Tür (16) mitsamt den Konsolen (23, 24) in die Öffnung (3) der Seitenwand (2) eingesetzt ist und die Türflügel (4, 5) unter Abstützung mittels Federn (27, 28) an einer Konsole (23) gegen die andere Konsole (24) kräftemäßig verspannt sind.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den beiden Türflügeln (4, 5) einer Tür (16) die Zapfen (10, 41) mehrerer Zylinder (6 bis 9) gelagert sind.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Türflügel (4, 5) als Abtriebsschwinge jeweils eines Gelenkvierecks ausgebildet sind, dessen Antriebsschwinge (34) an der Seitenwand (2) gelagert ist und über eine Koppel (35) gelenkig mit dem Türflügel (4, 5) verbunden ist, und daß die Antriebsschwinge (34) mit einem Motor in Antriebsverbindung steht.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsschwinge (34) mit einem in der Seitenwand (2) schwenkbar gelagerten Hebel (38) in Antriebsverbindung steht, an dem ein Arbeitszylinder (36) angelenkt ist und daß das Gelenkviereck in der Schließstellung der Türflügel (4, 5) eine Übertotlagenstellung einnimmt.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsschwinge (34) mit einem von einem drehrichtungsumkehrbaren Motor angetriebenen Schneckengetriebe in Antriebsverbindung steht.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Türflügel (57, 58, 59, 60) konzentrisch zu seiner Schwenkachse (61, 62, 63, 64) ein Schneckenrad (73, 74, 75, 76) trägt, das mit einer Schnecke (77, 78, 79, 80) in Eingriff steht, die von einem an der Seitenwand (54) befestigten, drehrichtungsumkehrbaren Motor (83, 84) angetrieben wird.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (10, 41) des Zylinders (6, 7, 8, 9, 46, 47) in einer Lagerbüchse (11, 12, 13, 14, 50, 51) aufgenommen ist, die in den Türflügeln (4, 5, 57, 58, 59, 60) lagert.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrung der Lagerbüchse (11, 12) zur Aufnahme des Zapfens (41) des Zylinders (6, 7, 46, 47) exzentrisch zum Außenmantel der Lagerbüchse (11, 12, 50, 51) angeordnet ist und die Lagerbüchse (11, 12, 50, 51) konzentrisch zum Außenmantel ein Zahnsegment (42) trägt, in das in der Schließstellung der Türflügel (5) ein Stirnrad (43) eingreift, das an einem Türflügel (5) drehbar gelagert ist und mittels eines am Türflügel (5) angeordneten Arbeitszylinders (45) schwenkbar ist.
- Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Türflügel (4, 5, 57 bis 60) einer Tür (16, 55, 56) zum anderen Türflügel (4, 5, 57 bis 60) mittels Exzenter zustellbar gelagert ist.
