Claims (7)

  1. Mit einem Drucktuch (10) ausgestatteter Druckzylinder, welches eine lithographische bzw. Druckschicht (12), der wenigstens eine zusammendrückbare Schicht (13) zugeordnet ist und eine äussere Verstärkungsschicht (14) umfasst, welcher Zylinder (1) eine sich axial innen erstreckende Nut (6) aufweist, die mit Mitteln (5) zur Befestigung mit Regelung von zwei entgegengesetzten Rändern (15) des Drucktuches (10) versehen ist, damit dieses den Umfang (1a) des Zylinders (1) in enger Weise umgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der der lithographischen Schicht (12) entgegengesetzten äusseren Schicht (14) des Drucktuches (10) eine aus thermoplastischem Elastomer bestehende Schicht (11) aus Polymerwerkstoff befestigt ist, welche sich über die ganze Fläche der besagten äusseren Schicht (14) erstreckt, damit die Befestigungsmittel (5) in der Nut (6) die entgegengesetzten Ränder (15) des Drucktuches (10) zur selben Zeit wie die Enden (11b) der Schicht (11) aus Polymerwerkstoff, die einen unbedingt zum Drucktuch gehörenden Teil bildet, ergreifen, um insbesondere eine homogene Spannung, ohne Änderung der Dicke, des Drucktuches (10) auf dem Zylinder (1) zu gestatten.
  2. Druckzylinder gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (11b) der Schicht (11) aus Polymerwerkstoff ein Mittel zur Zurückhaltung der Drucktuch (10) - Schicht (11) - Gesamtanordnung durch Kleben an den Befestigungsmitteln (5) bilden.
  3. Drucktuch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht (11) aus Polymerwerkstoff an der vorgenannten Aussenschicht (14) des Drucktuches durch Kleben, Strangpressen, Heisskomplexbildung, Bestreichen oder Kalandrieren befestigt wird.
  4. Druckzylinder gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Schicht (11) aus Polymerwerkstoff zwischen ungefähr 4 und 400 Mikrometern liegt, während das eigentliche Drucktuch (10) eine zwischen ungefähr 1 und 3 mm liegende Dicke hat.
  5. Druckzylinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Schicht (11) aus Polymerwerkstoff zwischen 100 und 250 Mikrometern liegt, während die Dicke des Drucktuches (10) zwischen 1,6 und 2,2 mm liegt.
  6. Druckzylinder nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht (11) aus Polymerwerkstoff aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer wie zum Beispiel Urethan, aus einem thermoplastischen Kopolymer aus Polyester und Polyether, aus Polyolefin, aus Polyamid, aus Blockpolymeren von Styrol besteht.
  7. Druckzylinder gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenfläche (11a) der Schicht (11) aus Polymerwerkstoff erhabene Teile aufweist.
