Description
Zum Einlegen eines neuen Blockes wird bei dieser Vorrichtung der Stempel quer in eine Position seitlich der Preßachse verfahren. Zum anschließenden Einschieben des Blockes ist eine gesonderte angetriebene Stoß-Stange vorgesehen.
Claims (1)
- Arbeitsverfahren zum Laden eines Preßblockes (5) mittels einer Blockladevorrichtung (1) in den Blockaufnehmer einer Metallstrangpresse zum Pressen von Profilen durch eine Matrize (4) mit Hilfe eines Preßstempels (3), das folgende Arbeitsschritte aufweist:a) am Preßende verfährt der Blockaufnehmer (2) entgegen der Preßrichtung auf einen Abstand zur Matrize (4),b) gleichzeitig fährt der Preßstempel (3) aus dem Blockaufnehmer (2) heraus,c) der Preßrest wird vor der Matrize (4) abgeschert,d) zeitgleich mit den Verfahrensschritten a) bis c) wird die seitlich der Preßlinie positionierte Blockladevorrichtung (1) mit einem neuen Preßblock gemeinsam mit dem Blockaufnehmer entgegen der Preßrichtung (5) verfahren und gleichzeitig in Richtung Preßstempel (3) bewegt,e) sobald zwischen Preßstempel (3) und Blockaufnehmer (2) ein ausreichender Abstand erreicht ist, werden beide angehalten und die Blockladevorrichtung (1)mit Preßblock (5) wird radial zur Preßstempelachse in Ladeposition bewegt,f) der Preßstempel (3) wird in Preßrichtung vorgeschoben und schiebt den Preßblock (5) in den Blockaufnehmer (1) ein,g) die Blockladevorrichtung (1) fährt radial in ihre Ausgangsposition zurück, sobald der Preßblock (5) mit seinem Längsachsschwerpunkt im Blockaufnehmer (2) liegth) Blockaufnehmer (2), Blockladevorrichtung (1) und Preßstempel (3) fahren gemeinsam in Preßposition gegen die Matrize (4), nachdem der Schervorgang vor der Matrize (4) beendet ist.
