Claims (7)
- Procédé pour indiquer un emballage constitué par un matériau d'emballage en forme de bande, qui est dévidé d'un rouleau, sur une multiplicité d'éléments identiques d'emballage, qui sont rassemblés pour former une unité d'emballage complète, comprenant les étapes opératoires suivantes :a) on envoie l'unité d'emballage complète, sur un convoyeur d'amenée, à un poste d'emballage,b) on dévide le matériau d'emballage à partir du rouleau et, lors du dévidage, on le divise au moins en une bande de matériau d'emballage formant un casier, ainsi qu'une bande d'enveloppement de tête,c) on envoie verticalement en commun, au poste d'emballage, la bande de matériau d'emballage formant un casier ainsi que la bande d'enveloppement de tête, en formant une fente qui est adaptée à la hauteur de l'unité d'emballage complète, et on les fait avancer conformément au format du produit,d) on déplace l'unité d'emballage complète avec une face frontale avant disposée en avant, devant le poste d'emballage, transversalement par rapport à la bande de matériau d'emballage formant un casier et à la bande d'enveloppement de tête et on la repousse sur un convoyeur d'évacuation de telle sorte que la bande de matériau d'emballage ainsi que la bande d'enveloppement de tête entourent en forme de U l'unité d'emballage complète et, au niveau de la face frontale arrière, des éléments débordants des parties en débordement de la bande de matériau d'emballage formant un casier ainsi que de la bande d'enveloppement de tête, qui sont séparées à partir des bandes arrivantes, restent libres,e) on relie les extrémités de la bande de matériau d'emballage formant le casier ainsi que celles de la bande d'enveloppement de tête aux extrémités des parties en débordement pour former des enveloppements,f) on replie et on fixe les parties, qui sont en débordement par rapport au bord du fond de l'unité d'emballage complète, de la bande de matériau d'emballage formant le casier pour former un bord de casier ou un fond de casier,les étapes opératoires d), e) et f) étant appliquées sur l'unité d'emballage complète qui est posée sur le convoyeur d'évacuation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, selon lequel la bande de matériau d'emballage formant le casier ainsi que la bande d'enveloppement de tête sont reliées à des enveloppements tendus placés en traction.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, selon lequel le convoyeur d'amenée et le convoyeur d'évacuation sont déplacés d'une manière continue.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, selon lequel le convoyeur d'amenée et le convoyeur d'évacuation sont déplacés d'une manière cadencée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'avant son envoi au poste d'emballage, on affuble la bande de matériau d'emballage formant casier, au moyen d'un pliage longitudinal, d'une partie de bande double, que l'on applique sur les parois latérales de l'unité d'emballage complète, et d'une partie de bande simple, qui forme le bord ou le fond du casier.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, selon lequel on double la bande d'enveloppement de tête avant son envoi au poste d'emballage, à l'aide d'au moins un pliaqe longitudinal.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, comportantun convoyeur d'amenée (1),un convoyeur d'évacuation (2) disposé perpendiculairement au convoyeur d'amenée, un logement (3) de rouleau, qui est disposé au-dessus du niveau du convoyeur d'amenée (1) et du convoyeur d'évacuation (2), pour le matériau d'emballage en forme de bande (4) et comportant un dispositif (5) de tirage de la bande et un dispositif de division (6) servant à diviser le matériau d'emballage en forme de bande (4) en une bande de matériau d'emballage (7) formant le casier et en une bande d'enveloppement de tête (8),la bande de matériau d'emballage (7) formant le casier et la bande d'enveloppement de tête (8) étant conjointement guidées verticalement, en définissant une fente de séparation, entre le convoyeur d'amenée (1) et la tête du convoyeur d'évacuation (2), tandis que le poste d'emballage (9) équipé de ses outils pour la mise en oeuvre des étapes opératoires d), e) et f) est disposé dans cette zone.
