Definitions
- the invention relates to a drawer slide and in particular a drawer slide as a simple pull-out.
- Drawer guides as a single pull-out have furniture-side Guide rails and drawer-side extension rails on.
- On the guide rails is on front end attached a support roller on which the Drawer-side pull-out rail is supported. From lugs protrude from the rear end of the drawer which are rollers that are in the guide rails are led. When pulling out the drawer pushes this against a stop when the casters are still a bit in the guide rails. The weight of the drawer is then determined by the Support rollers supported while the casters tilt down prevent the drawer from being pulled out.
- the drawer is fully extended so that the Drawer box in its entire useful depth from the Furniture can be pulled out so that the inside of the Drawer box fully accessible from above is while one is attached to the drawers Support structure is still located inside the cabinet.
- Such drawer guides are referred to as over-pullers, where the drawer from the closet like that can be pulled out far that the rear wall of the Drawer box is still in front of the cabinet panel.
- Each pulled out a drawer from the closet the longer it has to be from the drawer protruding support structure.
- the cabinet depth must be such that it is equal to the depth of the Drawer box plus the length of the support structure is. This results in only part of the cabinet depth is usable.
- the preamble of claim 1 is based on a drawer guide as described in DE 29 46 113 A1 is known.
- This drawer guide there is support structure supporting the drawer in the extended state from swivel arms at the rear drawer end are attached and when inserting the Drawer either swung in or swung up the effective drawer length in the inserted state, and thus also the required Cabinet depth, reduce.
- the roller that normally on a rigid backward approach of the Drawer is attached, is on a swivel arm attached, which also carries an auxiliary role, which is also guided in the guide rail.
- a Drawer slide with vertically swiveling Swivel arms require so much space in the vertical direction that this solution eliminates drawers of low height.
- the invention addresses the problem of Lift the drawer out of the guide rails in the case that the support rollers in the contour of the C or Project the U-profile of the guide rails.
- auxiliary rollers attached to roller holders to each in Area of a lifting opening of the guide rail to be able to be raised. This allows you to complete at extended drawer the auxiliary rollers from the Lifting openings are lifted out.
- the one on the closet provided drawer opening can therefore be a relative have a low height or are arranged one above the other Drawers do not prevent you from removing one Drawer out of its guide, one for lifting relatively little pivoting of the drawer when it is pulled out is sufficient.
- the drawer guide according to the invention is particularly suitable for pharmacy drawers.
- Pharmacy drawers are characterized by a relatively large length with a Usable depth in the range of approximately 1.00 m and a total length from about 1.25 m.
- Another specialty of pharmacy drawers is that on the Drawer box the pull-out rails at a low height must be located above the floor for the Side walls space for attaching map pockets offer to accommodate label holders.
- Those Drawers arranged at eye level usually have a transparent bottom.
- Another characteristic of pharmacy drawers is a slope in the drawer guide to automatically To reach the inlet in the closed position.
- the application of the drawer guide according to the invention is however not limited to pharmacy cabinets.
- a cabinet 10 is shown, the numerous Contains drawers 11, which from the closet can be pulled out to the front. It is about pharmacy drawers that have a drawer box 12 have items in multiple subjects can be accommodated.
- the drawer box points two parallel side walls 13, a rear wall 14, one Front wall to which an exchangeable screen 15 is attached and a bottom wall 16.
- the bottom wall 16 can be transparent, e.g. consist of a grid.
- the inside of the drawer box 12 is through Removable partitions 17 divided into compartments for Serving different types of medication.
- a card carrier 18 can be assigned to the is clamped onto the relevant side wall 13 and inserted into the cards characterizing the drug can be.
- the card carrier 18 are located on the outside of the side wall 13.
- the the pull-out rail 19 projecting part of the side wall 13 must be so be high so that the card carriers 18 have space on it, without colliding with the pull-out rail 19. This it is necessary to arrange the pull-out rail 19 relatively deep.
- the side walls 13 are to the rear over the rear wall 14 extended and they carry U-shaped holder there 22, each with a swivel arm 23 around a vertical Swivel axis 24 is pivotally attached.
- the Swivel arms 23 are between that shown in Fig. 4 first position, in the longitudinal direction of the Run drawer and extend it to the back, and the second position shown in FIG. 3 pivotable, in which they are pivoted inwards, so that the holders 22 the rear end of the drawer 11 form.
- On the outside of each swing arm 23 is one Roller 25 mounted on a protruding pin. This roller runs in a guide rail 20.
- the two guide rails are at the rear ends 20 connected by guideways 26. Stand from the outside of the swivel arms 23 Guide pieces 27 from just before the rollers 25th are arranged and with a guide track 26 in Intervention can come to the end of the insertion movement the drawer the swivel arms 23 against each other (after inside) to pivot, so that the swivel arms then the assume state shown in Fig. 3.
- the swivel arms have a length of about half Drawer width corresponds, however, the length of the Swivel arms may also be larger, with the swivel arms then overlap when folded.
- Figs. 5 and 6 the drawer is fully extended State shown.
- the one on a spigot of Guide rail 20 mounted support roller 21 is located yourself with more than half of its scope inside the contour of the guide rail.
- One on the pull-out rail 19 provided bead 28 forms an end stop for the pull-out movement. It can be seen that the rear wall 14 over the front ends of the guide rails 20, and thus also over the front end of the Cabinet 10, protrudes forward so that not there is only a full statement, but an excess statement, in which the entire interior of the Drawer box is at a distance from the cabinet and is accessible from above.
- the guide rail 20 runs another auxiliary roller 29, which then guides the rear Part of the drawer takes over when the casters 25 are out of engagement with the guide rails.
- the auxiliary roller 29 is mounted on a lever 30, which around a horizontal attached to the holder 22 Axis 31 is pivotable.
- the lever 30 is with a resilient also mounted on the axis 31 Coupled locking element 32, which is designed here as a leaf spring and has a pin 33 which passes through a hole in the lever 30 and into a Hole 34 of the holder 22 can snap into place.
- the lever 30 acts on the outside of the Swivel arm 23 provided approach 35 together.
- the Lever has a nose 36 that when the lever is raised 30 under the approach 35 and thus the swivel arm 23 in the first position shown in FIG. 7 (in locked to the drawer 11). Swiveling up the lever 30 happens in such a way that resilient locking element 32 bent sideways by hand is so that its pin 33 out of engagement with the hole 34 of the drawer comes into engagement with the Hole of the lever 30 remains. Then the locking element 32nd 7 pressed down, the pull-out rail 19 as a stop for limiting this movement serves.
- the lever 30 is a two-armed lever, on the a lever arm the auxiliary roller 29 and the nose 36 are located and its other lever arm by pivoting of the locking element 32 with the help of Pin 33 can be moved manually.
- each guide rail 20 At the front end of each guide rail 20 is one Lifting opening 20a is provided, the upper horizontal Leg of the C-profile is interrupted. If the drawer is fully extended ( Figures 5 and 6), the auxiliary roller 29 is under the lifting opening 20a. When the auxiliary roller 29 on the approach 22 or stored directly on the drawer would have to be in in this condition the drawer is raised very steeply so that the auxiliary roller 29 via the support roller 21st can be lifted away. This would be above the Sufficient space is required for the drawer. Around The auxiliary role is to avoid such free space 29 mounted on the lever 30, which is shown in FIG. 6 Position can be pivoted so that the auxiliary roller 29 the position shown in Fig. 7 occupies in which it is raised with respect to the drawer is. As shown in Fig.
- FIGS. 9 and 10 is as long as the roller 25 runs in the guide rail 20, the Swivel arm 23 with respect to the drawer 11 in its locked in the first position. This is because a Locking element projecting forward from the swivel arm 23 40 a locking element 41 of the extension 22nd spreads. When engaging the locking elements 40 and 41 is a pivoting of the swivel arm 23 blocked around the vertical axis 24.
- the imaginary pivot axis 24 is held by two bolts 42 and 43 are formed, of which the bolt 42 is the upper one Leg and the bolt 43 the lower leg of the each U-shaped projection 22 and also U-shaped swivel arm 23 with each other connects.
- One of the bolts 42 and 43 (in In the present case, the bolt 43) is in accordance with FIGS. 11 and 13 in an elongated hole 44 in the lower leg of the Swivel arm 23 guided so that the swivel arm not only pivoted about the substantially vertical axis 24, but can also be tilted around the bolt 42 can, around an axis that is horizontal and transverse to the longitudinal direction of the drawer.
- the Swivel arm 23 is in its lower end position, in which the roller 25 in the guide rail 20 runs, the locking elements 40, 41 in mutual interference.
- This intervention can be done by a control cam 45 can be solved in the transition area between the guide rail 20 and the Guide track 26 is arranged on the guide track and on which the guide piece 27 runs.
- the swivel arm 23 is about the Pin 42 tilted around, which is caused by the movement of the longitudinal slot 44 relative to pin 43 is made possible.
- Located at the end of the guide rail there is a recess in the area of the control cam 45 20c, which enables the roller 25, the Leaving guide rail 20 upwards and inwards.
- the further control of the swivel arm 23 is carried out by the guideway 26 with which the guide piece 27 is now engaged.
- the locking of the swivel arm in the stretched state through the locking elements 35 and 36 is in two tilt positions of the swivel arm effective.
- Figs. 15-18 are different positions of the Guide piece 27 shown on the guide track 26.
- Fig. 15 and 16 show the transition area from the Guide rail 20 to the guideway 26.
- the guideway 26 is attached to the guide rail 20 and that Guide piece 27 has a channel on its underside 50 on which receives the web-shaped guideway 26.
- the guideway 26 is with a provided laterally outwardly projecting head 26a, the engages in the recess 50 such that not only a side guide, but also a height guide of the Guide piece, and thus the swivel arm, takes place.
- the Guide piece 27 is formed on its underside so that the channel 50 is sliding along adapts the guideway at all points of the guideway and that through the guideway 26 a positive guidance of the guide piece 27 is carried out in such a way that the guiding piece is not in any direction from the guideway 26 can remove. If on the front end a large drawer almost completely inserted vertical force acts while the auxiliary rollers move are located in the area of the recesses 20c Drawer through the guide piece 27 against folding up held at their back end.
- the figures 19 to 28 show details of a second Embodiment of the drawer slide.
- the second embodiment is the two holders 22 on the rear wall 14 of the drawer 11 with interlocking bent tabs 51, 52 attached to the are clawed together.
- To fix the holder 22 serves a screw 53 through a hole in the upper Leg of the rear wall 14 inserted and in a threaded bore of the holder 22 is screwed in.
- Each holder 22 has a U-shaped cross section, the vertical legs 22a essentially forming the base in extension of the side wall of the drawer lies while the horizontal protruding from it Point legs 22b and 22c inwards.
- the tabs 52 are on the front edges of the horizontal legs 22b and 22c are provided. Due to the U-shaped design of the Holder 22, the vertical leg 22a in extends essentially over the entire height of the drawer, becomes high stiffness against bending and twisting achieved.
- the holder 22 is rigid with the rear wall 14 connected to the drawer and from the swivel arm 23 The holder 22 is exerted on the relative force strong drawer rear panel transferred.
- the swivel arm 23 also has a U-shaped cross section, i.e. it has a vertical leg 23a and above protruding horizontal legs 23b and 23c. How Fig. 21 shows the legs at the rear end 23b and 23c through one of the vertical legs protruding further vertical legs 23d with each other connected, so that the swivel arm overall bowl-shaped is formed, but the leg 23d opposite end is open.
- the swivel arm 23 has a lower height than the holder 22 and is from gripped this vertically.
- the vertical leg 23a has in the area that in the stretched state according to Fig. 19 just outside of the holder 22 is an outward bend 54 so that the vertical outside of the holder Leg 23a flush with the leg 22a of the Holder is.
- the offset 54 ensures that the part of the swivel arm lying outside the holder 22 is shifted outwards so that the axis of the roller 25 can be made shorter by the Castor on the swivel arm 23 exerted moment reduced is.
- the offset 54 of the Swivel arm stiffened.
- the swivel arm 23 When folded out, i.e. when the stop 55 butts against the holder 22, the swivel arm 23 arrives automatically into the locked state. This happens in that a locking element provided on the holder 22 41 in engagement with a locking element 40 of the swivel arm 23 comes.
- the locking element 40 is a hole in the lower horizontal leg 23c and the locking element 41 a shape or elevation on the lower leg 22c of the holder.
- a hole 57 is provided in a recess, into one of the legs 23b of the swivel arm 23 protruding, integrally molded socket 58 dips.
- the bushing 58 is made of a plastic ring Surround 59, which sits in the bore 57.
- a screw 42 is screwed into the bushing 58, whose head is in the recess of the thigh 22b is located.
- the socket 58 forms together with the plastic ring 59, the upper bearing 60 of the swivel arm 23.

- a fork-shaped slot 63 (FIG. 23) is provided, which engages around the plastic ring 62a.
- the plastic rings 59 and 62a reduce the noise in the bearings 60 and 61 when the swing arm 23 is relative to the Holder 22 moves.
- Bearings 60 and 61 should be loaded as little as possible if the support structure is burdened by it, that on the drawer pulled as far as it will go vertical load. To relieve the bearing the support edges and counter support edges described below intended.
- the leading edge of the vertical Leg 23a of the swivel arm 23 forms a support edge 64 (Figs. 21 and 22) and on the inside of the vertical Leg 22a of the holder is a formation 65 provided that the corresponding counter support edge 66th forms.
- the support edges 64 and 66 are in the lower area of holder and swivel arm.
- the formations 65 and 68 thus absorb the bending force and cause the swing arm 23 with respect to the holder 22 cannot be tipped down. That under load of the drawer being pulled out Torsional moment is above that in the upper area of the Swivel arm provided stop 55 and below the locking elements 40, 41 intercepted.
- the Swivel arm 23 around the vertical swivel axis 24 pivoted and slightly around the upper bearing 60 can be tilted, it is in that shown in Fig. 21

- the lever 30 has one facing the outer wall of the holder 22 Edge 30a and a raised one surrounded by edge 30a or bulged middle part 30b.
- the back End 30c of the resilient lever arm stands according to FIG. 27 from the holder 22 obliquely forward. This end 30c can be done with a tool, e.g. a screwdriver 73, according to FIG.
- Stop 74 can be pivoted.
- the lever 30 needs only with its edge 30a as shown in FIG. 28C Stop 74 to be put on. If after that the drawer is pulled out by hitting the Auxiliary roller 29 against the support roller 21 of the lever 30 in the position shown in Fig. 28D pivots in the stop 74 inside the raised central part 30b lies, the auxiliary roller 29 to the end stop is pushed up.
- the stop 74 is sawtooth-shaped trained and he points to the operating position of the lever 30 facing side Steep edge 75 on. To release the operating position of the Lever 30 is enough to over the edge 30a of the lever to set the steep edge 75, i.e. the lever 30 only completely to pivot slightly. The rest of the swivel motion takes place automatically when the auxiliary roller 29 against the support roller 21 bumps.
- the lever 30 To limit the pivoting movement of the lever 30 is on the lever 30 is provided with a pin 76 which extends inwards, i.e. towards the holder 22, protrudes and into a hole 77 of the Holder protrudes.
