Claims (17)
- Ärztlicher oder zahnärztlicher Behandlungsstuhl (1), der ein Sitzteil (2), eine einstellbare Rückenlehne (4) und eine Kopfstütze (8) aufweist, wobei die Rückenlehne (4) durch eine erste Einstellvorrichtung (7) um eine horizontal und quer zum Behandlungsstuhl (1) verlaufende Gelenkachse (6a) schwenkbar und in der jeweiligen Schwenkposition feststellbar ist und durch eine Rückenlehnen-Kompensationsvorrichtung (13) zur Verhinderung einer Relativverschiebung zwischen der Rückenlehne (4) und dem Rücken des Patienten während einer Schwenkung der Rückenlehne (4) längs bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die Kompensationsvorrichtung eine die Rückenlehne (4) zwangsläufig verstehende Kompensationsvorrichtung (13) ist, wobei zusätzlich eine Rückenlehnenlängen-Einstellvorrichtung (14) vorgesehen ist. die in die Kompensationsvorrichtung integriert ist oder mit letzterer in Reihe angeordnet ist, und die bei Aufrechterhaltung der Kompensation eine Längenverstellung und Feststellung in der verstellten Position der Rückenlehne (4) zur Einstellung für unterschiedliche Körpergrößen der Patienten gestattet. - Ärztlicher oder zahnärztlicher Behandlungsstuhl nach Anspruch 1,

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rückenlehne (4) aus einem Rückenlehnenträger (4a) und einem daran in einer Führung (31) etwa radial zur Gelenkachse (6a) verschiebbar gelagerten Rückenlehnenteil (4b) besteht, wobei der Rückenlehnenträger (4a) in einem die Gelenkachse (6a) enthaltenden Gelenk (6) schwenkbar mit dem Sitzteil (2) verbunden ist und die Kompensationsvorrichtung (13) am Rückenlehnenteil (4b) angreift. - Arztlicher oder zahnärztlicher Behandlungsstuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kompensationsvorrichtung (13) ein Zug- und Schubgestänge (32) aufweist, das im Bereich des Gelenks (6) exzentrisch zur Gelenkachse (6a) mit dem Sitzteil (2) oder dessen Gelenkteil (2a) in der Schwenkebene der Rückenlehne (4) schwenkbar verbunden ist. - Ärztlicher oder zahnärztlicher Behandlungsstuhl nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Zug- und Schubgestänge (32) sich durch ein etwa radiales Durchgangsloch (34) im Rückenlehnenteil (4b) oder sich längs durch einen im Gelenk (6) gelagerten Arm (4d) des Rückenlehnenträgers (4a) erstreckt. - Ärztlicher oder zahnärztlicher Behandlungsstuhl nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,

daß die Rückenlehnenlängen-Einstellvorrichtung (14) durch eine mechanische Verbindungsanordnung gebildet ist, deren wirksame Länge stufenlos oder in Stufen verstellbar und in der jeweiligen Verstellposition feststellbar ist. - Ärztlicher oder zahnärztlicher Behandlungsstuhl nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche

daß das Klemm- oder Rastverbindungsteil (49) an der Rückwand (44c) des Rückenlehnengehäuses (44) angeordnet ist. - Ärztlicher oder zahnärztlicher Behandlungsstuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß das Klemm- oder Rastverbindungsteil (49) an seinem unteren Ende um eine horizontale Querachse schwenkbar in einem Gelenk (55) gelagen ist. - Ärztlicher oder zahnärztlicher Behandlungsstuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Klemm- oder Rastverbindungsteil (49) ein Angriffselement aufweist, das durch eine hinterschnittene Einbauchung des Klemm- oder Rastverbindungsteils (49) gebildet ist.
