Claims (11)
- Fermeture de chaussure composée d'une poulie (3) montée à rotation dans un élément de palier (1) pour enrouler au moins un élément tendeur (3a) en forme de câble pour fermer la chaussure, un organe tournant (33) pour actionner la poulie (3) et une transmission réductrice sous la forme d'un entraînement excentrique entre l'organe tournant (33) et la poulie (3), l'organe tournant (33) étant entraîné par un disque excentré (10) couplé à la poulie (3), ce disque étant monté sur un tourillon excentré (12) et comportant, à sa périphérie, une sorte de denture coopérant avec une denture antagoniste prévue dans une paroi de boîtier entourant le disque excentré (10), et montée de manière centrée sur l'axe central (9) de l'organe tournant (33),
caractérisée en ce que
la poulie (3) est un élément indépendant centré sur l'axe central (9) et le disque excentré (10) est monté coulissant parallèlement à la poulie (3) et peut coulisser, par l'intermédiaire du tourillon excentré (12), dans un plan parallèle à la poulie (3), et il comporte une ou plusieurs découpes circulaires (16) réparties sur un cercle (14) concentrique à son axe de rotation (13), découpes (16) dont le ou les centres (15) se situent sur le cercle concentrique (14) et dont le double rayon (rK) est au moins sensiblement égal à la somme du diamètre (D) d'un goujon d'accouplement (17) porté par la poulie (3) et en prise dans une découpe circulaire (16), et du diamètre (DK) de la trajectoire circulaire (18) du tourillon excentré (12). - Fermeture de chaussure selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
pour plusieurs découpes circulaires (16) sur le disque excentré (10), il est prévu chaque fois un goujon d'accouplement (17) pénétrant dans cette découpe suivant la disposition angulaire de la découpe circulaire (16) associée, les goujons d'accouplement (17) ayant leur centre (19) sur un cercle de centre (20) concentrique à l'axe central (9) et dont le rayon (R) est égal au rayon (r) du cercle (14) des milieux (15) des découpes circulaires (16), et qui est concentrique au centre (13) du tourillon excentré (12). - Fermeture de chaussure selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
la transmission excentrique (6, 10, 17) est conçue pour être autobloquante dans les deux sens de rotation. - Fermeture de chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée par
des moyens d'encliquetage (28, 29, 30) prévus entre l'une des pièces tournantes (35, 33 ou 33, 24) et une partie fixe (1) de boîtier ou une partie (24) fixée ou susceptible d'être fixée à la partie de boîtier (1), ces moyens d'encliquetage s'accrochant par blocage pour la position de rotation réglée et leur effet de blocage pouvant néanmoins être vaincu par un couple appliqué à l'organe tournant (33, 35) pour modifier le réglage de rotation. - Fermeture de chaussure selon la revendication 4,
caractérisée en ce que
le moyen d'encliquetage (28) de l'une des parties (24) est formé par une couronne d'encliquetage annulaire, et le moyen d'encliquetage (29, 30) de l'autre partie (33, 35) est formé par au moins une saillie d'encliquetage (29) d'un ressort d'encliquetage qui vient prendre dans la couronne d'encliquetage avec une précontrainte élastique. - Fermeture de chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que
dans le cas d'une pièce (24) susceptible d'être fixée de manière amovible à la partie de boîtier (1), cette pièce (24) est montée en pivotement ou à rotation sur ou dans la partie de boîtier (1). - Fermeture de chaussure selon la revendication 6,
caractérisée en ce que
la pièce (24) à fixer se compose d'un disque monté à rotation sur l'axe central (9) et muni, sur sa face tournée vers l'organe tournant (33, 35), d'une couronne d'encliquetage extérieure ou intérieure (28) contre laquelle vient s'encliqueter élastiquement une saillie d'encliquetage (29) fixée à l'organe tournant (35) ou à une pièce (33) reliée à celui-ci ou encore couplée à celui-ci. - Fermeture de chaussure selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée en ce que
la partie ou le disque (24) comporte, sur sa face non tournée vers l'organe tournant (35), une denture antagoniste (22), et le disque excentré (10) muni de la denture (21) est coulissant dans le volume enfermé par la denture antagoniste (22), parallèlement à la pièce ou au disque (24), en étant monté à rotation sur l'élément d'axe (6) passant par le perçage de palier (25) de la partie ou du disque (24). - Fermeture de chaussure selon la revendication 8,
caractérisée en ce que
la hauteur (HZ) de la denture antagoniste (22) est au moins approximativement égale à l'épaisseur (DE) du disque excentré (10). - Fermeture de chaussure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisée en ce que
la partie de boîtier (1) est en forme de pot et son fond (8) reçoit en glissement la poulie (3) qui peut tourner autour d'un tourillon de palier (5) fixé dans la partie de boîtier (1), et sur la poulie (3), le disque excentré (10) peut coulisser parallèlement à cette poulie en étant monté à rotation autour du tourillon excentré (12) adjacent au tourillon de palier (5), la denture antagoniste (22) engrenant avec la denture (21) du disque (24) s'appuyant sur le disque excentré (10), le disque (24) étant monté sur un prolongement d'axe de palier (6.1) adjacent au tourillon excentré (12) concentrique au tourillon de palier (5) pour être solidarisé en rotation avec la partie de boîtier (1) par au moins un moyen de fixation (26), mais suivant une liaison amovible, et le disque (24) assure le montage de l'organe tournant (33, 35), des moyens d'encliquetage (28, 29, 30) étant prévus entre ces deux parties. - Fermeture de chaussure selon la revendication 10,
caractérisée en ce que
le tourillon de palier (5), le tourillon excentré (12) et le prolongement d'axe de palier (6.1) forment une pièce d'axe (6) et cette pièce d'axe (6) est solidaire de l'organe tournant (33, 35) ou forme avec celui-ci un élément unique.
