Claims (11)
- Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere Boxermotor, mit einem in Kurbelwellenlagermitte längsgeteilten Zylinderkurbelgehäuse (1) sowie einer Lagerbrücke (2), welche über Zylinderkopfschrauben (9, 10) mit dem Kurbelgehäuse (1) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylinderkurbelgehäuse (1) mit der Lagerbrücke (2) eine gemeinsame vertikale Trennebene (a-a) aufweist und beide Lagerbrückenhälften (2a, 2b) einerseits über Lagerstuhlschrauben (7, 8) miteinander verbunden sind und andererseits die Lagerbrücke (2) über Zylinderkopfschrauben (9, 10 und 9a, 10a) zwischen den zu beiden Seiten der Lagerbrücke (2) angeordneten Kurbelgehäusehälften (5, 6) unter Bildung von Ölkanälen (15, 16 und 17) gehalten ist und über die Schrauben (9, 10 und 9a, 10a) gleichzeitig Zylinderköpfe (3, 4) am Kurbelgehäuse (1) befestigbar sind.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerstuhlschrauben (7, 8) jeweils gleichgerichtet in der Lagerbrücke (2) und die Zylinderkopfschrauben (9, 10) des Zylinderkopfes (3) und der Gehäusehälfte (6) den Schrauben (9a, 10a) des Zylinderkopfes (4) und der Gehäusehälfte (5) entgegengerichtet angeordnet sind.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderkopfschrauben (9, 10 und 9a, 10a) teilweise in Öldurchführungen bildenden Bohrungen (30) des Gehäuses (1) und des Kopfes (3, 4) angeordnet sind, welche ausgangsseitig des Gehäuses (1) bzw. der Gehäusehälften (5, 6) in einer Anlagefläche (12 und 11) einen Verbindungskanal (31, 32) zu den Ölkanälen (15, 17) im Zylindergehäuse (1) aufweisen und die Bohrungen (30) mit einem Schrägkanal (33) im Zylinderkopf (3, 4) verbunden sind.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ölkanäle (15, 16 und 17) nur in den Flächen (11, 12) des Zylinderkurbelgehäuses (1) angeordnet und jeweils von einer gegenüberstehenden Anlagefläche (13, 14) der Lagerbrücke (2) abgeschlossen sind.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ölkanäle (15, 16 und 17) im Zylinderkurbelgehäuse (1) sich annähernd über die gesamte Länge zu beiden Längsseiten jeder Gehäusehälfte (6) erstrecken und die Kanäle (15 und 16) miteinander über mindestens einen Gehäusequerkanal (18) verbunden sind und gegenüberliegende Ölkanäle (15, 17) der Gehäusehälften (5, 6) an Schräg- und Querkanälen (21, 19, 20) in der Lagerbrücke (2) angeschlossen sind.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Querkanal (19, 20) oberhalb der Kurbelwellenlagerung vorgesehen ist, der mit den zu den Lagerstellen (22) geführten Schrägkanälen (21) jeweils in den Ölkanal an der Längsseite mündet.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ölkanal (16) der einen Längsseite in der Gehäusehälfte (5) mit einer Ölpumpe (24) verbunden ist und zwischen einer Zu- und Abflußbohrung (16a, 16b) des Kanals (16) ein Ölfilter (25) angeordnet ist und zwischen diesem Ölkanal (16) und dem weiteren Ölkanal (15) an der anderen Längsseite der Gehäusehälfte (5) ein Öl-/Wasser-Wärmetauscher (26) vorgesehen ist.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Gehäusehälfte (5) an beiden Längsseiten jeweils den Ölkanal (15, 16) aufweist, wobei die andere Gehäusehälfte (6) nur an einer Längsseite den Ölkanal (17) aufweist, in den die Querkanäle (19, 20) der Lagerbrücke (2) einmünden.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Hälfte (5, 6) des Zylinderkurbelgehäuses (1) mindestens sich gegenüberliegende angegossene Kühlkanäle (35, 36) aufweist und jeweils zwischen zwei Kühlkanälen (35) einer Gehäuseseite eine in der Gehäusehälfte (6) integrierte Anlasseraufnahme (37) angeordnet ist.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei Kühlkanälen (36) der weiteren Gehäuseseite in der Gehäusetrennebene (a-a) zusammentreffende, trichterförmig zulaufende Wandungen (38, 39) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen eine Zwischenwelle (40) gelagert ist.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach den Ansprüchen 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den Kühlkanälen (36) Wandungen (41, 42) zur Bildung einer Ölwanne abzweigen, in der die trichterförmig zulaufenden Wandungen (38, 39) angeordnet sind, welche Öffnungen (44) zum Öldurchtritt aufweisen.
