Claims (11)
- Moteur à combustion interne, en particulier moteur de type à cylindres horizontaux opposés (moteur boxer), avec un carter moteur (1) divisé longitudinalement par l'axe de tourillonnement du vilebrequin, ainsi qu'un pont de palier (2) qui est relié au carter moteur (1) par l'intermédiaire de vis à culasse (9, 10), caractérisé en ce que le carter moteur (1), avec le pont de palier (2), présentent un plan de séparation (a-a) vertical commun et les deux demi-ponts de palier (2a, 2b) étant reliés ensemble, d'une part, par l'intermédiaire de vis de chaise de palier (7, 8) et, d'autre part, le pont de palier (2) étant maintenu, par l'intermédiaire de vis à culasse (9, 10 et 9a, 10a), entre les moitiés de carter de vilebrequin (5, 6) disposées des deux côtés des ponts de palier (2), en constituant des canaux à huile (15, 16 et 17) et simultanément des culasses (3, 4) pouvant être fixées sur le carter moteur (1) par l'intermédiaire des vis (9, 10 et 9a, 10a).

- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les canaux d'huile (15, 16 et 17) ne sont disposés que dans les surfaces (11, 12) du carter moteur (1) et sont chaque fois délimités par une surface d'appui (13, 14), placée en regard, du pont de palier (2).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les canaux à huile (15, 16 et 17) s'étendent dans le carter moteur (1) à peu près sur l'ensemble de la longueur sur les deux côtés longitudinaux de chaque demi-carter (6) et les canaux (15 et 16) sont reliés ensemble par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un canal transversal de carter (18) et des canaux d'huile (15, 17) opposés, des demi-carters (5, 6), étant raccordés à des canaux obliques et transversaux (21, 19, 20) ménagés dans le pont de palier (2).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un canal transversal (19, 20) est prévu au-dessus du dispositif palier de vilebrequin, ce canal débouchant par les canaux obliques (21) guidés vers les points de tourillonnement (22), chaque fois dans le canal d'huile, sur le côté longitudinal.
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le canal à huile (16) appartenant à un côté longitudinal dans le demi-carter (5) est relié à une pompe à huile (24) et un filtre à huile (25) étant disposé entre les perçages d'amenée et d'évacuation (16a, 16b) du canal (16), un échangeur de chaleur huile/eau (26) étant prévu entre ce canal à huile (16) et l'autre canal à huile (15), dans l'autre côté longitudinal du demi-carter (5).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une moitié de carter (5) présente, sur chacun des deux côtés longitudinaux, le canal à huile (15, 16), l'autre demi-carter (6) ne présentant, que sur un côté longitudinal, le canal à huile (17) dans lequel débouchent les canaux transversaux (19, 20) du pont de palier (2).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque moitié (5, 6) du carter moteur (1) présente au moins des canaux de refroidissement (35, 36) moulés et opposés et chaque fois entre deux canaux de refroidissement (35) d'un côté de carter étant disposé un logement de démarreur (37) intégré dans la moitié de carter (6).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, entre deux canaux de refroidissement (36) de l'autre moitié de carter, sont prévus dans le plan de séparation de carter (a-a) des parois (38, 39) se rejoignant, convergeant en entonnoir, parois entre lesquelles est monté un arbre intermédiaire (40).
