Claims (9)
- In einer Fahrtrichtung verfahrbare Reinigungsvorrichtung für Textilmaschinen, mit einem einen unteren Klappabschnitt (14) aufweisenden Saugrohr oder -schlauch (12) für einen Bereich seitlich neben der Textilmaschine, welcher Bereich konturiert und zu reinigen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Klappabschnitt (14) gegen die Fahrtrichtung (24) mindestens im wesentlichen horizontal derart wegklappbar ist, daß eine Saugöffnung (38) des Saugrohrs (12) freigegeben wird.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klappabschnitt (14) eine in Fahrtrichtung (24) weisende Steuerfläche (26) aufweist, die bei Auftreffen auf eine Kontur (28) im Bereich seitlich der Textilmaschine die Kippbewegung um eine horizontale Achse einleitet.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugrohr (12) oberhalb des Klappabschnitts (14) sowie der Klappabschnitt (14) des Saugrohrs (12) in sich je vergleichsweise steif und mit einem Gelenk (40) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gelenk (40) zwischen Saugrohr (12) und Klappabschnitt (14) aus einem elastischen Material (16) mit vergleichsweise hoher Eigendämpfung, wie Gummi, Kautschuk oder dergleichen, ausgebildet ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klappabschnitt (14) und das Saugrohr (12) als voneinander separate Teile ausgebildet sind und endseitig des Saugrohrs (12) die Saugöffnung (38) vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gelenk (40) zwischen Saugrohr (12) und Klappabschnitt (14) am bezogen auf die Fahrtrichtung (24) rückwärtigen Ende des Saugrohrs (12) angeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Klappabschnitten (14) übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei je nach Höhe einer Kontur (28) der betreffende Klappabschnitt (14) zusammen mit den sich unterhalb dieses befindlichen Klappabschnitten (14) wegklappbar ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen Klappabschnitt (14) und Saugrohr (12) eine Umlaufdichtung erstreckt, die für die Abdichtung des im Saugrohr (12) befindlichen Unterdrucks geeignet ist.
- Fahrbare Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuerfläche (26) des Klappabschnitts (14), die nach unten oder in Fahrtrichtung (24) weist, gleitfreundlich ausgestattet ist.
