通过控制机架的振动,进而使纺织架和机架表面或内部的灰尘脱离机械的表面,进而通过除尘装置方便对漂浮在空气中的灰尘进行收集,并且在灰尘收集的过程中,通过改变除尘机构设置的吸尘口朝向和角度,对纺织架和机架的表面进行覆盖,从而对纺织架和机架上堆积的灰尘进行全面清理,在纺织后的布料进行收集的时候,可以根据需要收卷的布料长度,通过调节卷取轴的位置,使卷取轴距离纺织架的位置改变,方便将足够长的布料收卷成型,使纺织架和卷取轴之间的距离不影响对布料的收集。

纺织机,又叫纺机、织机、棉纺机等,把线、丝、麻等原材料加工成丝线后织成布料的工具全称,象纺坠、纺车、锭子、踏板织布机,还有现代机械织布机、现代数控自动织布机等,古今纺织工艺流程和设备的发展都是因应纺织原料而设计的,因此,原料在纺织技术中具有重要的地位。
现有的纺织机,主要是这样实现这些功能的,根据织物组织,把经纱上下分开,形成梭口,以供引纬,把纬纱引入梭口在推向织口,形成织物,把已织好的织物引离织物形成区,卷成一定的卷装,按交织的需要供应经纱,并使经纱具有一定的张力。
现有的纺织机存在以下不足:1、纺织机的卷取架位置,不能根据卷取的纺织布料收卷厚度对其位置进行调节;2、纺织机诸多机构直接暴露在空气中,纺织机容易积灰,附着在机械上,难以清理;3、只能对机械的局部进行除尘,不能对纺织区进行全面除尘。
基于此,本发明实施例提供一种易调节且具备除尘功能的纺织机,其使用方便,便于操作人员的使用。
以下,将参照图1至图6对本发明实施例涉及的易调节且具备除尘功能的纺织机进行具体的说明。
请参阅图1-图6,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种易调节且具备除尘功能的纺织机,包括纺织架1、机架2、除尘机构4、放线组件6、调节机构7以及卷取轴9,纺织架1的下方固定有机架2,纺织架1上安装有线架3,纺织架1上设置有除尘机构4,纺织架1上安装有控制面板5,线架3的两端安装有放线组件6,机架2的一侧设置有调节机构7,调节机构7上安装有电机8,电机8的运作端连接有卷取轴9,卷取轴9上活动安装有限位环10。
本实施方案中:通过控制机架2的振动,进而使纺织架1和机架2表面或内部的灰尘脱离机械的表面,进而通过除尘装置方便对漂浮在空气中的灰尘进行收集,并且在灰尘收集的过程中,通过改变除尘机构4设置的吸尘口朝向和角度,对纺织架1和机架2的表面进行覆盖,从而对纺织架1和机架2上堆积的灰尘进行全面清理,在纺织后的布料进行收集的时候,可以根据需要收卷的布料长度,通过调节卷取轴9的位置,使卷取轴9距离纺织架1的位置改变,方便将足够长的布料收卷成型,使纺织架1和卷取轴9之间的距离不影响对布料的收集。
进一步,除尘机构4包括风机401、进料管道402、伸缩风管403、排料管道404、吸尘板405以及振动电机406,风机401安装固定在机架2的上表面一侧,风机401的两组出口分别安装有进料管道402以及排料管道404,进料管道402的一端活动连接有伸缩风管403,纺织架1上安装有吸尘板405,伸缩风管403的一端连接在吸尘板405上,机架2的上表面设置有两组振动电机406,在对装置进行防尘清灰处理时,通过启动两组振动电机406,利用振动电机406对装置造成振动,使装置表面或内部的灰尘脱离机械的表面,漂浮在空气中,然后通过启动风机401,使风机401产生吸力,将吸力通过进料管道402、伸缩风管403和吸尘板405作用于装置上设置的纺织架1和机架2上方,将漂浮在空气中的灰尘进行收集,最后通过排料管道404将灰尘排出。
进一步:风机401和振动电机406之间为并联电路连接,风机401、振动电机406和控制面板5之间为电信号连接,两组振动电机406关于线架3的中轴线对称设置,通过控制面板5同步启动风机401和振动电机406,使对装置进行清灰除尘,并且两组振动电机406的位置设置,控制装置易存灰处受力均匀,进而使灰尘脱离装置的表面,漂浮在空气中。
进一步,吸尘板405的一侧设置有连接管4051,连接管4051的内部连接有伸缩风管403的一端,吸尘板405的内部开设有一组主吸尘槽4052,主吸尘槽4052的侧面设置有多组副吸尘槽4053,每组副吸尘槽4053的末端均设置有一组吸尘罩4054,吸尘板405的下方设置有多组吸尘罩4054,吸尘板405的两侧中心位置固定有卡块4055,纺织架1上固定有两组卡套4056,卡套4056的内部安装有卡块4055,在进行除尘的过程中,通过手动对吸尘板405进行推动,使吸尘板405借助两侧设置卡块4055和卡套4056进行配合,让吸尘板405以卡块4055为圆心进行一定角度的旋转,风机401产生的吸力经过吸尘板405通过主吸尘槽4052分散到各组副吸尘槽4053中,最后通过吸尘板405下方设置的多组吸尘罩4054对漂浮在空气中的灰尘进行收集,从而完成对装置上表面的全面除尘。
进一步,吸尘板405通过连接管4051和伸缩风管403构成可拆卸结构,吸尘板405的内部等距离开设有多组副吸尘槽4053,吸尘板405和吸尘罩4054之间为一体式结构,吸尘罩4054的外部形状为圆台状,通过将伸缩风管403的一端安装在连接管4051的内部,使风机401产生的吸力作用于吸尘板405的内部,在通过吸尘板405内部等距离分布的副吸尘槽4053,作用于外界空气,利用圆台状的吸尘罩4054对空气的灰尘进行收集,吸尘罩4054的结构设置,使吸尘罩4054可以收集更多的灰尘。
进一步,吸尘板405和卡块4055之间为一体式结构,卡块4055和卡套4056之间为过盈配合,吸尘板405通过卡块4055和卡套4056构成旋转结构,通过手动对吸尘板405进行推动,使吸尘板405借助两侧设置卡块4055和卡套4056进行配合,让吸尘板405以卡块4055为圆心进行一定角度的旋转,方便改变吸尘罩4054的角度,从而对装置上表面的灰尘全面收集。
进一步,调节机构7包括转把701、连接杆702、主动齿轮703、第一轴承704、从动齿轮705、丝杠706、限位架707、活动件708以及第二轴承709,机架2的侧面设置有转把701,转把701的一侧固定有连接杆702,连接杆702上固定有两组主动齿轮703,机架2上安装有四组第一轴承704,两组第一轴承704的内部安装连接杆702,每组主动齿轮703的侧面啮合在从动齿轮705内,从动齿轮705的一侧中心位置垂直固定有丝杠706,丝杠706的一端通过第一轴承704贯穿设置在机架2的外侧,机架2另一侧固定有两组限位架707,限位架707的内部活动安装有活动件708,其中一组活动件708的内部安装有第二轴承709,另一侧活动件708的侧面固定有电机8,两组活动件708上均安装连接有一组丝杠706,在对纺织的布料进行收集的时候,根据需要收集布料的长度不同,布料收卷后,形成的直径也不相同,此时,可以通过对转把701进行旋转,使连接杆702在第一轴承704的作用下进行旋转,进而使连接杆702上固定的主动齿轮703带动从动齿轮705进行旋转,从而使两组丝杠706进行同步旋转,在丝杠706进行旋转的时候,安装在限位架707上的活动件708通过开设的螺纹孔和丝杠706进行连接,使两组活动件708在限位架707上进行同步移动,进而控制活动件708一侧设置的电机8和卷取轴9进行同步移动,从而改变卷取轴9到纺织架1的距离,使卷取轴9可以收卷不同长度的布料。
进一步,转把701和连接杆702之间为一体式结构,连接杆702通过第一轴承704和机架2构成旋转结构,连接杆702的旋转角度范围在0-360°,通过对转把701进行旋转,使连接杆702在第一轴承704的作用下进行旋转,方便连接杆702以水平状态进行旋转,使旋转过程中,位置不会偏移。
进一步,主动齿轮703和从动齿轮705之间为啮合连接,主动齿轮703和从动齿轮705之间为垂直设置,从动齿轮705和丝杠706之间为一体式结构,主动齿轮703和从动齿轮705的传动,使力的传动方向进行改变,从动齿轮705和丝杠706的结构设置,使在通过控制从动齿轮705旋转的同时,同步控制丝杠706进行旋转。
进一步,限位架707和活动件708构成滑动结构,活动件708的截面形状为“L”状,活动件708较短一端中心位置开设有螺纹孔,活动件708和丝杠706之间为螺纹连接,在丝杠706进行旋转的时候,安装在限位架707上的活动件708通过开设的螺纹孔和丝杠706进行连接,使两组活动件708在限位架707上进行同步移动。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:首先将纺织用线团安装放置到线架3上,然后通过控制面板5启动纺织架1和放线组件6进行布料的放置,将纺织出来的布料一端固定在卷取轴9上,位于两组限位环10之间,通过电机8带动卷取轴9进行旋转,进行完全对布料的收卷,卷取轴9的另一端通过第二轴承709固定,不会影响卷取轴9的旋转,在对纺织的布料进行收集的时候,根据需要收集布料的长度不同,布料收卷后,形成的直径也不相同,此时,可以通过对转把701进行旋转,使连接杆702在第一轴承704的作用下进行旋转,进而使连接杆702上固定的主动齿轮703带动从动齿轮705进行旋转,从而使两组丝杠706进行同步旋转,在丝杠706进行旋转的时候,安装在限位架707上的活动件708通过开设的螺纹孔和丝杠706进行连接,使两组活动件708在限位架707上进行同步移动,进而控制活动件708一侧设置的电机8和卷取轴9进行同步移动,从而改变卷取轴9到纺织架1的距离,使卷取轴9可以收卷不同长度的布料,当装置积灰严重或者使用一段时间过后,通过控制面板5同步启动风机401和振动电机406,利用振动电机406对装置造成振动,使装置表面或内部的灰尘脱离机械的表面,漂浮在空气中,然后通过启动风机401,使风机401产生吸力,将吸力通过进料管道402、伸缩风管403和吸尘板405作用于装置上设置的纺织架1和机架2上方,在进行除尘的过程中,通过手动对吸尘板405进行推动,使吸尘板405借助两侧设置卡块4055和卡套4056进行配合,让吸尘板405以卡块4055为圆心进行一定角度的旋转,(在吸尘板405以旋转过程中,伸缩风管403可进行伸长,不会因为连接管4051位置改变带动伸缩风管403一端移动,造成伸缩风管403和连接管4051脱离)改变吸尘罩4054的角度,此时风机401产生的吸力经过吸尘板405内部设置的主吸尘槽4052分散到各组副吸尘槽4053中,最后通过吸尘板405下方设置的多组吸尘罩4054对漂浮在空气中的灰尘进行收集,最后通过排料管道404将灰尘排出,完成对装置的除尘。
由此,一种易调节且具备除尘功能的纺织机,包括纺织架1、机架2、除尘机构4、放线组件6、调节机构7以及卷取轴9,纺织架1的下方固定有机架2,纺织架1上安装有线架3,纺织架1上设置有除尘机构4,纺织架1上安装有控制面板5,线架3的两端安装有放线组件6,机架2的一侧设置有调节机构7,调节机构7上安装有电机8,电机8的运作端连接有卷取轴9,卷取轴9上活动安装有限位环10,在对装置进行防尘清灰处理时,通过启动两组振动电机,利用振动电机对装置造成振动,使装置表面或内部的灰尘脱离机械的表面,漂浮在空气中,然后通过启动风机,使风机产生吸力,将吸力通过进料管道、伸缩风管和吸尘板作用于装置上设置的纺织架和机架上方,将漂浮在空气中的灰尘进行收集,最后通过排料管道将灰尘排出,在进行除尘的过程中,通过手动对吸尘板进行推动,使吸尘板借助两侧设置卡块和卡套进行配合,让吸尘板以卡块为圆心进行一定角度的旋转,进而风机产生的吸力,使吸力通过主吸尘槽分散到各组副吸尘槽中,最后通过吸尘板下方设置的多组吸尘罩对漂浮在空气中的灰尘进行收集,从而完成对装置上表面的全面除尘,在对纺织的布料进行收集的时候,根据需要收集布料的长度不同,布料收卷后,形成的直径也不相同,此时,可以通过对转把进行旋转,使连接杆在第一轴承的作用下进行旋转,进而使连接杆上固定的主动齿轮带动从动齿轮进行旋转,从而使两组丝杠进行同步旋转,在丝杠进行旋转的时候,安装在限位架上的活动件通过开设的螺纹孔和丝杠进行连接,使两组活动件在限位架上进行同步移动,进而控制活动件一侧设置的电机和卷取轴进行同步移动,从而改变卷取轴到纺织架的距离,使卷取轴可以收卷不同长度的布料。

  1. 一种易调节且具备除尘功能的纺织机,包括纺织架(1)、机架(2)、除尘机构(4)、放线组件(6)、调节机构(7)以及卷取轴(9),其特征在于:所述纺织架(1)的下方固定有机架(2),所述纺织架(1)上安装有线架(3),所述纺织架(1)上设置有除尘机构(4),所述纺织架(1)上安装有控制面板(5),所述线架(3)的两端安装有放线组件(6),所述机架(2)的一侧设置有调节机构(7),所述调节机构(7)上安装有电机(8),所述电机(8)的运作端连接有卷取轴(9),所述卷取轴(9)上活动安装有限位环(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易调节且具备除尘功能的纺织机,其特征在于:所述除尘机构(4)包括风机(401)、进料管道(402)、伸缩风管(403)、排料管道(404)、吸尘板(405)以及振动电机(406),所述风机(401)安装固定在所述机架(2)的上表面一侧,所述风机(401)的两组出口分别安装有进料管道(402)以及排料管道(404),所述进料管道(402)的一端活动连接有伸缩风管(403),所述纺织架(1)上安装有吸尘板(405),所述伸缩风管(403)的一端连接在所述吸尘板(405)上,所述机架(2)的上表面设置有两组振动电机(406)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的易调节且具备除尘功能的纺织机,其特征在于:所述风机(401)和所述振动电机(406)之间为并联电路连接,所述风机(401)、所述振动电机(406)和所述控制面板(5)之间为电信号连接,两组所述振动电机(406)关于所述线架(3)的中轴线对称设置。
