纺织机本体1的上端固定连接有负压风机7,负压风机7的进风端通过导气管9与集尘罩3连通,负压风机7的上端安装有收集箱5,收集箱5的侧壁固定连接有弧形罩6,弧形罩6的内壁开设有弧形槽26,弧形罩6的内壁开设有与弧形槽26连通的出尘口27,弧形罩6通过导料管8与负压风机7的出尘端连通,负压风机7通过集尘罩3对灰尘和棉絮进行吸附,被吸附的灰尘和棉絮通过出尘口27排出,并积蓄在除絮针29上。
弧形罩6位于出尘口27的一侧设置有棉絮清理机构,辊筒28的侧壁沿其周向等距固定连接有多个除絮针29,每个除絮针29上均设置有用于将除絮针29上的棉絮进行刮除的刮取机构,刮取机构包括套设在除絮针29上的金属刮环25,除絮针29位于金属刮环25与辊筒28之间的部分套设有第二弹簧30,随着棉絮的积累,金属挂环25被压缩,在对除絮针29上的棉絮进行清理时,只需转动辊筒28,在第二弹簧30的作用下,除絮针29上的棉絮被金属刮环25刮除,并落入到收集箱5内。
本发明的工作原理为:
该纺织机在工作时,操作员将集尘罩3调整至粉尘的出处,具体操作为,操作员拉动握杆,通过拉杆22带动限位杆21脱离限位槽19,然后调整集尘罩3的位置,将集尘罩3的位置调整到适当后,操作员松开握杆,在第一弹簧23的作用下,限位杆21卡入限位槽19内,进而对集尘罩3的位置进行固定,然后操作员可通过调整套环2的位置对各个集尘罩3的位置进行调整,具体操作为,转动手轮17,手轮17转动通过转轴带动第二锥齿轮16转动,第二锥齿轮16转动带动与之啮合的第一锥齿轮15转动,第一锥齿轮15转动带动圆筒13转动,圆筒13转动带动与之螺纹连接的螺纹杆12移动,螺纹杆12移动使得活动环2移动,进而对集尘罩3的位置进行调整,在纺织机工作时,启动负压风机7,负压风机7通过集尘罩3对灰尘和棉絮进行吸附,被吸附的灰尘和棉絮通过出尘口27排出,并积蓄在除絮针29上,随着棉絮的积累,金属挂环25被压缩,在对除絮针29上的棉絮进行清理时,只需转动辊筒28,在第二弹簧30的作用下,除絮针29上的棉絮被金属刮环25刮除,并落入到收集箱5内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种具有气流输送器和过滤装置的纺织机,包括纺织机本体(1),其特征在于,所述纺织机本体(1)的外侧套设有活动环(2),所述纺织机本体(1)上还安装有用于调整活动环(2)高度的高度调整机构,所述活动环(2)的侧壁沿其周向等间距设置有集尘罩(3),所述集尘罩(3)通过角度调整机构安装在活动环(2)的侧壁上,所述纺织机本体(1)的上端固定连接有负压风机(7),所述负压风机(7)的进风端通过导气管(9)与集尘罩(3)连通,所述负压风机(7)的上端安装有收集箱(5),所述收集箱(5)的侧壁固定连接有弧形罩(6),所述弧形罩(6)的内壁开设有弧形槽(26),所述弧形罩(6)的内壁开设有与弧形槽(26)连通的出尘口(27),所述弧形罩(6)通过导料管(8)与负压风机(7)的出尘端连通,所述弧形罩(6)位于出尘口(27)的一侧设置有棉絮清理机构,所述高度调整机构包括固定连接在纺织机本体(1)侧壁上的竖杆(11),所述竖杆(11)的侧壁开设有装置腔(14),所述竖杆(11)的下端开设有与装置腔(14)连通的圆腔,所述圆腔内转动连接有圆筒(13),所述圆筒(13)位于装置腔(14)内的一端固定连接有第一锥齿轮(15),所述竖杆(11)的侧壁贯穿设置有转轴,所述转轴位于装置腔(14)内的一端固定连接有与第一锥齿轮(15)啮合的第二锥齿轮(16),所述圆筒(13)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆(12),所述螺纹杆(12)的下端固定连接在活动环(2)的下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有气流输送器和过滤装置的纺织机,其特征在于,所述转轴位于装置腔(14)外的一端固定连接有手轮(17),所述手轮(17)的表面胶合有橡胶套,所述橡胶套的表面设置有多道防滑槽,多道所述防滑槽均布在所述橡胶套的表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有气流输送器和过滤装置的纺织机,其特征在于,所述角度调整机构包括固定连接在活动环(2)侧壁上的两个扇形盘(18),两个所述扇形盘(18)之间转动连接有固定轴(20),所述固定轴(20)的侧壁固定连接有固定杆(24),所述固定杆(24)远离固定轴(20)的一端固定连接在集尘罩(3)上,所述固定杆(24)的侧壁开设有中空滑槽,所述中空滑槽内滑动连接有限位杆(21),所述扇形盘(18)的侧壁沿其周向等间距开设有多个与限位杆(21)相配合的限位槽(19),所述限位杆(21)的侧壁固定连接有与其垂直的拉杆(22),所述拉杆(22)通过第一弹簧(23)弹性连接在中空滑槽的内壁上,所述拉杆(22)的侧壁固定连接有握杆。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有气流输送器和过滤装置的纺织机,其特征在于,所述棉絮清理机构包括包括转动连接在弧形罩(6)侧壁上的辊筒(28),所述辊筒(28)的侧壁沿其周向等距固定连接有多个除絮针(29),每个所述除絮针(29)上均设置有用于将除絮针(29)上的棉絮进行刮除的刮取机构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有气流输送器和过滤装置的纺织机,其特征在于,所述纺织机本体(1)的两侧均固定连接有导向柱(4),所述活动环(2)的内侧开设有与导向柱(4)相配合的导向槽(10)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有气流输送器和过滤装置的纺织机,其特征在于,所述刮取机构包括套设在除絮针(29)上的金属刮环(25),所述除絮针(29)位于金属刮环(25)与辊筒(28)之间的部分套设有第二弹簧(30)。
