然而在纱线编织成布料时会存在以下缺陷:
1、会产生纤维粉尘,从而导致整个工作车间都弥漫着粉尘,降低了纺织车间的整洁度,而工作人员长期处于这种工作环境,身体健康会受到粉尘的危害;
2、现有的纺织尘收集装置收集效果不好,较大的杂物易堵住设备,不能满足现有的需求;
现有的纺织尘收集装置收尘角度无法调整,收尘范围有限。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,其可对集尘罩的收尘角度进行调整,满足不同设备的使用需求;通过设置滤网和收纳盒,可对较大的杂物进行过滤,并使杂物落入到收纳盒内,方便后期的清理,可使集尘罩的方向不停的进行改变,有效的增大了收尘的范围,并且无需外置负压泵,降低了设备的成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,包括机体,所述机体的上端贯穿设置有传动轴,所述传动轴位于机体内的一端固定连接有机架,所述机架上安装有外齿圈,所述机体内还安装有用于驱动外齿圈转动的驱动装置,所述传动轴通过高度调整装置安装有底板,所述底板的下端固定连接有伸缩杆,所述机体的上端开设有环形槽,所述伸缩杆的下端滑动连接在环形槽内,所述底板的上端通过角度调整机构安装有集尘罩,所述机体内还安装有用于对集尘罩提供负压力的负压机构。

底板23的下端固定连接有伸缩杆10,机体1的上端开设有环形槽,伸缩杆10的下端滑动连接在环形槽内,底板23的上端通过角度调整机构安装有集尘罩18,角度调整机构包括固定连接在底板23上端的两个扇形盘11,两个扇形盘11之间转动连接有固定轴13,固定轴13的侧壁固定连接有固定杆17,固定杆17远离固定轴13的一端与集尘罩18固定连接,固定杆17的侧壁开设有中空滑槽,中空滑槽内滑动连接有限位杆14,所述扇形盘11的侧壁沿其周向等间距开设有多个与限位杆14相配合的限位槽12,限位杆14的侧壁固定连接有与其垂直的拉杆15,拉杆15通过弹簧16弹性连接在中空滑槽2的内壁上,拉杆15的侧壁固定连接有握杆,通过设置扇形盘11、限位槽12、固定轴13和限位杆,可对集尘罩18的收尘角度进行调整,满足不同设备的使用需求,并且驱动电机22转动带动第一齿轮35转动,第一齿轮35转动带动与之啮合的外齿圈5转动,外齿圈5转动带动带动支架8转动,支架8转动通过传动轴25带动底板23转动,底板23转动使集尘罩18的方向不停的进行改变,有效的增大了收尘的范围。
集尘罩18的罩口处安装有滤网19,集尘罩18的下端侧壁固定连接有收纳盒20,集尘罩18的下端安装有收集袋21,通过设置滤网19和收纳盒20,可对较大的杂物进行过滤,并使杂物落入到收纳盒20内,方便后期的清理。
机体1内还安装有用于对集尘罩18提供负压力的负压机构,负压机构包括固定连接在机体1内壁上的活塞筒31,活塞筒31内密封滑动连接有活塞32,活塞32上安装有仅允许空气从右往左移动的第一单向阀33,活塞32的侧壁固定连接有推杆34,推杆34贯穿活塞筒31的内壁。
机架8上安装有用于推动推杆34往复移动的推动机构,推动机构包括转动连接在机架8下端的偏转轴9,外齿圈5的内侧固定连接有内齿圈36,偏转轴9上转动连接有与内齿圈36啮合的第二齿轮6,第二齿轮6的侧壁固定连接有连接杆4,机体1的内壁开设有滑槽2,滑槽2内滑动连接有滑块3,连接杆4远离第二齿轮6的一端转动连接在滑块3的上端,推杆34远离活塞32的一端固定连接在滑块3上,活塞筒31的右端部通过导气管与集尘罩18连通,通过外齿圈5转动带动内齿圈36转动,内齿圈36转动通过第二齿轮6、偏转轴9和连接杆4的配合带动滑块3往复移动,滑块3往复移动通过推杆34带动活塞32移动,活塞32移动将使集尘罩18的罩口处产生负压,进而进行吸尘,无需外置负压泵,降低了设备的成本。
本发明的工作原理为:
该防止尘收集装置在使用时,操作员将该装置推动到需要除尘的地方,然后操作员打开驱动电机22的开关,驱动电机22转动带动第一齿轮35转动,第一齿轮35转动带动与之啮合的外齿圈5转动,外齿圈5转动带动带动支架8转动,支架8转动通过传动轴25带动底板23转动,底板23转动使集尘罩18的方向不停的进行改变;外齿圈5转动带动内齿圈36转动,内齿圈36转动通过第二齿轮6、偏转轴9和连接杆4的配合带动滑块3往复移动,滑块3往复移动通过推杆34带动活塞32移动,活塞32移动将使集尘罩18的罩口处产生负压,进而进行吸尘。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,包括机体(1),其特征在于,所述机体(1)的上端贯穿设置有传动轴(25),所述传动轴(25)位于机体(1)内的一端固定连接有机架(8),所述机架(8)上安装有外齿圈(5),所述机体(1)内还安装有用于驱动外齿圈(5)转动的驱动装置,所述传动轴(25)通过高度调整装置安装有底板(23),所述底板(23)的下端固定连接有伸缩杆(10),所述机体(1)的上端开设有环形槽,所述伸缩杆(10)的下端滑动连接在环形槽内,所述底板(23)的上端通过角度调整机构安装有集尘罩(18),所述机体(1)内还安装有用于对集尘罩(18)提供负压力的负压机构,所述高度调整装置包括开设在传动轴(25)侧壁上的装置腔(30),所述传动轴(25)的上端贯穿设置有圆腔,所述圆腔内转动连接有圆筒(26),所述圆筒(26)位于装置腔(30)内的一端固定连接有第一锥齿轮(27),所述传动轴(25)的侧壁贯穿设置有转轴,所述转轴位于装置腔(30)内的一端固定连接有与第一锥齿轮(27)啮合的第二锥齿轮(28),所述圆筒(26)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆(24),所述螺纹杆(24)的上端固定连接在底板(23)的下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括固定连接在机体(1)内底部的驱动电机(22),所述驱动电机(22)的输出轴固定连接有第一齿轮(35),所述第一齿轮(35)与外齿圈(5)啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,其特征在于,所述转轴位于装置腔(30)外的一端固定连接有手轮(29),所述手轮(29)的侧壁胶合有橡胶套,所述橡胶套的表面均布有防滑纹。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,其特征在于,所述集尘罩(18)的罩口处安装有滤网(19),所述集尘罩(18)的下端侧壁固定连接有收纳盒(20),所述集尘罩(18)的下端安装有收集袋(21)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,其特征在于,所述角度调整机构包括固定连接在底板(23)上端的两个扇形盘(11),两个所述扇形盘(11)之间转动连接有固定轴(13),所述固定轴(13)的侧壁固定连接有固定杆(17),所述固定杆(17)远离固定轴(13)的一端与集尘罩(18)固定连接,所述固定杆(17)的侧壁开设有中空滑槽,所述中空滑槽内滑动连接有限位杆(14),所述扇形盘(11)的侧壁沿其周向等间距开设有多个与限位杆(14)相配合的限位槽(12),所述限位杆(14)的侧壁固定连接有与其垂直的拉杆(15),所述拉杆(15)通过弹簧(16)弹性连接在中空滑槽(2)的内壁上,所述拉杆(15)的侧壁固定连接有握杆。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,其特征在于,所述负压机构包括固定连接在机体(1)内壁上的活塞筒(31),所述活塞筒(31)内密封滑动连接有活塞(32),所述活塞(32)上安装有仅允许空气从右往左移动的第一单向阀(33),所述活塞(32)的侧壁固定连接有推杆(34),所述推杆(34)贯穿活塞筒(31)的内壁,所述机架(8)上安装有用于推动推杆(34)往复移动的推动机构,所述活塞筒(31)的右端部通过导气管与集尘罩(18)连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,其特征在于,所述推动机构包括转动连接在机架(8)下端的偏转轴(9),所述外齿圈(5)的内侧固定连接有内齿圈(36),所述偏转轴(9)上转动连接有与内齿圈(36)啮合的第二齿轮(6),所述第二齿轮(6)的侧壁固定连接有连接杆(4),所述机体(1)的内壁开设有滑槽(2),所述滑槽(2)内滑动连接有滑块(3),所述连接杆(4)远离第二齿轮(6)的一端转动连接在滑块(3)的上端,所述推杆(34)远离活塞(32)的一端固定连接在滑块(3)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用纺织机纺织尘收集装置,其特征在于,所述机体(1)的下端安装有行走轮(7)。
