技术解决方案
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种生产车间纺织纱管转运装置,其可实现挂杆向上倾斜的目的,以保证纺织纱管在转运的过程中不会发生脱落的现象,也可将挂杆向下倾斜,方便纺织纱管的自动滑落,无需人工手动取下纺织纱管,加快了下料的速度,方便生产工作的展开。

支撑架8的侧壁设置有用于驱动第一转动杆7的驱动机构,驱动机构包括固定连接在支撑架8侧壁上的安装支架5,安装支架5呈L形结构,安装支架5采用不锈钢材质制,安装支架5的侧壁固定连接有伺服电机4,伺服电机4的输出轴末端贯穿安装支架5并转动连接在支撑架8的侧壁上,伺服电机4的输出轴外侧套设有第一齿轮3,第一齿轮3和伺服电机4的输出轴固定连接,第一转动杆7朝外的一端固定连接有第二齿轮6,第二齿轮6和第一齿轮3之间啮合传动,可让放置架10转动,可实现挂杆11向上倾斜的目的,以保证纺织纱管在转运的过程中不会发生脱落的现象,也可将放置架10的挂杆11向下倾斜,方便纺织纱管的自动滑落,无需人工手动取下纺织纱管。
第二转动杆14朝外的一端固定连接有挡板13,贯通孔28的内部设置有方便第一转动杆7和第二转动杆14转动的滚动机构,滚动机构包括圆周向等间距设置在贯通孔28内侧的多个滚珠槽12,多个滚珠槽12的内部均设置有可滚动的滚珠15,滚珠15的表面和第一转动杆7的表面相抵设置,可在第一转动杆7和第二转动杆14转动的过程中,通过滚珠15的滚动减少转动时的摩擦阻力,以便于第一转动杆7和第二转动杆14更好的转动。
第一转动杆7和第二转动杆14相对的一端均固定连接有固定板9,两个固定板9之间设置有放置架10,放置架10上布设有多个挂杆11,用于纺织纱管的套挂,放置架10和固定板9之间设置有定位机构,定位机构包括对称设置在放置架10侧壁上的两个定位块20,定位块20和放置架10固定连接,固定板9的侧壁对称设置有两个与定位块20相适配的定位槽21,定位槽21和定位块20均呈T形结构,定位块20位于定位槽21的内部,可快速的实现放置架10的定位安装,达到预定位的目的,方便放置架10的安装固定。
固定板9的内部设置有装置腔23,装置腔23的内部设置有固定机构,固定机构包括对称设置在装置腔23内部的两个安装块26,两个安装块26的中部位置共同贯穿设置有双头螺纹杆22,双头螺纹杆22的两端均螺纹连接有插杆18,插杆18的滑动可快速实现定位块20的拆装工作,方便放置架10的清洁处理,装置腔23和定位槽21之间设置有连通孔17,插杆18位于连通孔17的内部,且两者滑动连接,定位块20的侧壁设置有与插杆18相适配的插孔19,双头螺纹杆22的外侧套设有第二锥齿轮27,第二锥齿轮27和双头螺纹杆22固定连接,支撑架8的侧壁贯穿设置有旋动杆25,旋动杆25的一端延伸至装置腔23内并固定连接有第一锥齿轮24,第一锥齿轮24和第二锥齿轮27之间啮合传动,插杆18朝向双头螺纹杆22的一端设置有螺纹孔,双头螺纹杆22的一端位于螺纹孔的内部,插杆18的外侧和连通孔17均呈矩形结构,起到了导向的作用,可避免插杆18随着双头螺纹杆22的转动而转动,达到移动的目的。
工作时,首先可将纺织纱管套在挂杆11上,等纺织纱管装载完毕后,随后可启动伺服电机4,伺服电机4的输出轴转动可带动第一齿轮3转动,由于第一齿轮3和第二齿轮6之间啮合传动,从而实现第二齿轮6的转动,第二齿轮6转动可带动第一转动杆7转动,第一转动杆7可带动固定板9转动,从而实现放置架10的转动,这样使得第二转动杆14而随着第一转动杆7的转动而转动,放置架10转动可实现挂杆11向上倾斜的目的,以保证纺织纱管在转运的过程中不会发生脱落的现象,随后可通过行走轮1实现装置的运输,达到转运的目的,等移动至待定的位置,再将伺服电机4的输出轴反向转动,从而可将放置架10的挂杆11向下倾斜,方便纺织纱管的自动滑落,无需人工手动取下纺织纱管,减少了工作人员的工作量;
当放置架10需要清理时,可通过旋动杆15的转动带动第一锥齿轮24转动,第一锥齿轮24转动带动第二锥齿轮27,从而实现双头螺纹杆22的转动,由于双头螺纹杆22的双端螺纹方向相反,使得两个插杆18相向移动,插杆18滑出插孔19的内部,让定位块20可滑出定位槽21的内部,从而实现放置架10的拆卸,方便放置架10的清理工作,反之可实现放置架10的快速安装。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种生产车间纺织纱管转运装置,包括底板(2),其特征在于,所述底板(2)的下侧固定连接有多个行走轮(1),所述底板(2)的上侧固定连接有减震垫(16),所述减震垫(16)的上侧固定连接有支撑架(8),所述支撑架(8)的两端侧壁均贯通设置有贯通孔(28),两个所述贯通孔(28)的内部分别转动连接有第一转动杆(7)和第二转动杆(14),所述支撑架(8)的侧壁设置有用于驱动第一转动杆(7)的驱动机构,所述第二转动杆(14)朝外的一端固定连接有挡板(13),所述贯通孔(28)的内部设置有方便第一转动杆(7)和第二转动杆(14)转动的滚动机构,所述第一转动杆(7)和第二转动杆(14)相对的一端均固定连接有固定板(9),两个所述固定板(9)之间设置有放置架(10),所述放置架(10)上布设有多个挂杆(11),所述放置架(10)和固定板(9)之间设置有定位机构,所述固定板(9)的内部设置有装置腔(23),所述装置腔(23)的内部设置有固定机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生产车间纺织纱管转运装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括固定连接在支撑架(8)侧壁上的安装支架(5),所述安装支架(5)的侧壁固定连接有伺服电机(4),所述伺服电机(4)的输出轴末端贯穿安装支架(5)并转动连接在支撑架(8)的侧壁上,所述伺服电机(4)的输出轴外侧套设有第一齿轮(3),所述第一齿轮(3)和伺服电机(4)的输出轴固定连接,所述第一转动杆(7)朝外的一端固定连接有第二齿轮(6),所述第二齿轮(6)和第一齿轮(3)之间啮合传动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种生产车间纺织纱管转运装置,其特征在于,所述安装支架(5)呈L形结构,所述安装支架(5)采用不锈钢材质所制。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种生产车间纺织纱管转运装置,其特征在于,所述滚动机构包括圆周向等间距设置在贯通孔(28)内侧的多个滚珠槽(12),多个所述滚珠槽(12)的内部均设置有可滚动的滚珠(15),所述滚珠(15)的表面和第一转动杆(7)的表面相抵设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种生产车间纺织纱管转运装置,其特征在于,所述定位机构包括对称设置在放置架(10)侧壁上的两个定位块(20),所述定位块(20)和放置架(10)固定连接,所述固定板(9)的侧壁对称设置有两个与定位块(20)相适配的定位槽(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种生产车间纺织纱管转运装置,其特征在于,所述定位槽(21)和定位块(20)均呈T形结构,所述定位块(20)位于定位槽(21)的内部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种生产车间纺织纱管转运装置,其特征在于,所述固定机构包括对称设置在装置腔(23)内部的两个安装块(26),两个所述安装块(26)的中部位置共同贯穿设置有双头螺纹杆(22),所述双头螺纹杆(22)的两端均螺纹连接有插杆(18),所述装置腔(23)和定位槽(21)之间设置有连通孔(17),所述插杆(18)位于连通孔(17)的内部,且两者滑动连接,所述定位块(20)的侧壁设置有与插杆(18)相适配的插孔(19),所述双头螺纹杆(22)的外侧套设有第二锥齿轮(27),所述第二锥齿轮(27)和双头螺纹杆(22)固定连接,所述支撑架(8)的侧壁贯穿设置有旋动杆(25),所述旋动杆(25)的一端延伸至装置腔(23)内并固定连接有第一锥齿轮(24),所述第一锥齿轮(24)和第二锥齿轮(27)之间啮合传动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种生产车间纺织纱管转运装置,其特征在于,所述插杆(18)朝向双头螺纹杆(22)的一端设置有螺纹孔,所述双头螺纹杆(22)的一端位于螺纹孔的内部,所述插杆(18)的外侧和连通孔(17)均呈矩形结构。
