Description
Nachteilig bei dieser Anordnung ist, daß der zusammenlegbare Aufbau nur nach dem vollständigen Entfalten auf den Boden aufgesetzt werden kann, was bei einer entsprechenden Größe eines solchen Behälters vergleichsweise kraftaufwendig und umständlich ist.
Durch geeignete Dimensionierung der auftretenden Passungen ist es z. B. bei einer bevorzugten Ausführung in Holz möglich, den Aufbau durch leichte Preßpassung in äußerst stabiler Lage mit dem Boden zu verbinden. Ein etwa sebsttätiges Einknicken des Aufbaus entlang der gelenkigen Verbindungen im unbefüllten oder nur teilbefülltem Zustand des Behälters ist dadurch sicher verhindert.
Die hohe Stabilität ermöglicht ein problemloses Stapeln mehrerer Behälter übereinander.
Die Unterfahrkonstruktion kann auch bündig mit dem Bodenumriß ausgebildet sein und zusätzliche Fixierelemente zur Transportsicherung aufweisen.
Anstelle der Zapfen und Öffnungen können auch erforderlichenfalls Winkel mit korrespondierenden Schlitzen verwendet werden.
Alternativ können auf die Ecken des Bodenrahmens Winkelbeschläge aufgesetzt sein, auf welche der Aufbau im aufgestellten Zustand mit korrespondierenden, schräg angeordneten Schlitzen aufgeschoben wird.
Dieser ist bevorzugt als L-förmiger, metallischer Winkel ausgeführt, welcher im flachgelegten Zustand des Aufbaus außenbündig auf dem Bodenrahmen aufliegt. Der Aufsetzrahmen weist in Richtung auf den Boden abragende Haltelaschen auf, welche den Bodenrahmen hintergreifen. Im aufgestellten Zustand des Aufbaus wird dieser Aufsetzrahmen von oben auf die Längs- bzw. Stirnwände aufgesetzt, wobei die Haltelaschen den Aufbau von außen umgreifen und hierdurch die Stabilität insbesondere gegen Ausbauchen drastisch erhöhen. Die Haltelaschen können im Bereich der Ecken des Aufsetzrahmens als winkelige Ecklaschen ausgeführt sein und entlang der Wände des Aufbaus als Führungslaschen. In einer abgewandelten Form können einige der Haltelaschen derartig nach innen versetzt an dem Aufsetzrahmen angeordnet sein, daß dieser nach dem vollständigen Aufstellen des Aufbaues von oben auf dessen Wände aufgeschoben wird, wodurch ein Aus- bzw. Einknicken der Wände nach außen wie auch nach innen sicher verhindert ist. Vorzugsweise sind solche, die Wände beidseitig umgreifenden, zueinander versetzten Haltelaschen im Bereich der gelenkigen Verbindung von benachbarten Wänden des Aufbaus angeordnet.
Es weist maximal drei Handhabungsteile, den Boden, den Aufbau und gegebenenfalls den Aufsetzrahmen auf, welche insgesamt unverlierbar sind. Er eignet sich insbesondere für größere Abmessungen, bevorzugt für die einer sogenannten Euro-Palette. Ein solcher Behälter kann somit in vorteilhafter Weise in gängigen Hochregallagern, auf Rollenbahnen oder in sonstigen größeren Behältnissen plaziert und gestapelt werden.
Das im flachgelegten Zustand äußerst geringe Faltmaß ermöglicht beispielsweise in einem handelsüblichen 40-Fuß-Container die Anordnung von ca. 25 Prozent mehr Behältern als bei bekannten Ausführungen.

d. h. Bodenrahmen 4, Aufsetzrahmen 6, sowie Unterfahrkonstruktion 3 sind in ihren Abmessungen so gewählt, daß sie den Boden 2 nach außen hin an keiner Stelle überragen, und damit die normierten Außenmaße nirgends überschritten sind.
Die Rastelemente sind als quaderförmige Zapfen 45a ausgebildet, welche im aufgestellten Zustand des Aufbaus 5 gemäß Figur 4 in die korrespondierenden, als rechteckige Öffnungen 55a ausgebildeten Rastaufnahmen eingreifen.
Figur 3 verdeutlicht, wie der flach zusammengelegte Aufbau 5 zwischen Boden 2 und Zapfen 45a der einen Längslatte 43 geschoben fixiert ist.
In strichpunktierten Linien ist eine Längswand 53 bei dann abgenommenem Aufsetzrahmen 6 und aufgestelltem Aufbau 5 dargestellt, wobei der Zapfen 45 in die Öffnung 55 eingreift. Der Aufsetzrahmen 6 kann bei aufgerichtetem Aufbau 5 zur weiteren Stabilisierung des Behälters 1 gegen Aus- oder Einknicken der Stirnwände 51 bzw. Längswände 53 zusätzlich zu den bereits beschriebenen Haltelaschen 62 weitere, nach innen versetzte Haltelaschen 62 aufweisen. Diese hintergreifen den Aufbau 5 von innen, so daß ein Einknicken etwa entlang einer Faltkante des Aufbaues sicher verhindert ist.
Claims (17)
- Behälter (1; 1a; 1b), mit einem Boden (2) und einem darauf aufgesetzten, flach zusammenlegbaren Aufbau (5; 5a; 5b), wobei der im aufgestellten Zustand quaderförmige Aufbau (5; 5a; 5b) aus gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Längswänden (53) und Stirnwänden (51) besteht, mit einem auf dem Boden (2) außen umlaufend angeordneten Bodenrahmen (4), welcher mit Rastelementen (45; 45a; 46; 47) versehen ist, die im aufgestellten Zustand des Aufbaus (5) mit diesem zusammenwirken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente (45; 45a; 46; 47) nach innen weisend am Bodenrahmen (4) angeordnet sind und mit korrespondierenden Rastaufnahmen (55; 56; 57) des Aufbaus (5) dann in Eingriff bringbar sind, wenn dieser senkrecht auf dem Boden (4) stehend in seine Quaderform entfaltet wird und der Aufbau (5; 5a; 5b) innerhalb des Umrisses des Bodens (2) flach auf dem Boden zusammenlegbar ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (2) innerhalb seines Umrisses auf seiner vom Aufbau (5; 5a; 5b) abgewandten Seite eine Unterfahrkonstruktion (3) tragt, welche aus vereinzelten, benachbart des Umrisses angeordneten Klötzen (31, 32) und aus Verbindungslatten (33) gebildet ist, welche zumindest die Klötze entlang zweier zueinander paralleler Seiten des Bodens (2) miteinander verbinden.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus Tragklötzen (31) und aus Eckklötzen (32) gebildeten Klötze und die Verbindungslatten (33) gegenüber dem Umriß des Bodens (2) zum Hintergreifen des oberen Wandbereiches eines aufgestellten, weiteren Behälters (1; 1a; 1b) nach innen versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus Tragklötzen (31) und aus Eckklötzen (32) gebildeten Klötze und die Verbindungslatten (33) außenbündig mit dem Boden (2) angeordnet sind und zumindest die Verbindungslatten (33) gegenüber dem Umriß des Bodens (2) zum Hintergreifen des oberen Wandbereiches eines aufgestellten, weiteren Behälters (1; 1a; 1b) nach innen versetzte Fixierelemente (34) aufweisen.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente als Zapfen (45; 45a) und die Rastaufnahmen als Öffnungen (55) ausgebildet sind.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente als Winkel (46) und die Rastaufnahmen als Schlitze (56) ausgebildet sind.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente als auf den Bodenrahmen (4) aufgesetzte Winkelbeschläge (47) und die Rastaufnahmen als im Eckbereich zweier im aufgestellten Zustand des Aufbaus (5b) aneinander stoßender Wände (51, 53) angeordnete Schlitze (57) ausgebildet sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längswände (53) zwei Öffnungen (55) und der Bodenrahmen (4) vier korrespondierende Zapfen (45; 45a) aufweist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Längswand (53) etwa mittig einen Schlitz (56) und der Bodenrahmen (4) korrespondierende Winkel (46) aufweist.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl alle Rastelemente wie auch alle Rastaufnahmen den Längswänden (53) zugeordnet sind.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen im wesentlichen dem Umriß des Bodens (2) entsprechenden Aufsetzrahmen (6; 6a) zur fixierenden Aufnahme eines weiteren Behälters (1), wobei dieser Aufsetzrahmen (6; 6a) im flachgelegten Zustand des Aufbaus (5; 5a; 5b) außenbündig auf dem Bodenrahmen (4) aufliegt und diesen innen mit abragenden Haltelaschen (62) hintergreift, und im aufgestellten Zustand auf den Längswänden (53) und den Stirnwänden (51) diese mit den Haltelaschen (62) zumindest außen umgreifend aufliegt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsetzrahmen (6; 6a) weitere, nach innen versetzte Haltelaschen (62) aufweist, welche im aufgestellten Zustand den Aufbau (5; 5a; 5b) innen hintergreifen.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsetzrahmen (6; 6a) Verriegelungselemente (67) aufweist, welche in korrespondierende Verriegelungsaufnahmen (58) des aufgestellten Aufbaus (5; 5a; 5b) eingreifen.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungselemente als Bolzen (68) ausgebildet nach innen abragend an den Haltelaschen (62) angeordnet sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenrahmen (4) auf seiner Innenseite (42b, 43b) Ausnehmungen (48) aufweist, welche bei aufgelegtem Aufsetzrahmen (6; 6a) mit den Haltelaschen (62) korrespondieren.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an Faltkanten des Aufbaus (5; 5a; 5b) angrenzenden Wände (51, 53) mittels in Nuten (51c, 53c) dieser Wände eingelegten, flexiblen Bändern (50) miteinander gelenkig verbunden sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten beiderends mit Nutabdeckungen (52 bzw. 54) versehen sind.
