Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gebinde, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Farben oder dergleichen Stoffe.
Zur Zeit werden Eimer zur Aufnahme von Farben aus Kunststoff verwendet, die im Querschnitt üblicherweise oval ausgebildet sind und mit einem Deckel, gleichfalls aus Kunststoff, abgeschlossen sind. Derartige Kunststoffeimer sind nur mit größerem Aufwand umweltschonend verwertbar. Darüber hinaus sind sie relativ temperaturempfindlich, d.h. bei heißen Temperaturen werden sie weich und bei kalten bzw. niedrigen Temperaturen wird der Kunststoff hart und spröde, so daß er bei mechanischen Beanspruchungen und Stößen reißen oder zerbrechen kann.
In letzter Zeit sind dosen- und trommelförmige Verpackungen bekannt geworden, die einen Behälter aus Papierverbund, Pappe oder Karton aufweisen, in den ein Folienbeutel eingesetzt wird, der mit einem Haltering aus Kunststoff verschweißt ist, wobei der Haltering auf den Rand des offenen Endes des Behälters aufgesetzt wird und der Rand in eine Nut des Halterings eingreift.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Gebinde, insbesondere für die Aufnahme von Farben oder dergleichen Stoffe zu schaffen, das den Inhalt zuverlässig und sicher einschließt, nach Aufbrauch des Inhalts zum überwiegenden Teil leicht wiederverwertbar ist und für den restlichen Teil wenig Abfallvolumen einnimmt, wobei zusätzlich Arbeitsgerätschaften zur Verfügung gestellt werden sollen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Hauptanspruchs gelöst.
Durch die in den Unteransprüchen angegebenen Maßnahmen sind vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen und Verbesserungen möglich.
Dadurch, daß als Gebinde zur Aufnahme von Farben ein Behälter aus Pappe oder Karton verwendet wird, in den ein mit einem Haltering verbundener Kunststoffbeutel eingelegt wird, wobei der Haltering auf den Rand des Behälters aufgesetzt wird, wird nach Aufdruck der Farbe eine einfache Entsorgung dahingehend sichergestellt, daß die Kunststoffteile und Papp- bzw. Kartonteile leicht getrennt werden können, wobei der überwiegende Teil des aufgebrauchten Gebindes wiederverwertet werden kann. Zu einer Verringerung von schwer verwertbaren Kunststoffteilen trägt gleichermaßen das den Behälter abschließende Kunststoffelement bei, das Arbeitsgerätschaften, wie Abstreifgitter, Spachtel, Rührelemente oder dergleichen Teile, aufweist, und dadurch eine zusätzliche Funktion bei der Verwendung des Gebindes übernimmt.
Das vorzugsweise viereckig mit abgerundeten Ecken ausgebildete Gebinde verbessert aufgrund der dichten Anordnung einer Vielzahl von Gebinden zueinander die Transport- und Lagermöglichkeiten, und darüber hinaus bieten die über- und nebeneinander gestapelten Gebinde eine hervorragende Ausstellungsfläche, so daß ein wirkungsvolles Anbieten ermöglicht wird.
Da der Behälter aus Pappe oder Karton oder dergleichen besteht, ist er wiederstandsfähiger bei extremen klimatischen Bedingungen, insbesondere bei geringen Temperaturen, da er nicht spröde und leicht verbrechbar wird, wodurch gleichfalls die Lagerfähigkeit verbessert wird.
Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung des Gebindes kann der Kunststoffanteil der Verpackung insgesamt auf ein Bruchteil der üblichen Menge gesenkt werden.
Durch Vorsehen einer Abdeckfolie aus Metall oder Kunststoff, die an dem Haltering oder Kunststoffelement befestigt ist, wird der Inhalt des Gebindes dicht gegen Einflüsse von außen abgeschlossen, wobei insbesondere bei Befestigung an dem Kunststoffelement ein leichtes Öffnen und ein schneller Zugang zu dem Inhalt des Gebindes gewährleistet wird.
Die am Dichtring angeordnete mindestens eine Öffnungslasche erleichtert das Öffnen des Gebindes.
Dadurch, daß der Boden des Behälters zu seinem Rand zurückversetzt ist und daß das Kunststoffelement mindestens zwei Erhebungen oder einen im wesentlichen umlaufenden Vorsprung aufweist, die zur Bildung einer Arretierung den Rand des Behälters hintergreifen, können die Gebinde sicher übereinandergestapelt werden.
Bei der Ausbildung des Kunststoffelementes als Abstreifgitter, durch das ein üblicherweise zusätzlich benötigtes Werkzeug zusammen mit dem Gebinde zur Verfügung gestellt wird, wird vorteilhafterweise eine Einhängevorrichtung am Kunststoffelement vorgesehen, die als zwei seitlich neben dem Gitter angeordnete Haken ausgebildet sind, wodurch eine funktionsgerechte Handhabung ermöglicht wird. Bei Befestigung der Abdeckfolie an dem Haltering des Behälters ist es von Vorteil, wenn die Haken klappbar gestaltet sind, so daß sie in etwa in der Ebene des Abstreifgitters liegen, wodurch die Versiegelung durch die Abdeckfolie nicht gestört wird.
Dadurch, daß, im Zustand der Benutzung gesehen, oberhalb des Abstreifgitters eine durchgehende geschlossene Fläche vorgesehen ist, wird eine Griffleistung zur besseren Handhabung zur Verfügung gestellt, und darüber hinaus dient diese Fläche zum Ableiten von gegebenenfalls auf die Fläche gelangende Farbe in den Behälter zurück.
Zusätzlich oder anstelle des Abstreifgittes können andere Werkzeuge am Kunststoffelement vorgesehen werden, beispielsweise Rührelemente zum Umrühren der Farbe oder Spachtel oder dergleichen Teile.
Zur besseren Handhabung und Erleichterung des Transports ist am Behälter ein Henkel oder Griff angebracht, der aus Papierverbund, Pappe oder Karton oder aus Jute besteht, so daß er zusammen mit dem Behälter entsorgt bzw. wiederverwertet werden kann, wobei aufgrund der breiteren Ausführung des Griffs, dieser im Gegensatz zum Stand der Technik bei Tragen nicht in die Hand einschneidet.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt und werden in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert. Es zeigen

In Fig. 1 ist das erfindungsgemäße Gebinde 1 dargestellt. Das Gebinde dient beispielsweise zur Aufnahme von Dispersionsfarben in einer Menge von beispielsweise 5, 10 oder 15 l. In Fig. 1 wird das Gebinde in einem Zustand des Gebrauchs gezeigt, wie weiter unten näher erläutert wird. Das Gebinde besteht aus einem äußeren Behälter aus Papier-, Pappe- oder Kartonverbund, der sich aus einer Hülse 2 und einem Boden 3 zusammensetzt. Die Hülse 2 weist an ihrem unteren Rand eine Verstärkung 4 auf, so daß ein Absatz gebildet wird, auf den der Boden 3 als getrenntes Teil aufgelegt wird. Die Verstärkung 4 wird beispielsweise dadurch gebildet, daß der untere Rand der Hülse 2 umgefaltet oder eingerollt wird, wodurch eine Verdopplung des Materials auftritt. Die Hülse 2 sowie der Boden 3 weisen einen viereckigen, quadratischen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt auf, wobei die Ecken mit einem Radius abgerundet sind. Durch die Bildung der abgerundeten Ecken wird das Material der Verstärkung 4 weiter zusammengedrückt, so daß eine weitere Verstärkung auftritt und dem Behälter eine zusätzliche Stabilität verliehen wird. Auf den oberen Rand des Behälters 2, 3 ist ein Haltering S aus Kunststoff aufgesetzt, der den Rand übergreift bzw. eine Nut 6 aufweist, in die der Rand eingreift. Ein Folienbeutel 7, gleichfalls aus Kunststoff, ist mit dem Haltering 5 verschweißt und wird zusammen mit dem Haltering 5 in den Behälter 2, 3 eingesetzt. Durch den Kunststoffbeutel 7 wird der Inhalt des Gebindes, d.h. die Dispersionsfarbe zu dem Behälter 2, 3 aus Pappe abgedichtet gehalten. Am Behälter 2, 3 ist ein als Trageband ausgebildeter, nicht dargestellter Griff, bestehend aus Pappe, Karton oder Jute, angebracht.
Der Behälter 2, 3 wird von einem Kunststoffelement abgedeckt, das näher in den Fig. 2 und 3 dargestellt ist und das in Fig. 1 in seiner Anwendung gezeigt ist. Das Kunststoffelement 8 weist einen umlaufenden Dichtring 9 auf, der entsprechend Fig. 1 aus einem eingreifenden Teil 11 und einem übergreifenden Teil 10 besteht. Das übergreifende Teil 10 weist einen umlaufenden Vorsprung 12 auf, der im aufgesetzten Zustand den Haltering 5 außen übergreift und formschlüssig mit ihm im Eingriff steht, während das eingreifende Teil 11 in den Haltering 5 eingesetzt ist. An dem umlaufenden Dichtring 9 entsprechend Fig. 2 und 3 sind zwei Öffnungslaschen 13 angebracht, mit denen der umlaufende Dichtring 9 von dem Haltering 5 abgehoben werden kann. Über den größten Teil seines Querschnitts ist das Kunststoffelement 8 mit einem Abstreifgitter 14 versehen, das bei der Verarbeitung der in dem Behälter 2, 3 aufgenommenen Farbe verwendbar ist. Das Abstreifgitter 14 besteht in bekannter Weise aus einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen, die durch Sprossen aus Kunststoff getrennt sind. Oberhalb des Abstreifgitters 14 in Fig. 2 und 3 ist ein Flächenbereich vorgesehen, der durchgehend geschlossen ist und der eine Griffleiste 15 bildet. Das Kunststoffelement 8 kann an dieser Griffleiste bei der Verarbeitung der Farbe gehandhabt werden.
Seitlich neben dem Abstreifgitter 14 im oberen Bereich ist eine Einhängevorrichtung vorgesehen, die sich entsprechend Fig. 2 aus sich senkrecht zur Ebene des Abstreifgitters 14 erstreckenden Haken 16 besteht. Entsprechend Fig. 1 werden im Betrieb des Abstreifgitters 14 die Haken 16 über den Haltering 5, und zwar über den den Rand des Behälters 2, 3 übergreifenden Bereich, gehängt.
Für eine einwandfreie Lagerung des Inhalts des Behälters 2, 3, d.h. der Dispersionsfarbe, muß dieser bzw. diese nach außen abgeschlossen sein. Daher wird zwischen den Inhalt des Behälters 2, 3 und dem Kunststoffelement 8 eine Abdeckfolie aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff vorgesehen. In dem Ausführungsbeispiel entsprechend Fig. 2 ist die Abdeckfolie 17 direkt an dem Kunststoffelement 8, die Fläche des Abstreifgitters 14 übergreifend, befestigt. Die Abdeckfolie 17 ist so angeordnet, daß sie in dem Bereich zwischen den zwei Haken 16 der Einhängevorrichtung liegt.
In einem anderen Ausführungsbeispiel, das dem entsprechend Fig. 1 entspricht, ist die Abdeckfolie direkt mit dem Haltering 5 des Behälters verschweißt, wobei dazu spezielle Vorsprünge nach innen an dem Behälter vorgesehen sein können (siehe Fig.1).
Wenn die Abdeckfolie 17 direkt an dem Haltering 5 befestigt ist, ist es vorteilhaft, wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt, daß die Haken 16 der Einhängevorrichtung klappbar gestaltet sind. In Fig. 3 sind die Haken 16 in etwa in der Ebene des Abdeckgitters 14 bzw. parallel zu diesem angeordnet. Das bedeutet, daß während der Lagerung diese Haken 16 sich im eingeklappten Zustand befinden, damit die Abdeckfolie 17 nicht durch die Haken 16 beschädigt wird. Wenn die Einhängevorrichtung für die Benutzung des Abstreifgitters 14 eingerichtet werden soll, werden die Haken 16 ausgeklappt, d.h. senkrecht zur Ebene des Abstreifgitters gestellt. In diesem Fall sind sie, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, angeordnet.
Wie aus Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 zu erkennen ist, sind am Dichtring 9 hervorspringende, abgerundete Vorsprünge 18 vorgesehen, die als Arretierungsfuß zum Stapeln geeignet sind und die direkt in den Bodenbereich des Behälters 2, 3 beim Übereinanderstapeln eingreifen, d.h. die die Verstärkung 4 des unteren Randes hintergreifen. Selbstverständlich kann anstelle der Vorsprünge 18 ein umlaufender Vorsprung oder mehrere über den Umfang des Kunststoffelementes 8 verteilte Segmente vorgesehen sein.
Vor dem Füllen mit Farbe wird in die Hülse 2 der Boden 3 eingesetzt, und anschließend wird der Kunststoffbeutel 7 zusammen mit dem Haltering 5 in den Behälter 2, 3 eingesetzt, wobei der obere Rand des Behälters 2, 3 in die Nut 6 des Halterings 5 eingreift. Nach dem Einfüllen mit Farbe oder dergleichen wird entweder die Abdeckfolie mit dem Haltering 5 verschweißt, so daß der Inhalt versiegelt ist, und es wird ein Kunststoffelement 8 gemäß Fig. 3 aufgesetzt, dessen umlaufender Dichtring den Haltering 5 übergreift, oder es wird gleich ein Kunststoffelement 8 nach Fig. 2 aufgesetzt, das die Abdeckfolie 17 mit umfaßt. Die so hergestellten Gebinde können nun transportiert und gelagert werden, wobei sie aufgrund ihrer viereckigen Form dicht nebeneinander auf Paletten angeordnet werden können oder zum Anbieten an der Verkaufsstelle zur Bildung einer Ausstellungsfläche nebeneinander und übereinander gestapelt werden können. Die Außenflächen des Behälters aus Pappe oder dergleichen können in einfacher Weise bedruckt werden und den Anzeigecharakter einer aus mehreren Gebinden durchgehend gebildeten Fläche verstärken.
Für den Gebrauch werden die Öffnungslaschen 13 zum Öffnen des Gebindes hochgehoben, und die Abdeckfolie 17 wird von dem Kunststoffelement 8 abgezogen, und die Haken 16 werden über den Rand des Behälters 2, 3 eingehängt in einer Lage entsprechend Fig. 1, oder die Abdeckfolie wird vom Haltering 5 gelöst, die Haken 16 der Einhängevorrichtung ausgeklappt und gleichfalls in die Stellung nach Fig. 1 gebracht. Falls der Inhalt des Gebindes 1 nicht vollständig verbraucht und wieder gelagert werden muß, kann in einfacher Weise anstelle der Abdeckfolie eine getrennte Folie oder ein Kunststoffbeutel oder dergleichen vorgesehen werden, der mittels des Dichtrings des Kunststoffelementes 8 festgelegt wird und den Inhalt sicher abdeckt.
Falls das Gebinde vollständig verbraucht wurde, wird das Kunststoffelement 8 als Abstreifgitter für andere Fälle verwendet, und der Kunststoffbeutel 7 zusammen mit dem Haltering 5 wird aus dem Behälter 2, 3 herausgenommen, der Boden 3 wird entfernt, und die Hülse 2 zusammengedrückt, so daß ein geringes Abfallvolumen entsteht und die Materialien Kunststoff und Pappe getrennt entsorgt werden können.
In den dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen weist das Kunststoffelement 8 ein Abstreifgitter 14 auf, dies ist beispielhaft angegeben, es ist jedoch auch möglich, daß zusätzlich zu dem Abstreifgitter oder anstelle des Abstreifgitters andere Werkzeuge vorgesehen werden, beispielsweise ein oder mehrere Rührelemente zum Umrühren des Inhalts oder auch Spachtelteile oder dergleichen, die aus dem Kunststoffelement 8 ausgebrochen werden und getrennt von diesem verwendet werden.
Auch wurde ein Gebinde für die Aufnahme von Dispersionsfarbe beschrieben. Derartige Gebinde können aber auch andere Materialien aufnehmen, wie Spachtelmaterial, Grundierungen oder dergleichen.
Eine Ausführungsform, die einen erfindungsgemäßen Gedanken verwendet, liegt darin, daß das Kunststoffelement 8 bei bekannten Behältern aus Kunststoff angewandt wird, wobei die oben beschriebenen Funktionen und Beispiele für das Kunststoffelement 8 in gleicher Weise zutreffen. Das Gebinde besteht dann aus einem einstückigen Behälter aus Kunststoff, auf den das Kunststoffelement mit dem zusätzlichen Werkzeug aufgesetzt ist.

Claims (13)

  1. Gebinde zur Aufnahme von Farben oder dergleichen Stoffe mit einem Behälter aus Pappe oder Karton, in den ein mit einem Haltering (5) verbundener Kunststoffbeutel (7) eingelegt ist, wobei der Haltering (5) am offenen Rand des Behälters (2, 3) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß mindestens ein Malerwerkzeug (14) aufnehmendes Kunststoffelement (8) mit einem umlaufenden Dichtring (9) auf dem Haltering (5) aufgesetzt ist
    und zwischen dem Inhalt des Gebindes (1) und dem Kunststoffelement (8) eine entfernbare Abdeckfolie (17) angeordnet ist.
  2. Gebinde nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckfolie (17) an dem Haltering (5) oder an dem Kunststoffelement (8) befestigt ist.
  3. Gebinde nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Öffnungslasche (13) am Dichtring (9) des Kunststoffelemetes (8) angeordnet ist.
  4. Gebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden des Behälters (2,3) einen hervorspringenden Rand (4) und das Kunststoffelement (8) mindestens zwei Erhebungen (18) oder einen umlaufenden Vorsprung aufweist, die den Rand (4) hintergreifen und eine Arretierung für das Stapeln bilden.
  5. Gebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffelement (8) ein Abstreifgitter (14) aufweist, das eine Einheit mit dem Dichtring (9) bildet.
  6. Gebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffelement (8) mit einer Einhängevorrichtung (16) versehen ist, die über den Rand bzw. den Haltering (5) des Behälters (2,3) einhängbar ist.
  7. Gebinde nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhängevorrichtung zwei Haken (16) aufweist, die seitlich vom Abstreifgitter (14) angeordnet sind.
  8. Gebinde nach Anspruch 6 oder Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhängevorrichtung bzw. die Haken (16) klappbar ausgebildet sind.
  9. Gebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben dem Abstreifgitter (14) im Bereich oder in der Nähe der Einhängevorrichtung (16) ein durchgehender Flächenbereich (15) vorgesehen ist, der als Griff dient.
  10. Gebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffelement (8) mindestens einen Spachtel und/oder mindestens ein Rührelement umfaßt, die entfernbar sind.
  11. Gebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (9) einen in den Haltering eingreifenden Vorsprung (11) und einen den Haltering umgreifenden Rand (10,12) aufweist.
  12. Gebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Behälter (2,3) ein Henkel angebracht ist, der aus einem Papier- und/oder Kartonverbund oder aus Jute besteht.
  13. Gebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (2,3) viereckig mit abgerundeten Ecken ausgebildet ist.
