Definitions
- the present invention relates to a novel holding device for a Rocker arm ring mechanism of loose leaf systems.
- Book bags or folders are known from the prior art, which have a central mechanism included for mounting. Among other things, this also applies to such folders, on the one hand a schedule system and on the other hand an organizational part included (so-called schedule systems). Here are for the sheets of the scheduling system and that of the loose leaf booklet, especially so-called ring stitching. Then you can turn over the individual sheets. Examples of such folders are in FR 2129226, OE GM 7303029, DE 9206701, DE GM 1738230 to find. DEH 1901426 and EP 0371860 are ring binder systems known in which the ring binder mechanism on and on the side Spine-mounted adapter plate can be pushed on.
- a ring binder system is known from UK patent application GB 2208627, in which the lockable ring mechanisms on a removable plate are arranged. This has holes at the ends through which the screw cap is used the plate is attached to the ring binder cover.
- this system contains no opening mechanism for the rings. These can only be bent apart be opened, which is difficult with a fully filled ring binder is.
- a system is also known from US Pat. No. 2,325,155 in which a rocker arm ring mechanism is detachably connected to the folder cover via an adapter plate, fastening elements being provided for the positive connection of the adapter plate to the plate of the rocker arm ring mechanism.
- These fasteners consist of pins on the rocker arm mechanism, which interact with openings in the adapter plate.
- a screw is arranged on the rocker arm ring mechanism, which screw can be screwed into an associated thread of the adapter plate in order to fix the rocker arm ring mechanism in its position.
- a disadvantage of this system is the arrangement of the pins on the rocker arm mechanism.
- the invention is accordingly based on the object of a simple holding device for rocker arm ring mechanics of loose leaf systems, consisting of a plate which are arranged to receive the perforated sheets of rods, the ends of which are form-fit together to create an insert in folders for Any schedule system is allowed and the rods are even when full open with leaves slightly.
- a holding device for a rocker arm ring mechanism solved which is releasably connected via an adapter plate to the portfolio cover, wherein Fastening elements for the positive connection of the adapter plate with the Plate of the rocker arm mechanism are provided, and which are characterized is that a movable pin is arranged in the middle of the adapter plate, which in a associated opening in the plate and at the ends of the adapter plate Elevations are arranged with openings in the plate of the Interacting the rocker arm mechanism.
- the adapter plate also contains elements for fastening to the Cover the respective folders. If necessary, the adapter plates can be firmly fixed become. However, a releasable connection with the folders is also conceivable.
- the fastening elements for connecting the plate with the adapter plate at the ends of the adapter plate there are any other positions are also conceivable, provided they are not centered arranged pin collide.
- the number of fasteners is also arbitrary selectable.
- the fastening elements can, according to the invention, be made in the ring binder mechanism supporting plate arranged openings exist, preferably at the ends the plate. In this opening they fit snugly on the adapter plate attached surveys inserted.
- a movable pin is arranged in the middle.
- the pen is in when the plate is put on the adapter plate pressed in. After reaching the end position of the plate, the Pin out again and snaps into an opening in the plate.
- the arrangement of two immovable ones is particularly preferred Elevations at the ends of the adapter plate by the horizontal described above Moving the attachable plate, its attachment in combination with that arranged in the middle of the adapter plate Pen.
- the rods that hold the leaves are Rings that are applied to the attachable plate.
- the rings can be round be or have any number of corners.
- the rings are on their facing away from the attachable plate Split in the middle. At this point, the rings are spread apart to accommodate the leaves. After filling the leaves, the rings are closed again.
- the described mechanism can be used for loose leaf systems of any kind. Wherever sheets are to be exchanged or supplemented, there are Systems can be used. Depending on the intended use, different ring sizes can be used numbers and numbers can be selected. The length, width and shape is different from each Depending on the area of application and the type of processing selected.
- the advantage of the invention is that filled ring mechanisms with the attachable Recordable and can be archived if necessary. At the same time, it is also at large filling, it is easily possible to open the ring mechanism.
- the arrangement of the rocker arms on the plate ends is known, but they did not have not yet classified themselves with removable panels. This is only through the existing arrangement of the fasteners has been made possible i.e. due to the shape of the central arrangement of a movable pin in Combination with two immobile elevations at the ends of the adapter plate.
- the devices according to the invention are intended primarily in so-called schedule books to be ordered. Used in the books on the market today each system has different ring mechanics, although the type of content is in with regard to the format, the filling quantity and the materials hardly differ from each other. This is to prevent interchangeability of the ring binders and the content become.
- the universal adapter plate enables docking the actual ring mechanism, irrespective of the number of rings and the distance or what ring diameter is being worked on.
- the adapter plate is here attached to the portfolio like the base plate of a conventional ring binder mechanism. For example, it can be sewn or riveted. It is also possible to get a create detachable connection.
- the docking mechanism is designed according to the invention so that the change mechanism Quickly and easily used or replaced by any user without tools can be. That is, by pushing in the pen remove attachable plate. Because of the middle Arrangement of a pin can after horizontal and subsequent vertical displacement of the attachable plate can be removed.
- the present holding device is particularly suitable for a book bag enables simultaneous access to the scheduling system and the organizational part, without the leaves of the open scheduling system and the open organizational part overlap each other.
- the calendar sheets and the organization sheets on two separate holding devices assigned to the type described above.
- One of these is at least means a folding hinge so articulated on the inside of the ceiling in question that in unfolded position of the folding hinge of the opened ceilings the open Calendar and organizational sheets lie side by side.
- the scheduling system and the organizational part are relative to each other can be pivoted away from each other, basically the Swiveling one of these two parts is sufficient, while the other part in the Book bag can remain fixed, after which you can use the schedule system as well also the organizational part can open and both book-like parts together four visible pages lie side by side.
- the particular advantage lies in that you constantly have a full view of the schedule system for the valley in question can and independently look in the organizational part, scroll or entries can make without the open sheets of the organizational part and the scheduling system interfere with each other.
- the book bag can be folded to save space, it then has the same Dimensions like the well-known book bags too.
- the scheduling system and the organizational part are next to each other.
- the hinge axes of the folding hinge arranged parallel to the longitudinal center of the back part, with which the the book bag that can be swiveled out can be operated, because folding the hinge in the same direction as that Turning in the scheduling system and in the organizational part is done.
- the holding device connected to the folding hinge is appropriately assigned to Opening side of the relevant ceiling and the articulation axis of the folding hinge near the edge of this ceiling, so that the folding hinge is folded out remains largely invisible.
- the folding hinge advantageously consists of one with the relevant one Corner hinged swivel tab and from a hinged Carrier sheet on which the associated holding device sits.
- the width of the by 180 ° swiveling swivel bracket is slightly larger than half the coverage width of the adjacent open sheets of both holding devices when folded of the folding hinge so that there are no overhangs of the fold-out Book part result.
- the scheduling system is not on changeable place in the book bag, while the organizational part on the Folding hinge can be folded out. That is why the holder of the calendar sheets firmly arranged on the inside of a blanket, although the Interchangeability of the scheduling system is ensured. Because the individual calendar sheets should not be lost and the entire schedule system if necessary Can be stored in a separate book cover regardless of the book bag should be seen appropriately on the holding device for the calendar sheets a binding that is releasable on the holding device, unless the entire Holding device with the scheduling system removable from the book bag is.
- the individual daily sheets For practical use, it is advantageous if in addition to in the schedule system the individual daily sheets, the respective monthly sheet is also visible.
- the binding of the calendar sheets daily and monthly sheets can be turned over where, in the width direction, the monthly sheets are approximately twice the format of daily sheets and including daily sheets from the outside in back towards the binding.
- the pin 5 is pushed into the hole 10 and the pin 5 a, b into the openings 10 a, b by vertically placing the plate 1.
- the openings 10 a are designed as locking slots. That means they narrow one-sidedly.
- the pins 5 a, b form a so-called locking flange.
- the plate-shaped elements narrow according to the narrowing of the Locking slots 10 a. After the plate 1 is placed vertically, the locking flanges protrude 5 a, b in the slots 10 a, b. The pin 5 is simultaneously in the Adapter plate 4 pressed.
- the opening 10 is arranged so that when the plate 1 is horizontally displaced, the pin 5 snaps into place with an exact fit. As a result, the plate 1 is displaceably anchored on the adapter plate. At the same time, the locking flanges 5 a, b are firmly seated in the displacing part of the locking slots 10 a, b, so that in these areas the plate 1 is secured against twisting and lifting.
- the rings can be opened or closed by means of the rocker arms 13 at the ends 8 a, 9 a of the plate 1. In contrast to conventional detachable systems, especially the gem. GB 2208627, therefore, the rings themselves do not have to be bent apart, which naturally leads to difficulties when the filling is large. It is surprising that the arrangement of the fastening elements according to the invention allows the rocker arms 13 to be attached, which was not possible in the prior art with removable ring mechanisms.
- Blanket 21 and a back blanket 22, both of which are flexible with one another Back part 23 are connected.
- the two blankets 21 and 22 and the back part 23 can consist of a high-quality material, such as leather, being appropriate stiffening is provided for the ceilings 21 and 22.
- the book bag can too be designed to be lockable, then located on the opening sides of the Ceilings 21 and 22 a cross closure, which is not shown in the drawing is.
- an organizational part 24 that has a variety of loosely stapled Sheets 25, which can thus be individually stapled and replaced.
- the organizational part 24 serves to hold address lists, telephone directories, Sales data and the like.
- a scheduling system 26 is found on the inside of the back ceiling 22 with a plurality of calendar sheets 27, which, as shown in Fig. 4 is divided into daily sheets 27 a and monthly sheets 27 b.
- the scheduling system 27 is interchangeably arranged in the book bag, but for everyday use Use sufficiently fixed in it. This is done via a holding device 28 which an insert tab on the inside of the back cover 22 of the book bag may include.
- To the holding device 28 also includes a binding 36 which the Calendar pages 27 holds together permanently, but on the other hand a flip of the Calendar pages 22 not hindered.
- the organization part 24 is on one Holding device 29 arranged, which can be moved for the intended use is to fold the organizational part 24 out of the book bag can, as illustrated in FIG. 4.
- the holding device 29 of the organization part 24 is therefore on the inside of the front cover 21 of the book bag articulated by means of a folding hinge 30, which consists of a swivel tab 31 and a carrier sheet 32, wherein on the latter holds the holding device 29 for the organizational part 24.
- the Swivel bracket 31 is along an articulation axis 33 with the inside of the front Cover 21 connected, this articulation axis 33 parallel to the longitudinal center of the back part 23 of the book bag.
- On the other long side of the swivel tab 31 there is a further articulated axis 34, via which the swivel bracket 31 also the carrier sheet 32 is articulated.
- the holding device 28 of the scheduling system 26 is close to the back part 23 of the book bag and is the articulation axis 33 of the folding hinge 30 for the organizational part 24 near the outer edge 35 on the open side of the front cover 21 arranged.
- the holding device 29 for the organization part 24 has a loose-leaf collection 37 like a ring stitch, so that the organizational sheets 25 are stapled in individually and can be replaced.
- the loose-leaf stitching 37 enables as well the binding 36 for the calendar sheets 27 a turning over of the organizational sheets 25 180 ° out of the starting position.
- the monthly sheets of the Scheduling systems are about twice as ready as the daily papers, which makes the Monthly pages 27b can be turned back inwards towards stitch 36, with which part of the daily sheets 27a is wrapped. It is therefore possible that Open the daily sheet and the associated monthly sheet next to each other.
