Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Tuchrollenmarkise mit einem von einer Tuchrolle abrollbaren und auf dieselbe aufrollbaren Markisentuch und einem hierfür an einer Wand oder Decke befestigbaren Markisenkasten, in welchem die Tuchrolle auf der rohrartigen Lagerwelle aufzunehmen ist und die rohrartige Lagerwelle stirnseitig gelagert ist, wobei das bei aufgewickelter Tuchrolle vordere Tuchende an einer sich entlang der Markisenbreite er streckenden, vorderseitigen Leiste gelenkig befestigt ist, und das innere, nicht ausfahrbare Ende des Markisentuches über eine sich im Bereich der Breite der Tuchrolle erstreckende, endseitige Schlaufe um einen in achsialer Richtung der Lagerwelle verlaufende Kedernut befindlichen Keder festgelegt ist.
  • Eine Tuchrollenmarkise dieser Art ist nach dem DGM 76 23 818.1 bekannt. Danach wird zur Fixierung einer gleichmäßigen Ebene für den Ablauf des Markisendruckes eine Lagerung der Tuchrolle, bei welcher die nicht ausfahrbaren Enden der Gelenkstange in Lagern derart einstellbar sind, daß ihre Neigung mittels an den Wänden angelenkten Schraubbolzen festlegbar ist.
  • Die Montage der Tuchrolle erfolgt hierbei von vorne, dadurch, daß das Markisentuch entlang der Vorderkante als Hohlsaum ausgeführt ist, in welche Schlaufe der Kederstab einzuführen ist, wobei die Schlaufe entlang der gesamten Tuchbreite in die Kedernut von vorne eingebracht sein muß. Sodann wird von einer der beiden Seiten her der Kederstab in den Hohlsaum des Markisentuches eingeschoben.
  • Da die Reibung mit zunehmender Einschubbreite sehr stark ansteigt, verläuft dieser Teil der Montage äußerst aufwendig. Hinzu kommt, daß dies auch vielfach die Benutzung des benachbarten Grundstückes erfordert. Insbesondere schränkt die spätere Grundstücksbebauung die Zugänglichkeit neben der Markise oft völlig ein. Je nach Markisentyp bzw. angrenzenden Bebauung müssen daher selbst bei einfacheren, nachträglichen Montagearbeiten mehr Teile, als erforderlich, soweit sie den Zugang sperren, ausgebaut werden. Da dies schon beim Tuchrollenwechsel erforderlich ist, ist ein erheblicher Mehraufwand unvermeidlich.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, die anstrengende Montage für die Zugänglichkeit der Tuchrolle sicherzustellen oder mindestens fühlbar zu erleichtern.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabenstellung durch die Vorschläge der Patentansprüche.
  • Somit gestattet es die Erfindung, ohne die Notwendigkeit eines Ausbaus von für den Tuchrollenwechsel vermeidbaren Teilen die Montage auf den Einbau und den Ausbau zu beschränken. Nach der Erfindung wird zunächst in die vom Hohlsaum gebildete Schlaufe der erfindungsgemäß gestaltete Keder eingeschoben. In die insbesondere mit rundem Querschnitt ausgeführte Kedernut läßt sich im spannungsfreien Zustand der Keder vorbereitend in eine Endlage kippen, die derjenigen, nach welcher das Markisentuch abrollen soll, entgegengesetzt ist. In dieser Position ist der Keder nämlich aus der Kedernut im Gegensatz zur Ablaufrichtung frei aushebbar. Ein unbeabsichtiges Lösen dieser Verbindung scheidet im ausgerollten Zustand an dem Spannungszug, unter dem das Markisentuch steht, und im spannungsfreien Zustand an der Verriegelung der außen an der hohlen Lagerwelle anliegenden, längeren Schenkel aus. Es kommt daher entweder zur kraftschlüssigen oder zur formschlüssigen Verriegelung des Keders.
  • Ein besonderer Vorteil wird dadurch geschaffen, daß durch die Klemmlage, und zwar auch dann, wenn letztere bereichweise unterbrochen ist, eine seitliche Verschiebung der Tuchrolle ausgeschaltet ist. Hierdurch entfallen zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel, die sonst von den Stirnseiten her in die Schlaufen eingeschoben werden müssen.
    • SPEZIELLE FIGURENBESCHREIBUNG:
  • Zur weiteren Veranschaulichung der Erfindung wird auf die Zeichnungen Bezug genommen, die aus Gründen der Anschaulichkeit die Erfindung in verschiedenen Ausführungen darstellen. Darin zeigen:

    eine Ausführungsform entsprechend Fig.5 mit teilweise eingesetztem Keder.
  • Nach Figur 1 ist das Gehäuse 2 mittels Schraubmuttern 23 und Klammern 24 an einer Wand befestigt. Das Markisentuch 9 ist vollständig aufgerollt und bildet die Tuchrolle 7. In diesem Zustand ist die vordere Leiste mit ihrem unteren Schenkel 20 erkennbar, wobei der Schenkel 20 eine Oberdeckungslage 25 mit dem liegenden Schenkel 8 des Gehäuses 2,8 einnimmt.
  • Für die Tuchrolle 7 ist die Wand 6 mit einem entsprechenden Ausschnitt versehen. Das Markisentuch 9 ist mit seiner vorderseitigen Schlaufe in der Leiste 18, die zum Aufspannen des Tuches vorfährt, gelenkig gelagert.
  • Die Lagerwelle 12 ist mit einer in Achsrichtung verlaufenden Kedernut 13 versehen, in welcher hier ein Rundstab als Keder 14 wirkt.
  • Der Bereich, in welchem der Keder in die Kedernut gemäß der Erfindung ausgeführt und eingesetzt ist, ist in den nachfolgenden Figuren vergrößert wiedergegeben.
  • So zeigt Figur 2 den Querschnitt der Lagerwelle 12. Vom Umfang her ist diese mit der Kedernut 13über die gesamte achsiale Länge ausgeführt. Das Profil der Kedernut 13 ist im wesentlichen kreisförmig sowie durch einen äußeren Schlitz 17 von außen zugänglich.
  • Die Lagerwelle 12 ist weiterhin Gegenstand der Figur 3, nach welcher in der erfindungsgemäßen Weise ein Keder 14 in die endseitige Schlaufe 11 des folgenden Tuchendes 10 eingelegt ist.
  • In weiterer Vergrößerung ist der neue Keder 14 in Figur 4 wiedergegeben. Man erkennt deutlich einen dünneren Unterschenkel 16 sowie einen kurzen, dickeren Oberschenkel 16. Beide Teile verbindet ein kurvig ausgeführtes Zwischenstück 19.
  • Figur 5 zeigt das in die Kedernut 13 eingreifende Profil des Keders 14. Dabei ist der Keder 14 seinerseits in die endseitige Schlaufe 11 des Markisentuches 9 eingesetzt. Somit liegt der Keder 14 mittelbar an der Innenwand 28 an. Die Darstellung macht dabei besonders deutlich, daß bei Spannung des Markisentuches 9 Hohlbereiche des Keders 14 überbrückt werden, die bei Belastung in der einen Richtung ein höchstens elastisch nachgebendes Anlegen ermöglichen. Ein Kippen in der dazu entgegengesetzten Richtung läßt eine Lösung des Keders 14 aus der Kedernut 13 zu, und damit auch die Lösung des Markisentuches 9 aus seiner vorderen Klemmlage.
  • Den vorbeschriebenen Zustand gibt Figur 6 wieder. Dabei ist lediglich der kleinere, dickere Unterschenkel 16 noch im äußeren Schlitz 17 gehalten. Erkennbar würde sich jedoch auch dieser Teil mit dem entsprechenden Schlaufenabschnitt bei Anhebung ablösen lassen.

Claims (6)

  1. Tuchrollenmarkise mit einem von einer Tuchrolle (7) abrollbaren und auf dieselbe aufrollbaren Markisentuch (9) und einem hierfür an einer Wand oder Decke befestigbaren Markisenkasten (2, 8), in welchem die Tuchrolle (7) auf der rohrartigen Lagerwelle (12) aufzunehmen ist und die rohrartige Lagerwelle (12) stirnseitig gelagert ist, wobei das bei aufge wickelter Tuchrolle (7) vordere Tuchende (10) an einer sich entlang der Markisenbreite erstreckenden, vorderseitigen Leiste (18) gelenkig befestigt ist, und das innere, nicht ausfahrbare Ende des Markisentuches (9) über eine sich im Bereich der Breite der Tuchrolle (7) erstreckende, endseitige Schlaufe (11) um einen in achsialer Richtung der Lagerwelle (12) verlaufende Kedernut (13) befindlichen Keder (14) festgelegt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Keder (14) eine Profilleiste mit einem etwa S-förmigen Querschnitt ist, dessen Ober- und Unterschenkel (15, 16) von unterschiedlicher Länge sind und parallel zueinander verlaufen,
    und welches mit seinem kurzen Unterschenkel (16) in den äußeren Schlitz (17) in die Kedernut (26) einführbar ist,
    und daß ferner das schräge Zwischenstück (19) des Keders (14) sowie der hierzu spitze Neigungswinkel des langen Oberschenkels (15) des Keders (14) derart auf die Breite des äußeren Schlitzes (17) abgestimmt sind, daß sich der lange Oberschenkel (15) bei Belastung seitens des im gleichen Sinne ziehenden Markisentuches (9) hakenartig in der Kedernut (13) anlegt.
  2. Tuchrollenmarkise nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß der obere, lange Schenkel (15) von geringerer Dicke als der untere, kurze Schenkel (16) ist.
  3. Tuchrollenmarkise nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß die hintere Leistenschlaufe (11) eine Umfangslänge aufweist, die zwischen der einfachen und der doppelten, einseitigen Umfangslänge (27) des Keders (14) liegt.
  4. Tuchrollenmarkise nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß der obere, lange Schenkel (15) in Richtung des Markisentuches (9) dünner wird.
  5. Tuchrollenmarkise nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß der Keder (14) mit der ihn umschließenden Schlaufe (11) bei Belastung der Tuchrolle (7) in einem Spannungszustand an mehreren Stellen der Innenwand (28) der Kedernut (13) über die ihn umschließenden Teile anliegt.
  6. Tuchrollenmarkise nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß die an der Innenwand (28) der Kedernut (13) über die am Markisentuch (9) anliegenden Teile mit einer Dicke von etwa der halben bis unter der einfachen Halsöffnung des äußeren Schlitzes (17) ist.
