Description
Claims (7)
- Einspanneinrichtung für ein Snowboard, mit einem auf einer Arbeitsunterlage fixierbaren Halterahmen (1), welcher eine in Verwendungslage horizontale Auflagefläche umfaßt, auf der das Snowboard (19) mit einer in Einspannlage des Snowboards quer zur Langsrichtung des Snowboards (19) verschiebbaren Spannbacke (11) gegen einen dieser gegenüberliegenden Anschlag (6) breitseitig einspannbar ist, wobei an den Halterahmen (1) seitlich eine, in Verwendungslage vertikale Auflagefläche mit gegenüberliegender Spannschraube (23) anschließt, mit welcher das Snowboard (21) schmalseitig einspannbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der verschiebbaren Spannbacke (11) und dem Anschlag (6) durch Versetzen des Anschlages (6) stufenweise verstellbar ist, und daß sowohl die verschiebbare Spannbacke (11) als auch der versetzbare Anschlag (6) um eine Achse normal zur Breitseite des in Einspannlage befindlichen Snowboards verschwerkbar gelagert und in ihrer das Snowboard (19) einspannenden Stellung fixierbar sind, sodaß die verchiebbare Spannbacke (11) und der versetzbare Anschlag (6) in ihrer einspannenden Stellung auch gegen ein Verschwenken gesichert sind.
- Einspanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiebbare Spannbacke (11) und der versetzbare Anschlag (6) auf ihren mit dem Snowboard in Kontakt stehenden Spannflächen mit Rillen (12, 7) versehen sind.
- Einspanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiebbare Spannbacke (11) an ihrer der Auflagefläche zugewandten Seite mit einem Gewindestück (13) fest verbunden ist, welches in einem langlochartigen Schlitz (14) in der Auflagefläche verschiebbar bzw. verschwenkbar ist und an der Unterseite des die Auflagefläche tragenden Rahmenteils (1) vorragt, sowie mit einer Gewindemutter, insbesondere einer Flügelmutter (15) gegen den Rahmen (1) fixierbar ist.
- Einspanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der versetzbare Anschlag (6) an seiner der Auflagefläche zugewandten Seite mit einem Gewindestück (8) fest verbunden ist, welches durch eine von mehreren durch die Auflagefläche des Halterahmens (1) hindurchverlaufenden Bohrungen (9) steckbar ist und an der Unterseite des die Auflagefläche tragenden Rahmenteils (1) vorragt, sowie mit einer Gewindemutter, insbesondere eine Flügelmutter (10) gegen den Rahmen (1) fixierbar ist.
- Einspanneinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halterahmen (1) rechteckförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei eine Rechteckseite die Auflagefläche bildet.
- Einspanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rechteckförmige Halterahmen (1) an seinem der Befestigungsstelle gegenüberliegenden Ende eine horizontale Auflageplatte (5) aufweist, mit der dieser auf der Arbeitsunterlage aufliegt.
- Einspanneinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiebbare Spannbacke (11) mit einer Senkbohrung (18) zur Führung einer Stellschraube (17) versehen ist.
