Abstract

Dispositif d'alimentation en coke comprenant un logement (6) abritant une installation de refroidissement à sec du coke, qui est affectée à une fosse de refroidissement (41) et se compose d'une trémie fixe (1) avec une conduite d'aspiration (9), d'une trémie mobile (2), d'un élément de fermeture mobile (8) de la fosse de refroidissement, pouvant être levé et abaissé, ainsi que dudit logement (6) contenant la trémie mobile (2) et l'élément de fermeture mobile (8) de la fosse de refroidissement qui sont disposés sur un châssis commun (22) se déplaçant sur des rails (49). La trémie mobile (2, 200, 201) est pourvue d'une cloche de distribution (3, 4) et d'un anneau d'étanchéité (11) pouvant être levé ou abaissé, et l'élément de fermeture mobile (8) de la fosse de refroidissement pourvu d'un anneau d'étanchéité (55) est intégré dans un dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (15), le logement (6, 600, 601) ayant la forme d'un capot présentant une hauteur libre par rapport au sol ou de l'ouverture dans les parois (45, 450, 451, 46, 460, 461) pour avoir une entrée limitée d'air parasite.

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'introduction de coke pour une installation de refroidissement et de séchage de coke, comportant un caisson associé à un puits de refroidissement et constitué d'un entonnoir stationnaire présentant une conduite d'aspiration, d'un entonnoir déplaçable, d'une fermeture de puits de refroidissement qui peut être refermée, relevée et abaissée, dotée d'une bague d'étanchéité et intégrée dans un dispositif de levage et d'abaissement, ainsi que du caisson dans lequel sont installés l'entonnoir déplaçable et la fermeture du puits de refroidissement et qui sont disposés sur un cadre mobile commun qui peut être déplacé sur des rails, caractérisé en ce que l'entonnoir déplaçable (2, 200, 201) est pourvu d'une cloche de répartition (3, 4) et d'une bague d'étanchéité (11) qui peut être relevée et abaissée, et le caisson (6, 600, 601) est configuré comme calotte à fond libre ou comportant dans les parois (45, 450, 451, 46, 460, 461) des ouvertures destinées à une amenée limitée d'air parasite.
  2. Dispositif d'introduction de coke selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cloche de répartition (3) de l'entonnoir déplaçable (2, 201) est fixée sur une pièce tubulaire (40) portée par un support transversal (39) qui, lui-même, est ancré dans l'entonnoir déplaçable (2, 201).
  3. Dispositif d'introduction de coke selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cloche de répartition (4) de l'entonnoir déplaçable (200) est fixée sur une croix d'appui (58) qui est ancrée dans l'entonnoir déplaçable (200).
  4. Dispositif d'introduction de coke selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (11) qui peut être relevée et abaissée est montée dans des guides (23) et présente un mécanisme à levier, constitué de bras de levier (24) qui sont fixés sur des arbres (29) et sont chargés par des contrepoids (25), des galets de guidage (27), guidés sur les arbres (29), étant configurés de manière à coopérer avec des cames (28), et les arbres (29) étant fixés sur un cadre déplaçable (22) par l'intermédiaire de supports de palier (60), des butées (30) étant associées aux contrepoids (25), et les bras de levier (24) étant reliés à la bague d'étanchéité (11) par l'intermédiaire de chaînes (26).
  5. Dispositif d'introduction de coke selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le caisson (601) est configuré en deux pièces, et une partie est le couvercle (431) installé fixement sur l'entonnoir stationnaire (101), l'autre partie est constituée des côtés longitudinaux (451) et des côtés transversaux (461), et les côtés (451, 461) sont disposés à coulissement et de manière hermétique par rapport au couvercle (431), et les côtés longitudinaux (451) sont équipés de roues ou de galets (561), et l'entraînement (14) vient buter sur un côté transversal (461) avec la tige télescopique (50), et l'entonnoir déplaçable (201) et la fermeture (8) du puits de refroidissement comportant le dispositif de levage et d'abaissement (15) sont intégrés fixement dans les parties déplaçables constituées des côtés (451, 461).
