Description
0mmになるように整流板を取り付けるのは、図4(b)に示すようにベル本体底面から
整流板の距離が300mmでは、装入コークスが整流板によって4分割され、小ベル上で再混合することなくプレチャンバー内に堆積するため、高さ比が大きな値となる。一方ベル本体底面から整流板底面までの距離が400mm以上となると高さ比が大きくなるため、いずれもプレチャンバー円周方向のコークス粒度分布を改善させることはできない。したがって、ベル本体底面から整流板底面までの距離Lが300mm〜400mmになるように整流板を取り付けることで、プレチャンバーに装入されたコークスの山高さが小さくなり、より均された状態で堆積させることができ、従来に比べて粒度分布が改善される。

Claims (2)
- 乾式コークス冷却塔のプレチャンバーの上部にホッパーが形成され、下部にバケットゲートを有するバケットにて搬送されてきた赤熱コークスを、前記バケットゲート及びホッパーを介して、前記プレチャンバー内に装入する、乾式コークス冷却塔のコークス装入装置において、
前記ホッパー内の下部に吊りロッドにより円錐形ベルが配置され、該円錐形ベルはベル本体と、整流板を備えた小ベルを前記ベル本体の上部に、着脱自在に載置・構成し、該整流板は、放射状に形成されるとともにバケットゲートが開く方向に開き角が20°〜40°に形成され、前記整流板の下面と前記ベル本体の底面との距離が300mm〜400mmであることを特徴とする乾式コークス冷却塔のコークス装入装置。 - 上記整流板の表面に表面硬化肉盛りを行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾式コークス冷却塔のコークス装入装置。
