Definitions
- the engages in a holding device for the pin mass which e.g. in the form of an anchor plate, a piston or a basket is formed, the holding device is firmly fitted into an outer shell, which is the pin mass protects against drying out and damage difficulties with quick assembly before filling of the pins result.
- the outer sleeve, the holding device and the foot part with Turning spindles are manufactured separately and then assembled.
- the rotary spindle must be quick and very easy for assembly exactly through a central recess in the holding device are rotated, previously inserted into the outer sleeve was while simultaneously the outer sleeve with its lower Edge snaps into the foot section.
- the pitch of the pin is also determined by the slope the spindle is limited, i.e. the larger the one desired by the consumer
- the length of the drive is the greater the number of necessary rotations of the spindle.
- the solution principle according to the invention is based on the idea the up and down movement of the pen by means of an as To realize the connecting rod acting drive element one end on a holding device (piston) for the Pin mass is articulated and at its other end to one Actuator actuated outside the sleeve articulated is.
- the drive element is designed as a rod, which is hinged at one end to the bottom of the piston and at the other end via a joint with a double ring trained actuator is connected, the in two oppositely arranged at the lower end of the sleeve Slits engages, being on the circumference of the double ring Stop is provided.
- the double ring is very useful together with the double articulated rod and acting as a holding device Piston formed as a one-piece injection molding.
- the sleeve with the opposite slots is also formed as a one-piece injection molding, both molded parts made of the same plastic as polypropylene can be, causing the disposal of rejects and waste is facilitated.
- the assembly is achieved in that the injection molding, which is the flexible double ring acting as an actuator, which includes the double articulated rod and the piston, directly into the slotted sleeve from above can and thereby snaps into the slots.
- the principle of the connecting rod drive also enables e.g. elliptical Cross-sectional shapes of the outer sleeve, which has the advantage that the deformation of the double ring during insertion in the sleeve is smaller. In addition, the ring protrudes less far beyond the edge of the sleeve.
- the elliptical pen shape also has that for the user Advantage that depending on the posture of the pen, either one thin or wide adhesive tape.
- the required diameter of the double ring depends on the desired lifting height of the pin, i.e. of the length of the relevant glue stick.
- the piston (1) has an anchoring element (7) for the Adhesive compound and a sealing lip (4).
- the double wheel (3) has a circumference in the apex of the starting position Stop (9) so that it can only be operated in the direction of the arrow can be done.
- the double wheel (3) also has stabilizing spokes (6) on. It reaches into the slots (5A, 5B) of the outer sleeve (5), which at its open end has a cap closure that the pin mass before Drying protects and preferably as a plug cap (10) is trained.
- the double ring (3) is cross-corrugated on its circumference (8) provided, the notches thereby formed as Backstop act because the top edge of the two recesses (5A, 5B) engages in the initially lying notch, such as 3 in section Y is shown.
- the anchoring element (7) of the piston (1) is very useful as a kind of basket with cams and / or holding grooves (7A) because this ensures good anchorage of the filled Pen mass ensured after cooling and solidifying is.
- Fig. 2 shows the section A-A on an elliptical Pen with the opposite one another Slots (5A, 5B) advantageously at the location of the largest Diameter of the ellipse. With broken lines is in Fig.2 the section of a pin with a circular cross section.
- the drive element formed as a flexible band, which on one End is hinged to the bottom of the piston and at the other End in a winding arrangement on a double ring trained actuator is articulated in two located at the lower end of the sleeve, opposite each other Slots engages.
- the double ring is very useful together with the double hinged flexible band and the piston as one piece Injection molding formed. Also in this embodiment can the injection molding during assembly from above or in another embodiment from below into the slotted Insert the sleeve.
- the sleeve can be circular and preferably elliptical Have cross-sectional shape. With an ellipse shape the Sleeve results in the advantages already mentioned above in terms of particularly easy assembly and practical Use of the glue stick.
- the design of the drive element as a flexible band also has the advantage that the diameter of the double ring does not depend on the necessary piston stroke, so that the Ring diameter can be smaller than in the configuration of the drive element as a rod.
- the double ring also be axle mounted.
- the piston (1) in turn has an anchoring element (7) for the adhesive mass, which is preferably in the manner of a Basket with cams and / or retaining grooves (7A) formed is.
- the flexible band (2C) articulated which at the other end rollable is attached to the double ring (3), which in the mutually opposite slots (5A, 5B) of the sleeve (5) intervenes.
- the double wheel has cross corrugation on its circumference (8) in whose notches the upper edges of the recesses (5A, 5B) intervene, as in section 7 in section Y is shown in detail. This will create a backstop realized for the actuator (3).
- the flexible is supported when the glue stick is unscrewed Tape (2C) on the wall of the sleeve (5), as shown in Fig. 5, whereby it stiffens. 8 and 9 reproduced one-sided slitting of the tape (2D or 2F) limits excessive banding if the band does should change once, as can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 8 is.
- the flexible band therefore stabilizes itself.
- the fully assembled and filled pen is at the open end of the sleeve closed by a cap, which is useful as Plug cap (10) is formed.
- the drive element formed as a rod articulated at one end to the piston and has a knee joint at its other end, the spoke in a transverse axis engages provided at the closed sleeve end and which knee joint also acts as an actuator.
- the sleeve is at the closed end expediently hood-shaped and has one from Apex outgoing gap or slit in which the knee joint movably engages, with the sleeve open at the other End with a screw-on or clip-on closure is provided.
- the drive element, the actuating element (knee joint) and the piston can be conveniently in the form of a one-piece Injection molded products are made, which from the open sleeve end is inserted into this.
- a backdrop Insertion aid on the inner wall of the sleeve facilitates this Guiding the transverse axis of the drive element such that this reliably in the bearing provided in the sleeve wall snaps into place.
- Grooves are provided in the knee joint spoke, which in Knobs on the inner wall of the gap or slot in the The sleeve engages, creating a forward engagement and a backstop is realized.
- the sleeve can be circular or elliptical, the elliptical shape having the advantages already mentioned above having.
- the drive element (18) is at one end of the rod (18A) articulated on the piston (1), which has a sealing lip (4) is provided and has an anchoring element (see Figs. 11 and 11a).
- the rod (18A) goes on its opposite End in a knee joint whose second spoke (17) is connected to a transverse axis (16).
