Description

Diese Gewindehülse kann dank entsprechender Länge als Knickstabilisation der Gewindespindel dienen. Vorzugsweise wird dies erreicht, wenn die Länge der Gewindehülse mindestens annähernd drei- bis sechsmal dem Nenndurchmesser der Gewindespindel entspricht.

Claims (11)
- Klebstift mit einer mindestens einseitig offenen Aussenhülse (1) zur Aufnahme einer stabförmigen Klebmasse (10), in dem sich eine Gewindespindel (11) befindet, die mit einer einseitig angeordneten, mit der Gewindespindel in Wirkverbindung stehenden Drehkappe (20) verbunden ist, und dass auf der Gewindespindel (11) ein Kolben (30) läuft, der gegenüber der Aussenhülse (1) verdrehgesichert (8, 34) ist, so dass eine Drehbetätigung der Drehkappe (20) eine Axialverschiebung des Kolbens (30) bewirkt, wobei das Verhältnis des innerndurchmessers Ad der Aussenhülse zu der Länge AL des Teiles der Aussenhülse, der zur Aufnahme einer stabförmigen Klebmasse (10) dient, im Bereich von 1:6 bis 1:15 liegt dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel (11) gleichzeitig als Förderschnecke so gestaltet ist, dass das Verhältnis von Spindelkerndurchmesser DS zu Spindelnenndurchmesser DN über 1:1,5, vorzugsweise im Bereich zwischen 1:1,8 und 1:3 liegt, um die stabförmige Klebstoffmasse in der Aussenhülse (1) vorschiebend und rückziehend zu fördern.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Gewindetiefe der Gewindespindel (1) zum Innenradius der Aussenhülse (1) zwischen 1:3 und 1:10 liegt.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenhülse (1) am drehkappenseitigen Ende (3) eine Abschlusswand aufweist mit einer durchführenden Lagerhülse (5), in der die Gewindespindel lagert.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel (11) mit einer zylindrischen in der Lagerhülse zu liegen kommenden Dichtfläche (17') versehen ist.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerhülse am drehkappenseitigen Ende (3) eine konisch erweiterte Einführung (6) und klebstoffseitig konisch zusammenlaufende, federnd wirkende Rückhaltelippen (7) aufweist.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Gewindespindel (11) eine ringförmige Verdickung (16) angebracht ist, an die die Rückhaltelippen (7) im montierten Zustand anliegen.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (30), der auf der Gewindespindel (11) läuft, klebstoffseitig einen Aufnahmekorb (31) und drehkappenseitig eine Gewindehülse (32) aufweist.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindehülse (32) als Knickstabilisation der Gewindespindel (11) gestaltet ist.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Gewindehülse (32) mindestens annähernd 3 bis 6 mal dem Nenndurchmesser DN der Gewindespindel (11) entspricht.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenhülse (1) am offenen Ende (2) mit einer Steckkappe (40) verschliessbar ist.
- Klebstift nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Aussenhülse (1) im Bereich des drehkappenseitigen Ende (3) Zentrierrippen (12) vorhanden sind, die die Gewindehülse (32) in diesem Bereich stützen und gleichzeitig als Anschlag des Kolbens in der unteren Endposition dienen.
