Claims (2)
- Feuerfeste Verschlußplatte (1a-1e) mit mindestens einer Gleitfläche (19, 20) für Schieberverschlüsse an metallurgischen Gefäßen wie Gießpfannen sowie an Verteilerrinnen, die eine Metallschmelze aufnehmen, mit einem Grundkörper (5) aus feuerfestem Material und einem in den Grundkörper (5) eingeformten Einsatz (6), der eine Durchflußöffnung (7) für die Schmelze aufweist, den Verstellbereich der Platte abdeckt und aus einem hochhitze- und rißbeständigen, abschäl- und erosionsfesten sowie chemisch widerstandsfähigen Material besteht, sowie mit einem massiven, für einen mehrfachen Einsatz bestimmten Rahmen (2) aus Stahl oder dergleichen hochfestem Material mit einer hohen mechanischen Festigkeit und einer großen thermischen Widerstandsfähigkeit zur Aufnahme eines nach Verschleiß herausnehmbaren Grundkörpers (5), wobei Ober- und Unterseite des Grundkörpers (5) über den Rahmen (2) vorstehen, der in den Grundkörper (5) eingebettete Einsatz (6) mit der Durchflußöffnung (7)für die Schmelze eine der jeweiligen Schieberverschlußkonstruktion angepaßte Formgebung aufweist und die Außenform der Verschlußplatte (1e) der äußeren Form des verschiebbaren Trägerrahmens einer Schieberverschlußplatte entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das feuerfeste Material des Grundkörpers (5) in den Rahmen (2) der Verschlußplatte (1a-1e)eingegossen ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verschlußplatten für Schieberverschlüsse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Grundkörper (5) in einem als Gießform dienenden massiven Rahmen (2) eingegossen wird, wobei auf der Ober- und der Unterseite des Rahmens (2) jeweils eine Gießschablone (11) mit einer der Rahmenöffnung (12) entsprechenden Öffnung (13) lösbar befestigt und ein Einsatz (6) auf einem Fixierdorn (16) einer Bodenplatte (17) gehalten wird, auf die der Rahmen (2) mit den Gießschablonen (11) aufgelegt wird, die Verschlußplatte (1a-1e) anschließend bei Temperaturen in einem Bereich von 150 bis 400°C getrocknet wird und danach Ober- und Unterseite des mit einem Dickenübermaß gegossenen, von dem Rahmen (2) gehaltenen Grundkörpers (5) auf ein Nenn-Dickenmaß (18) der Verschlußplatte (1a-1e) plan bzw. planparallel geschliffen werden.
