Abstract

Ce connecteur enfichable, composé d'une partie femelle en cuvette et d'une partie mâle enfichable dans la partie femelle et s'adaptant à celle-ci, possède dans chacune de ses zones terminales des nervures de sûreté qui donnent ensemble à la partie mâle une largeur supérieure au plus grand diamètre intérieur de la partie femelle. On évite ainsi un enfichage en biais et donc un endommagement des broches de connexion disposées dans la partie femelle.

Claims (5)

1. Connecteur constitué par une partie réceptrice en forme de cuvette (20) et par une partie d'en- fichage (1) pouvant être enfichée d'une manière adaptée dans cette partie réceptrice, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
- la partie réceptrice (20) possède un conduit d'enfichage (27) qui a une section transversale allongée, approximativement rectangulaire, et qui est limitée par des parois latérales longitudinales (23,24) plus longues et par des parois latérales transversales (25,26) plus courtes et est fermée, au niveau de son extrémité intérieure, par un fond (21), à partirduquel font saillie perpendiculairement une multiplicité de broches (22) du connecteur;
- le conduit d'enfichage (27) de la partie de réceptrice (20) comporte un passage libre accru par exemple dans sa partie centrale, en raison de la présence d'évidements (33,34) dans les parois latérales longitudinales (23,24);
- la partie d'enfichage (1) possède une section transversale essentiellement rectangulaire comportant des surfaces latérales longitudinales (3,4) et des surfaces latérales transversales (5,6) et une surface terminale avant (7), dans laquelle sont ménagées des ouvertures d'enfichage (8) pour le passage des broches de connecteur (22) en direction de douilles d'enfichage situées en arrière, auquel cas lors de l'introduction de la partie d'enfichage (1) dans la partie réceptrice (20), les surfaces latérales transversales (5,6) sont guidées sur les parois latérales transversales (25,26) et les surfaces latérales longitudinales (3,4) sont guidées sur les sections de guidage (28,20,30,31) des parois latérales longitudinales,
- des nervures de sécurité (35,36,37,38) qui s'étendent respectivement dans la direction d'enfichage sont formées à proximité des deux bords d'extrémité sur les deux surfaces latérales longitudinales (3,4) de la partie d'enfichage (1),
- des rainures de sécurité complémentaires (45,46,47,48) servant à loger les nervures de sécurité (35,36,37,38) sont formées respectivement dans les parois latérales longitudinales de la partie de réception (20), à proximité des deux bords d'extrémité, remarquable par le fait que la largeur de la partie d'enfichage (1) et portant les nervures de sécurité (35,36; 37,38) situées respectivement en vis-à-vis, est supérieure à la largeur maximale de passage libre du conduit d'enfichage (27) entre les évidements (33,34).
2. Connecteur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les extrémités libres (22') des broches d'enfichage (22) sont situées, à une distance de sécurité déterminée, au-dessous du bord terminal (39) des parois latérales de la partie de réception (20) et que les nervures de sécurité (35,36,37,38) sont en retrait, par rapport à la surface terminale avant (7) de la partie d'enfichage, d'une distance qui est inférieure à la distance de sécurité des broches d'enfichage.
3. Connecteur suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les nervures de sécurité (35,36, 37,38) d'une surface latérale (3 ou 4) sont séparées des bords d'extrémité de ces surfaces latérales respectivement par des distances différentes.
4. Connecteur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une partie des nervures de sécurité (35,36) est réalisée sous la forme d'appendices saillants, présents sur une nervure de codage (12).
5. Connecteur suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une partie des nervures de sécurité est formée sur une plaque de fermeture (10) enfichée sur la partie d'enfichage (1).
