Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Etikett mit einer Anfasserlasche zum Öffnen einer Verpackung im Bereich einer Sollbruchstelle.
  • Derartige Etiketten sind prinzipiell bekannt und auch im Handel erhältlich, etwa zum Aufreißen von in Folie verpackten Papiertaschentüchern, bei dem die Verpackungsfolie eine Sollbruchstelle aufweist, über die ein solches Etikett mit Anfasserlasche geklebt wird. Durch Ziehen an der Anfasserlasche läßt sich die Verpackung damit längs der Sollbruchstelle aufreißen.
  • Derartige Etiketten haben aber auch Nachteile, die sich beim Gebrauch, insbesondere beim unbefugten Gebrauch in der Praxis bemerkbar machen. Ein unbefugtes Öffnen ist durch die frei vorstehende Lasche geradezu provoziert. Aber auch ein versehentliches Öffnen kann geschehen, wenn etwas hinter die Lasche zu liegen kommt und beim Transport oder sonstiger Handhabung ungewollt gegen die Lasche drückt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung war es, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, insbesondere aber ein einfaches, auch einfach herstellbares Etikett zu schaffen, das ein unbefugtes Öffnen erschwert, zugleich aber leicht und ohne besondere Anleitung funktionsfähig ist.
  • Demgemäß betrifft die Erfindung ein Etikett, wie dies in den Ansprüchen näher gekennzeichnet ist. Dabei ist die Anfasserlasche gewissermaßen in das Etikett integriert, wobei ein ungewolltes Vorstehen oder Vorspringen der Anfasserlasche durch die Materialeigenschaften des Trägermaterials oder auch durch eine zusätzliche leichte Verklebung, etwa einen diskreten Kleberpunkt vermieden wird.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Etikett ist im Zusammenspiel mit einer Sollbruchstelle der Verpackung geeignet, diese zu öffnen, sofern das Etikett nur auf diese aufgeklebt wird. Der Aufreißbereich des Etiketts soll also auf diese Sollbruchstelle aufgeklebt werden, wobei sich als Verpackungen insbesondere solche aus Kunststoffolien oder Papier eignen, in diesen Sollbruchstellen mittels Perforation, Schlitzen oder in anderer an sich bekannter Weise angebracht werden können, wie dies im Stand der Technik weit verbreitet ist.
  • Zum Aufreißen einer solchen Verpackung, ausgerüstet mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Etikett, geht man vorzugsweise so vor:
    • Die Packung wird im Bereich des Etiketts leicht geknickt.
    • Die in der Mitte des Etiketts liegende Anfasserlasche stellt sich auf.
    • An der Anfasserlasche wird gezogen.
    • Die Anfasserlasche reißt an der Perforation ein, und hebt gleichzeitig mit dem Aufreißbereich die Sollbruchstelle im Verpackungsuntergrund aus.
    • Der Verpackungsuntergrund reißt nach dem Verlassen der Sollbruchstelle undefiniert die Packung auf. Auch hier ist das beste Beispiel eine Folien-Verpackung.
  • Die Form des Etiketts ist beliebig, etwa rechtecking oder in der Art der in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsform. Die Dimensionen entsprechen handelsüblichen Etiketten, bei schwer aufreißbaren Verpackungen wird man eine etwas größere Variante wählen.
  • Im folgenden soll die Erfindung anhand eines Beispiels erläutert werden, ohne diese aber dadurch unnötig einschränken zu wollen.
  • Es zeigt:

    einen Querschnitt in schematischer Weise durch ein Etikett gemäß Fig. 1 entlang der Linie S - S.
  • Das Etikett 1 weist drei Bereiche auf: A, B und C, und wird vorteilhaft so auf eine Folienschlauch-Verpackung mit Sollbruchstelle geklebt, daß der Aufreißbereich A auf dieser Sollbruchstelle plaziert ist. An den Aufreißbereich A schließt sich eine Anfasserlasche C an, die innerhalb des Etiketts 1 entlang der Stanzlinie 2 ausgestanzt ist. In Fortsetzung der Stanzlinie 2 und als Begrenzung des Aufreißbereichs A sind Sollbruchlinien 3 vorgesehen, entlang denen der Aufreißbereich A aufgerissen wird, wenn an der Anfasserlasche C in Richtung des Pfeils D in Figur 2 gezogen wird. Dabei läßt sich der Anfasserbereich zunächst anheben und um die Linie 4 biegen. Erst bei weiterem Ziehen in Richtung des Pfeils D reißen die Sollbruchstellen 3 ein und der Aufreißbereich A hebt zugleich die Sollbruchstelle der Verpackung aus, auf die er geklebt ist. Dazu trägt das Etikett 1 auf seiner Unterseite 5 einen Kleber 6 für permanentes Verkleben, während die Anfasserlasche C lediglich mit einem Kleberpunkt 7 versehen ist, um diese nur leicht und ablösbar an der Verpackung zu halten.
  • Beispielhaft wird im folgenden die Herstellung eines solchen Etiketts beschrieben:
  • Je nach Material des Aufreißgutes (gleiche Materialien wegen Entsorgung) kommen zum Beispiel PE und auch PP oder Acrylate als Vormaterialien zum Einsatz. (Vormaterial ist frei wählbar). Die Materialdicke ist in Abhängigkeit der Packungsgröße bevorzugt > 60 mµ bis ca 120 mµ. Die Kleberausrüstung kann auf Acrylatbasis als Dispersion gewählt werden (gute Entsorgbarkeit).
  • Die Fertigung kann in einer Buch- oder Flexodruckmaschine, oder auch nur in einer Stanzeinheit als zweiter Arbeitsgang, vorgenommen werden.
  • Dies ist von der gewünschten Dekoration abhängig. Der Anfasserbereich wird mittels Drucktechnik kleberfrei gestellt, der Sicherungspunkt wird ausgespart. Es können verschiedenste Formen im Rahmen des Druckprozesses gestanzt werden. Die Stanztechnik ist an sich bekannt.

Claims (6)

  1. Etikett mit einer Anfasserlasche zum öffnen einer Verpackung im Bereich einer Sollbruchstelle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anfasserlasche (C) innerhalb des Etiketts (1) ausgestanzt ist und an einen Aufreißbereich (A) angrenzt, der durch Sollbruchlinien (3) begrenzt ist, wobei die Anfasserlasche (C) beidseitig nicht klebt, das Etikett (1) im übrigen aber einseitig mit einem Kleber (6) für permanentes Verkleben ausgerüstet ist.
  2. Etikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anfasserlasche (C) mit einem Kleberpunkt (7) gesichert ist.
  3. Etikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Träger aus einer Kunststoffolie oder Papier aufweist.
  4. Etikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anfasserlasche (C) wie das übrige Etikett (1) mit Kleber (6) beschichtet ist, der jedoch im Bereich dieser Anfasserlasche (C) abgedeckt oder nicht-klebend bedruckt ist.
  5. Etikett nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kleber (6) und der Kleberpunkt (7) in einem Druckvorgang, insbesondere Tiefdruck oder Siebdruck, aufgetragen ist, wobei auch der Kleber (6) aus einzelnen Klebersegmenten bestehen kann.
  6. Verwendung eines Etiketts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf eine Verpackung mit einer Sollbruchstelle das Etikett mit seinem Aufreißbereich auf diese Sollbruchstelle geklebt wird und die Packung durch Ziehen an der Anfasserlasche des Etiketts aufreißbar ist.
