Claims (10)

  1. Appareil pour le dressage de produits en fil, en plusieurs fils ou tubulaires, comprenant plusieurs rouleaux à dresser (9) rotatifs situés dans deux plans parallèles et dont les axes de rotation sont logés dans deux parties de corps (2, 3) mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre et formant un corps de base (1), les parties de corps (2, 3) étant situées sur des guides et comprenant un mécanisme de fermeture, caractérisé en ce que les parties de corps (2, 3) sont maintenues par des ressorts (7) appuyés sur elles dans une position ouverte définie et peuvent être amenées, grâce au mécanisme de fermeture, dans une position fermée avec une position zéro définie prédéterminée, la position fermée pouvant être verrouillée dans la position zéro définie grâce à une liaison par enclenchement pouvant être désenclenchée.
  2. Appareil à dresser selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de fermeture comprend un excentrique (10) monté de manière à pouvoir tourner dans une partie de corps (3) et pourvu d'un lever de manoeuvre (13) fixé sur lui, et une tige de traction (11) reliée de manière articulée à l'excentrique (10) et à l'autre partie de corps (2).
  3. Appareil à dresser selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier de manoeuvre (13) est exécuté sous forme d'un capot de protection couvrant tous les rouleaux à dresser (9) en position fermée.
  4. Appareil à dresser selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le capot de protection est transparent.
  5. Appareil à dresser selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le capot de protection comprend des parois transversales (22) latérales pourvues de fentes de passage (23) pour le produit.
  6. Appareil à dresser selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la liaison par enclenchement pouvant être désenclenchée est formée par un ressort à lames (18) et des gorges d'enclenchement (15) adaptées à celui-ci dans les guides exécutés en tant que broches-guides (4) parallèles, le ressort à lames (18) pouvant être libéré de la position d'enclenchement où il est mis en précontrainte dans les gorges d'enclenchement (15) au moyen de tiges de déverrouillage (20).
  7. Appareil à dresser selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les ressorts (7) pour maintenir la position ouverte définie sont situés sur les broches-guides (4).
  8. Appareil à dresser selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les ressorts (7) et/ou les broches-guides (4) sont couverts, dans la position ouverte des parties de corps (2, 3), par des manchons de protection (8).
  9. Appareil à dresser selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de dressage avec les rouleaux à dresser (9) est relié à une source à vide.
  10. Appareil à dresser selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures d'aspiration de la source à vide sont situées, dans la direction de mouvement du produit, immédiatement derrière le point de contact respectif du rouleau de dressage (9) et du produit à dresser.
