Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Trennen und erneutem Anlegen einer zulaufenden Materialbahn (1) an Wickelmaschinen auf eine Wickelhülse (4), die über eine Welle drehend angetrieben wird, wobei die zulaufende Materialbahn (1) mittels einer von der Materialbahn teilweise umschlungenen Umlenkrolle(3) an die Wickelhülse (4) gedrückt wird und wobei die ablaufende Materialbahn nach Verlassen der Wickelhülse (4) mittels eines in den Weg der Materialbahn bewegbaren und durch einen Kraftspeicher (17) antreibbaren quer zum Bahnverlauf sich erstreckenden Trennmessers (12) getrennt und wobei nach dem Trennen der Materialbahn (1) der neue Bahnanfang mittels einer mit dem Trennmesser (12) fest verbundenen quer zur Materialbahn (1) sich erstreckenden Anlegebürste (13) angelegt wird, wobei das Trennmesser (12), das mit einer Welle (16) verbunden ist, gegenüber der laufenden Materialbahn (1) so beschleunigt wird, daß seine Geschwindigkeit größer ist als die Laufgeschwindigkeit der Materialbahn (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (16), welche von einem Hydraulikmotor (17) beaufschlagt rotierend in Bahnlaufrichtung antreibbar ist und wobei der Radius des Trennmessers (12) und der der Anlegebürste (13) so bemessen sind, daß die Anlegebürste (13) den neuen Bahnanfang über einen Winkel zwischen 40° und 90° auf dem Umfang der Wickelhülse (4) anlegt, während das Trennmesser (12) die Wickelhülse (4) gerade nicht berührt, und daß die Welle (16) mit dem Trennmesser (12) für den Trennvorgang auf eine Umfangsgeschwindigkeit von mindestens dem 1,5fachen der Laufgeschwindigkeit der Materialbahn (1) beschleunigt wird.
- Verfahren zum Trennen einer Materialbahn (1) mit einer Vorrichtung (9) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikmotor (17) über eine Schrittschaltsteuerung die Welle (16) mit dem Trennmesser (12) über etwa 130° Rotationswinkel der Welle (16) mit dem Trennmesser (12) auf die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit von mindestens dem 1,5fachen der Laufgeschwindigkeit der Materialbahn (1) beschleunigt, daß die Position, bei der der Trennvorgang erfolgt im Bereich zwischen einen Rotationswinkel von etwa 130° und etwa 260° erreicht wird und danach die Rotation abgebremst und bei etwa 350° Rotationswinkel zum Stehen gebracht wird und der Hydraulikmotor (17) anschließend in seine Ausgangsstellung gefahren wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel zwischen Messer und Folie im Moment des Schneidens etwa 90° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelhülse von der Materialbahn vor dem Schnitt etwa zu einem Viertel ihres Umfangs umschlungen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Moment des Quertrennens der Materialbahn die Anlegebürste an der Wickelhülse anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenn- und Anlegevorrichtung (9) unmittelbar vor dem Trennvorgang in den Weg der Materialbahn (1) einschwenkbar und unmittelbar danach wieder ausschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest wahrend des Aufwickelns eines Bandwickels an jeder Wickelhülse (4, 8) eine abschwenkbare Andruckrolle (10, 10') anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Wickelhülse Haftklebeeigenschaften hat, so daß die Materialbahn nach dem Trennvorgang an der Wickelhülse haftet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unmittelbar vor dem Trennvorgang die Oberfläche der Wickelhülse mit einem Kleber oder mit Wasser (27) besprüht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Trennmesser (12) gegenüber der Antriebswelle (16) liegend eine in der Masse einstellbare (129) Ausgleichswelle (18) angeordnet ist.
