Claims (13)
- Steuervorrichtung für einen Faden einer Textilmaschine, mit einem mit dem Faden (6) verbundenen Zugorgan (22, 22a,22b,82), das mittels einer Kupplungsvorrichtung (38,84,86,88) mit einer Hubvorrichtung (32,32a,96) kuppelbar ist, wobei die Kupplungsvorrichtung mittels eines piezoelektrischen Schaltgliedes (50,52) steuerbar ist und einen zwischen einer Neutralstellung und einer Kupplungsstellung hin- und herbewegbaren Kupplungsstift (40) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Kupplungsstift (40) zwei piezoelektrische Schaltglieder (50,52) zugeordnet sind, die jeweils wechselweise als Aktuator und als Sensor, der die korrekt eingenommene Stellung des Kupplungsstiftes einer elektronischen Steuereinheit anzeigt, wirken.
- Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorzugsweise lamellenartig ausgebildete Zugorgan (22,22a,22b,82) mindestens eine Kupplungsausnehmung (48,100,102,104,106) zum Einrasten des Kupplungsstiftes (40) aufweist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorzugsweise lamellenartig ausgebildete Zugorgan (22,22a,22b,82) einen Längsschlitz (44,98) zur Aufnahme eines schmalen Führungsabschnittes (42) des Kupplungsstiftes (40) aufweist, wobei in dem Längsschlitz (44,98) mindestens eine Kupplungsausnehmung (48,100,102, 104,106) zur Aufnahme eines breiten Kupplungsabschnitts (46) des Kupplungsstiftes (40) angeordnet ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kupplungsstift (40) beidseits des Zugorganes (22,22a,22b,82) gelagert ist, wobei die Schaltglieder (50,52) vorzugsweise jeweils einem Ende des Kupplungsstiftes (40) zugeordnet sind.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugorgan (82) mindestens zwei übereinander angeordnete Kupplungsausnehmungen (100, 102,104,106) aufweist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugorgan direkt mit einem zu führenden Faden verbunden ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugorgan (22,22a,22b,82) über Verbindungsmittel (24) mit mindestens einem zu steuernden Faden (6) verbunden ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei im Gegentakt antreibbare Zugorgane (22a,22b) über ein Verbindungsseil (54) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das Verbindungsseil (54) über eine Umlenkrolle (56) geführt ist, wobei letztere mit mindestens einem zu steuernden Faden (6) verbunden ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungsvorrichtung (38,84) ortsfest angeordnet ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungsvorrichtung (86,88) als Bestandteil der Hubvorrichtung (96) auf- und abbewegbar ausgebildet ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Zugorgan (82) eine ortsfest angeordnete Kupplungsvorrichtung (84) und als Hubvorrichtung (96) zwei übereinander angeordnete, eine im Gegentakt wirkende translatorische Bewegung ausführende Kupplungsvorrichtungen (86,88) zugeordnet sind, wobei den Kupplungsstiften der Kupplungsvorrichtungen (84,86,88) jeweils eine Kupplungsausnehmung (100,102,104) im Zugorgan (82) zugeordnet ist und wobei das Zugorgan (82) eine weitere Kupplungsausnehmung (106) enthält, die bei angehobenen Zugorgan (82) mit der ortsfesten Kupplungsvorrichtung (84) zusammenwirkt.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Zugorgan (22,22a,22b,82) mit einer Kupplungsvorrichtung (38,84, 86,88) in einer modularen Einheit (62,62a,62b,62c,62d) zusammengefasst ist, die mit mindestens einer weiteren gleichartigen Einheit über Verbindungsmittel (64) beispielsweise über eine Schwalbenschwanzverbindung verbindbar ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Zugorgane (22,22a, 22b,82) mit den zugehörigen Kupplungsvorrichtungen (38,84,86,88) zu einer Jacquard- oder Schaftmaschine für eine Web- oder Wirkmaschine zusammengefasst sind.
