Claims (8)
- Formmaschine mit einer Sandfüllstation (A) und einer in Transportrichtung von Formkästen (10) durch eine Transporteinrichtung nach der Sandfüllstation (A) angeordneten Verdichtungsstation (B), wobei zwischen der Sandfüllstation (A) und der Verdichtungsstation (B) eine vertikale Mittelsäule (2) angeordnet ist, an welcher ein Drehtisch (3) gelagert ist, welcher zum Transport eines mit Sand gefüllten Formkastens (10a) zusammen mit einer Modellplatte (5a) und einem Füllrahmen (8a) von der Sandfüllstation (A) in die Verdichtungsstation (B) und gleichzeitig zum Transport eines leeren Füllrahmens (8b) von der Verdichtungsstation (B) in die Sandfüllstation (A) jeweils um 180° drehbar ist, sowie mit jeweils einer Hubstation (1a, 1b) im Bereich der Sandfüllstation (A) und der Verdichtungsstation (B), wobei die Transportrichtung zumindest im Bereich von Sandfüllstation (A) und Verdichtungsstation (B) geradlinig ist und die Formkästen taktweise verschoben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des Drehtisches (3) ein horizontal reversierend gelagertes Distanzelement (13) angeordnet ist, welches in einen Zwischenraum zwischen einem leeren Formkasten (10) und dem in der Verdichtungsstation (B) befindlichen Formkasten (10b) einbringbar ist und diesen schließt und zusammen mit den Formkästen (10, 10b) bewegbar ist.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Distanzelement (13) eine Länge von zwei Formkästen (10) aufweist.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Distanzelement (13) in einem mittigen, im Bereich der Mittelsäule (2) angeordneten Lagerelement (14) gelagert ist.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Distanzelement (13) oberhalb der Transportebene einer vor und nach der Formmaschine angeordneten Transportbahn (20) angeordnet ist.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Distanzelement (13) und/oder dessen Lagerelement (14) in den Transportweg der Formkästen (10) einbringbar ist.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Distanzelement (13) und/oder dessen Lagerelement (14) mittels eines Schwenkhebels (21) in den Transportweg einbringbar ist.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Distanzelemente 13 angeordnet sind.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mehreren Distanzelemente (13) in Form zueinander paralleler Distanzstangen ausgebildet sind.
