Claims (12)
- Formmaschine mit einer Transporteinrichtung zur Zuführung eines leeren Formkastens (10) und zur Abführung eines fertigen Formkastens (10c) mit einem um eine Mittelsäule (2) drehbaren Drehtisch (3) zum taktweisen Transport von Modellplatten (5a) und Formkästen (10), wobei der Drehtisch (3) mit vier Stationen versehen ist, auf welchen jeweils eine Modellplatte (5) angeordnet ist, auf welcher ein Formkasten (10) aufsetzbar ist, und jede Station durch taktweise Drehung um 90° nacheinander in eine Sandfüllstation (A), in eine Vorverdichtungsstation (B), in eine Verdichtungsstation (C) und in eine Modellwechselstation (D) überführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der leere Formkasten (10) von einer Seite zugeführt und der fertige Formkasten (10c) an einer gegenüberliegenden Seite abgeführt wird und daß im Bereich des Drehtisches (3) ein horizontal reversierend gelagertes Distanzelement (13) angeordnet ist, welches in einen Zwischenraum zwischen einem leeren Formkasten (10) und dem in der Verdichtungsstation (C) befindlichen Formkasten (10b) einbringbar und mit den Formkästen (10, 10b) bewegbar ist.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sandfüllstation (A) mit Zuführmitteln (11a) zum Zuführen eines Formkastens (10) auf eine Modellplatte (5a) mit Mitteln (6) zum Aufsetzen eines Füllrahmens (8a) auf den Formkasten (10) und mit Mitteln (1a) zum Anheben der Modellplatte (5a), des Formkastens (10) und des Füllrahmens (8a) unter ein Sanddosiergerät (16) versehen ist.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorverdichtungsstation (B) mit Mitteln (22) zum Anheben der Modellplatte (5b), des Formkastens (10d) und des Füllrahmens (8c) unter eine Belüftungshaube (19) versehen ist.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Belüftungshaube (19) zur Aufbringung eines Gas-Druckstoßes zur Vorverdichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdichtungsstation (C) mit Mitteln (1b) zum Anheben der Modellplatte (5c), des Formkastens (10b) und des Füllrahmens (8b) in eine Verdichtungseinheit (17) und Mitteln (6) zum Abheben des Füllrahmens (8b) versehen ist.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (6) zum Aufsetzen und Abnehmen des Füllrahmens (8) einen um die Mittelsäule (2) jeweils um 180° drehbaren Schwenkrahmen (6) umfassen.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Modellwechselstation (D) Mittel (21) zum Entnehmen einer Modellplatte (5d) von dem Drehtisch (3) umfaßt.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (1a, 1b, 21, 22) jeweils in Form eines Hubtisches ausgebildet sind.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Formmaschine Rollenbahnelemente (11) zum Transport der Formkästen (10) angeordnet sind.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenbahnelemente (11) zum wahlweisen Freigeben des Formkastens (10) seitlich bewegbar gelagert sind.
- Formmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Distanzelement (13) eine Länge von zwei Formkästen (10) aufweist.
- Formmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Distanzelement (13) in einem mittigen, im Bereich der Mittelsäule (2) angeordneten Lagerelement (14) gelagert ist und daß das Distanzelement (13) und/oder dessen Lagerelement (14) in die Transportbahn der Formkästen (10) einbringbar ist.
