Claims (7)

  1. Presse humide pour machine à papier, permettant d'exprimer l'eau d'une bande de papier humide, dans laquelle :
    1.1 il est prévu plusieurs rouleaux compresseurs,
    1.2 les rouleaux compresseurs forment entre eux et deux à deux un intervalle de compression,
    1.3 sur son trajet du premier au dernier intervalle de compression, la bande de papier est constamment soutenue par une surface périphérique d'un rouleau compresseur,
    1.4 il est prévu au moins quatre intervalles de compression (I, II, III, IV) disposés à la suite l'un de l'autre,
    1.5 les rouleaux de compression (10, 11) qui forment entre eux un deuxième intervalle de compression (II) sans feutre présentent chacun une surface périphérique qui est fermée,
       caractérisée par les particularités suivantes :
    1.6 le deuxième intervalle de compression (II) est formé d'un rouleau compresseur (10), présentant une enveloppe périphérique relativement souple, et d'un rouleau compresseur (11) présentant une enveloppe périphérique relativement dure,
    1.7 le rouleau compresseur (10) à enveloppe périphérique souple est, considéré suivant la direction de déplacement de la bande de papier (4), disposé en amont du rouleau compresseur (11) à enveloppe périphérique dure.
  2. Presse humide selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le quatrième intervalle de compression (IV) est aussi formé de deux rouleaux compresseurs (11, 13) présentant des surfaces périphériques qui sont fermées.
  3. Presse humide selon l'une des revendications 1-2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un des intervalles de compression est formé d'une presse à sabot.
  4. Presse humide selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le premier et le troisième intervallesde compression sont formés d'une presse à sabot.
  5. Presse humide selon l'une des revendications 1 - 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un tuyau de pulvérisation (13.1) est associé à au moins l'un des rouleaux (13) à surface périphérique fermée, ce tuyau de pulvérisation étant disposé en amont de l'intervalle de compression (4) formé avec ce rouleau et pulvérisant de l'humidité sur la surface périphérique du rouleau (13).
  6. Presse humide selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par les particularités suivantes :
    a) le deuxième intervalle de compression (II) sans feutre est formé d'un rouleau compresseur (10) à sabot, dont l'enveloppe périphérique de compression, qui est souple et en fait tout le tour, présente une surface extérieure lisse, et d'un rouleau compresseur (11) normal à surface périphérique lisse et fermée,
    b) le rouleau compresseur (10) à sabot comprend un sabot de compression (10a) concave, qui forme un premier intervalle de compression (1) avec un rouleau compresseur (9) à feutre, et une barre (10b) qui, avec un rouleau compresseur (11), forme le deuxième intervalle de compression (II) sans feutre avec un rouleau de compression (11) lisse.
  7. Presse humide selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le feutre (5) qui passe par le premier intervalle de compression (1) passe, en amont de cet intervalle de compression (I), sur un rouleau ramasseur (7) en vue de reprendre la bande de papier (4) de sur une toile (1).
