  2. Procédé de fabrication de corps en bois stratifié en direction de la longueur, constitué d'éléments en bois stratifié individuels, collées ensembles,
    avec un dispositif d'encollage (47) conçu pour encoller l'une des grandes surfaces des éléments en bois stratifié (19, 25, 26, 27, 45),
    avec une presse à bois stratifié, équipée d'un dispositif de pressage hydraulique (3), pouvant être commandé dans une direction d'insertion horizontale, et avec un dispositif de pressage hydraulique (9, 10) agissant perpendiculairement à celui-ci, pouvant être commandé, réglable concernant l'intensité du pressage, et avec un dispositif d'insertion des éléments en bois stratifié dans la presse à bois stratifié,
       caractérisé en ce que, dans le dispositif d'encollage (47), sont guidés conjointement deux composants de colle, dont l'application d'encollage s'effectue sous la forme de cordons de culte (54) parallèles, et la largeur de l'application de colle étant adaptée à la largeur effective du poids stratifié et ne dépassant pas celle-ci,
       et en ce que la presse à bois stratifié est pourvue d'une deuxième dispositif de pressage (10), réglable en hauteur, pouvant être commandé, agissant perpendiculairement à la direction d'insertion et déplacable dans la direction d'insertion et présente un dispositif à contre-pression (4) hydraulique, couplé hydrauliquement au dispositif de pressage horizontal (3), de manière à produire une déformation dans la direction d'insertion, avec conservation de la contre-pression.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérise en ce que les pièces de pressage (2, 11) du dispositif de pressage (3, 9, 10) sont réalisées d'une façon susceptibles d'être chauffées.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les composants de colle (54) peuvent être chauffés.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérise en ce que les éléments de bois stratifié sont constitués de plusieurs planches individuelles (33, 34, 35) dont les joints de colle s'étendent de façon décalée par rapport à ceux d'un élément voisin.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de pressage (2, 11) du dispositif de pressage (3, 9, 10) sont réalisées d'une façon susceptibles d'être chauffées.
