Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à un support de cylindres pour la correction de l'écartement des cylindres d'un laminoir à cylindres multiples pour bandes. A cet effet, à chaque cylindre de travail (W1, W2) est associée au moins une rangée de galets de support R comportant des galets de support (4) répartis sur toute la longueur axiale du cylindre de travail (W1, W2) et pouvant tourner sur un axe de support (3) disposé dans le montant de laminoir (2). L'axe de support (3) s'appuie sur des selles de support (5) disposées entre les rouleaux de support (4) et portées par le montant de laminoir (2), la position de ces selles de support pouvant être réglée au moyen de dispositifs de réglage associés, au moyen d'organes de réglage K présentant des cales (6). Afin de corriger avec des efforts relativement minimes l'écartement des cylindres résultant des différentes déformations plastiques, le réglage de plusieurs organes de réglage K se fait par un seul organe correcteur commun (8-11).
