Claims (4)

  1. Hotte aspirante avec un filtre à graisse et un système d'aspiration pour appliquer une dépression sensiblement uniforme sur le filtre à graisse aux fins de faire passer les gaz, notamment l'air à épurer, à travers le filtre à graisse et avec une zone d'aspiration en amont du filtre à graisse que l'on peut modifier à l'aide de dispositifs de guidage d'air tels que des volets, des visières de type tiroir et similaires, caractérisée par le fait que les dispositifs (8) de guidage d'air sont équipés d'éléments de filtre (9) tournés vers le point de production des gaz à épurer, qui présentent une plus grande perméabilité et un pouvoir absorbant sensiblement plus faible par rapport au filtre à graisse (6) à proprement parler et par le fait que la zone desdits éléments de filtre (9) éloignée des gaz débouche sur le plan de l'écoulement, dans la région d'extraction du filtre à graisse (6) à proprement parler.
  2. Hotte aspirante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait la résistance à l'écoulement par unité de surface des éléments de filtre (9) est au moins égale ou inférieure à la moitié de la résistance à l'écoulement du filtre à graisse (6) à proprement parler.
  3. Hotte aspirante selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que le canal (10) formé entre la carrosserie du dispositif (8) de guidage d'air et l'élément de filtre (9), entre ledit élément de filtre (9) et le filtre principal (6) à proprement parler est fermé par un tablier-déflecteur (11).
  4. Hotte aspirante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que des éléments d'entrée (12) pour la commande de fonctions de la hotte aspirante (2) sont disposés dans la chambre d'écoulement entre l'un des éléments de filtre (9) et le filtre à graisse (6) à proprement parler.
