Claims (8)
- Système, constitué d'un dispositif de filtrage des émanations et d'une table de cuisson (2), destiné à extraire et à filtrer des émanations de cuisson en-dessous d'un plan d'une table de cuisson d'un meuble de cuisine (1), comprenant dans le plan de la table de cuisson au moins une ouverture d'admission (3) d'émanations de cuisson apte à être fermée, qui est affectée à proximité physique à la table de cuisson (2) et qui communique avec une unité conductrice d'air (10), le dispositif de filtrage des émanations comprenant un réservoir épurateur (6) dans lequel débouche l'ouverture d'admission (3) et dans lequel est placée une unité séparatrice des graisses (7) susceptible d'être traversée par les émanations de cuisson, le réservoir épurateur (6) comportant une ouverture d'évacuation de l'air dégraissé et dans une zone de fond inférieur (30), une évacuation des graisses séparées et d'un liquide nettoyant (21), caractérisé en ce que le réservoir épurateur (6) est muni d'au moins un point d'injection (29) du liquide nettoyant (21), en ce que le dispositif de filtrage des émanations comprend un module à liquide (20) pour un liquide nettoyant (21) diluant les graisses, le module à liquide (20) comprenant un réservoir à liquide (22), un système de chauffage (24) pour chauffer le liquide nettoyant (21), une pompe (25) et une conduite d'alimentation (23) du liquide nettoyant (21) vers l'au moins un point d'injection (29) sur l'unité séparatrice des graisses (7) dans laquelle est injecté le liquide nettoyant (21) chauffé.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité séparatrice des graisses (7) est conçue sous la forme d'un filtre à graisses ou séparateur centrifuge plat.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité séparatrice des graisses (7) est conçue sous la forme d'un filtre à graisses (40) rotatif, en forme de tambour.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'évacuation d'air dégraissé est apte à être fermée.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'évacuation dans la zone de fond inférieur (30) du réservoir épurateur (6) est reliée avec une conduite de recyclage (28).
- Système selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la conduite de recyclage (28) est reliée avec le réservoir épurateur (6).
- Procédé, destiné à extraire et à filtrer des émanations de cuisson au moyen d'un système constitué d'un dispositif de filtrage des émanations et d'une table de cuisson (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'extraction ayant lieu à proximité physique de la table de cuisson (2) et en-dessous d'un plan de table de travail d'un meuble de cuisine (1) et un flux d'air étant évacué au moyen d'une unité conductrice d'air (10), caractérisé en ce que le flux d'air (4) chargé en émanations de cuisson traverse une unité séparatrice des graisses (7) placée dans un réservoir épurateur (6) et circule ensuite à travers une ouverture d'évacuation dans l'unité conductrice d'air (10) et en ce que par la suite, l'unité séparatrice des graisses (7) est soumise par injection à un liquide nettoyant (6) chauffé à l'aide d'un système de chauffage (24) à une température d'action pour la dilution des graisses et à l'aide dudit liquide nettoyant, des graisses sont éliminées de l'unité séparatrice des graisses (7).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le liquide nettoyant (21) enrichi en graisses est évacué hors du réservoir épurateur (6).
