Definitions

  • the invention relates to a container made of a material which is shaped in a flowable state and is tested in a given shape and which is provided with a closure part.
  • Containers of this type are known in several versions.
  • a first version is implemented, for example, as a glass bottle with a screw-on plastic lid.
  • a second version is realized, for example, as a plastic container with a plug attached or screwed on.
  • a first variant and a second variant are also known for both versions.
  • the closure for removing a good is completely removed, for example unscrewed.
  • the closure consists of two parts, one of which is opened or removed to remove the goods from the container and the other remains attached to the container.
  • the goods are first filled or inserted into the container through the same opening in the container and then removed from the container.
  • the container and the closure unit are each manufactured separately because the container and the closure unit are never made of exactly the same material and because the shapes of the two parts are too different from one another.
  • this known structure of containers with closure units leads to the fact that the production of the container and closure unit takes place in parallel in a first step, that the first step is replaced by a second step in which the goods is filled or inserted into the container and that this is followed by a third step in which the closure unit is attached to the container.
  • the invention solves the problem of creating a container with a closure unit that is simpler and more economical and that has properties that can be optimally adapted to the requirements of the properties of the good or the inserted Are determined.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a method for producing such a container which is economical and which can be advantageously connected to the process of filling a good or object into the container.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a sealing function on the closure part.
  • the object is achieved in that the container with the closure part is produced essentially in one piece. More specifically, for example, the container itself and a closure part are both formed together in one piece and are preferably manufactured in the closed state. This also includes, for example, a hinge via which the closure part is movably attached to the container. A filling or insertion opening is left open in the container, which is only closed after the goods have been dropped or after an object has been inserted. There is thus also the possibility of designing and producing the closure part as a semi-finished product together with a part of the container. Later, ie with or shortly before the goods collapse, the container can be further developed and enlarged.
  • the system can be designed in such a way that it brings the goods and the material into an arrangement which is advantageous for the storage and handling of the goods. Since it is also possible in this way to create closure parts in which the closure part and the container are integrally connected to one another before the first opening of the closure part, the entire area around the closure unit can be kept absolutely tight, which makes it possible for the goods to be handled without problems Isolate from the environment for a long time without any further measures and thus avoid aging of the goods.
  • Figure 1 shows a container according to the invention with a container wall 1, which opens into a pouring part 2. This forms a pouring opening 3, which is closed by a closure part 4.
  • the closure part 4 is arranged on a hinge 5 so that it can move and move, but in particular can be folded on the pouring part 2.
  • Another, for example cylindrical wall 6 is connected to the container wall 1 or emerges therefrom. The wall 6 merges at the end 7 facing away from the container wall 1 into an edge 8 which is provided for fastening a cover 9. The cover 9 thus closes off a filling opening 10 and can be connected to the edge 8 in a fixed or removable manner be.
  • the closure part 4 consists of two materials.
  • a first material from which the pouring part 2 or container is made, continues from the latter beyond the hinge into the closure part, so that, for example, a so-called film hinge is formed.
  • the first material is surrounded by a second material.
  • the first material forms, for example, a solar break point, which is destroyed when the closure part is opened for the first time under the pressure of the second material.
  • FIG. 3 shows a container with a closure unit 26, which consists of a closure part 24, shown here in the closed state, and a pouring part 25, which is part of a cylindrical wall 27.
  • Figure 4 shows a container similar to that known from Figure 3. This is shown here with the closure part 24 open.
  • a hinge 28 here in an embodiment as is known, for example, from patent application EP-A-0,546,999, various sealing surfaces 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, and a predetermined breaking point 34a, 34b, which destroys the first time it is opened and thus indicates whether the closure part has already been opened.
  • a cam 35 serves as a positive fastening of the closure part 24 to the container when opening and closing several times.
  • an area 36 of a second material can also be seen here, that of the material in an area 37 and in the rest of the container may have different properties such as a different color.
  • Such a container can be used, for example, for a flowable material as well as for a single object such as a film roll.
  • a container can be used, for example, for a flowable material as well as for a single object such as a film roll.
  • Such could be introduced, for example, through an opening (not shown here) in the bottom of the container. This opening is then closed in such a way that it cannot be opened again, because this film roll is removed by the user via the opening covered by the closing part 24. Through this opening, it can also be returned to the container when the film is exposed and the container protects the film roll on the way to the photo laboratory. It can also be seen at the predetermined breaking point 34 whether the film has already been removed from the container.
  • Figure 5 shows a first step in the manufacture of a container according to the invention.
  • the starting point is a closure part which, as already described in patent application WO-A-93 / 05,945, is produced by injection molding.
  • the mold used is expanded to such an extent that, in addition to the casting of the cylindrical wall 1, the pouring part 2 and the closure part 4, as is known from the patent applications mentioned, the container wall 6 with the filling or insertion opening 10 is also cast.
  • the container is then removed from the casting mold and brought into a position, as shown in FIG. 6, and in which the goods can be filled or placed.
  • This step of filling or inserting is shown in FIG. 7, in which, for example, a filling device 38 is inserted into the filling opening 10.
  • the filling opening 10 is closed, which is done here by a cover 39.
  • FIG. 9 shows a further embodiment of a container according to the invention and a further possibility for its production.
  • the container now consists of a closure part 40, which is connected to the pouring part 42 or the container 41 via a hinge 43 as is known, for example, from EP-A-0,546,999.
  • a closure part 40 which is connected to the pouring part 42 or the container 41 via a hinge 43 as is known, for example, from EP-A-0,546,999.
  • the closure part 40, 42 with the pockets 44, 45 forms, for example, a semifinished product which can be temporarily stored or transported, which also takes up relatively little space and which can be formed into a container shortly before the goods are filled in. This allows containers with very different shapes to be produced from such a semi-finished product. The decision about the definitive shape can thus be postponed.
  • FIG. 10a shows a container 63 according to another embodiment.
  • the container 63 consists of an actual container part 64 and a closure 65. From FIG. 10b, when the closure 65 is open, it can be seen that the container 64 consists on the one hand of a curved front wall 66 and of a straight rear wall 67.
  • the closure 65 is, for example, via a combined hinge 68, which is formed on the one hand by a web or film 69, which connects the rear wall 67 to the closure 65 and, on the other hand, by joints 71, which are not visible here but are located in an axis 70, with the container 64 connected.
  • an annular element 72 is cast in the closure 65, which, for example, centers the content when the closure 65 is closed. When the closure 65 is closed, it overlaps with the upper edge 73 so that it forms sealing surfaces there and on its end face 74, their corresponding counter surfaces 75 and 76 lie in the closure 65.
  • FIG. 11a shows, shown in a block diagram, the method for producing the container and for dropping the goods or for inserting an object into the container.
  • Block 50 represents a system for manufacturing containers and filling or inserting goods. This system 50 is supplied with the container material via an inlet 51 and the goods or objects via an inlet 52. In the plant, the container is manufactured and filled in a known manner, and the system 50 delivers filled and closed containers via an outlet 53.
  • FIG. 11b shows the method according to the prior art.
  • This requires a system 54 for the production of unlocked containers and a system 55 for the production of closures, which receive container material and closure material via entrances 56 and 57.
  • These systems 54 and 55 deliver containers and closures separately to a system 60 for filling and closing the container via outputs 58 and 59.
  • the goods or objects are fed to this system 60 via a further input 61.
  • the system 60 delivers filled and closed containers via an outlet 62.
  • the comparison of the two FIGS. 11a and 11b shows that the method according to the invention is simpler since the independent systems 54 and 55 can be omitted.
  • the manufacture of the containers and the filling of the goods can now be carried out in an integrated system. This also eliminates the connections, transport routes, intermediate storage, etc. that are connected to the outputs 58 and 59.
  • the invention thus relates to containers which are provided for a good or for a single object.
  • the good or the object can be tipped out of the container or removed with a tool such as a spoon or a pair of pliers.
