Description
Claims (4)
- Zerstäuber für einen Ölbrenner mit einer das Öl und einer ein Zerstäubungsmedium führenden Zuführungsleitung (1, 2), die zu einer in einem Düsenkopf (5) gebildeten und mit Austrittsbohrungen (18) versehenen Mischkammer (16) führen, wobei die das Zerstäubungsmedium führende Zuführungsleitung (2) zusätzlich mit den Austrittsbohrungen (18) der Mischkammer (16) in Verbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung Bohrungen (22) enthält, die schräg durch den Düsenkopf (5) hindurchgeführt sind, daß die Austrittsbohrungen (18) zwei Abschnitte mit unterschiedlichem Querschnitt aufweisen und daß die Bohrungen (22) unter einem Winkel Y-artig jeweils in den austrittsseitig liegenden Abschnitt mit dem größeren Querschnitt der Austrittsbohrungen (18) münden.
- Zerstäuber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsbohrungen (18, 18') gruppenweise angeordnet sind und daß die Längsachsen der Austrittsbohrungen (18, 18') jeder Gruppe einen unterschiedlichen Winkel zur Längsachse des Zerstäubers bilden.
- Zerstäuber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsbohrungen (18) beiderseits der Längsmittelebene des Zerstäubers einen unterschiedlich großen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Zerstäuber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Mischkammer (16) umschließende Düsenkopf (5) aus mehreren Teilen besteht, die durch eine Überwurfmutter (9) verbunden sind und daß von den den Düsenkopf (5) durchdringenden, das Zerstäubungsmedium führenden Bohrungen (20, 22) Querbohrungen (23) ausgehen, die nach außen in den Zwischenraum zwischen dem Düsenkopf (5) und der Überwurfmutter (9) geführt sind.
