Description

  • Für den Transport und die Lagerung von Waren hat sich die Palette allgemein durchgesetzt. Insbesondere die europäische Normung der Vierweg-Flachpalette hat hierzu beigetragen. Ihr Vorteil besteht einmal darin, daß sie als Tauschpalette eingesetzt und gebräuchliche Fördermittel verwendet werden können und zum anderen darin, daß ihr konstruktiver Aufbau verhältnismäßig einfach ist.
  • Die aus Holz gefertigten Paletten haben den Nachteil, daß sie bei Verwendung in Betrieben, in denen sie hoher Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt werden, z.B. in Brauereien, nur eine sehr kurze Lebensdauer besitzen und in manchen Fällen schon nach zweimaligem Gebrauch ersetzt werden müssen. Es sind daher auch schon Paletten aus Blech gefertigt worden. Diese Paletten haben, abgesehen davon, daß sie den Normen nicht entsprechen, den Nachteil, daß ihre Festigkeit dem rauhen Betrieb nicht genügt oder daß ihr Gewicht zu hoch ist. Dies gilt z.B. auch für die in der europäischen Patentschrift 0015576 oder in der US-Patentschrift 2.306.752 beschriebenen Paletten. Die nach der europäischen Patentschrift 0015576 hergestellte Palette besteht aus wellenartig abgekanteten Blechen. Sie wird aus nur einer Blechplatine hergestellt, deren Enden zu kastenartigen Hohlkörpern abgekantet sind. Die Hohlkörper bilden somit auch die Seitenwände der Palette. Derartige Paletten entsprechen einerseits nicht der Norm, andererseits genügen sie in bestimmten Anwendungsfällen nicht der Forderung an die Festigkeit, es sei denn die Blechstärke wird erhöht, was wiederum ein zu hohes Gewicht zur Folge hat.
  • Darüber hinaus ist eine Blechpalette vorgeschlagen worden, die aus gewellten Blechstreifen gleichen Wellenquerschnittes besteht, bei denen die außenliegenden Endbereiche der Seitenwände zu dreiecksförmigen Hohlprofilen umgebogen und an ihren Enden mit den Seitenwänden fest verbunden sind. Die letztgenannten Paletten genügen den Anforderungen an Festigkeit, haben aber den Nachteil, daß eine große Zahl Schweißverbindungen erforderlich ist, die ihrerseits wiederum den Korrosionsschutz der üblicherweise zur Anwendung kommenden verzinkten Bleche stark beeinträchtigt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, eine nach den Normen der Vierweg-Flachpalette gefertigte Blechpalette herzustellen, bei der die Zahl der Verbindungen für die einzelnen Palettenteile vermindert bzw. ihre Ausdehnung verkleinert wird, wodurch die Angriffsflächen für Korrosionen stark reduziert werden. Darüber hinaus wird der Arbeitsaufwand für die Herstellung der Palette verkleinert und die Festigkeit der Palette gegenüber den bekannten Lösungen ohne Steigerung des Gewichts erhöht.
  • Wie bei der vorerwähnten Palette besteht die neue Blechpalette aus in der Querschnittsform gleichen gewellten Schienen und Traghohlkörpern. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Außenkanten der Schienen zu im Querschnitt konischen geschlossenen und fest verbundenen Hohlkörpern ausgebildet sind und daß die annähernd quaderförmigen Traghohlkörper an Zwei oberen gegenüberliegenden Kanten der Seitenwände und im rechten Winkel dazu an zwei unteren gegenüberliegenden Kanten der Seitenwände Ausnehmungen entsprechend dem Querschnitt der Schienen aufweisen, so daß diese formschlüssig, zentrierend in die Traghohlkörper einpaßbar sind.
  • Der besondere Vorteil der Erfindung beruht darauf, daß die formschlüssige und zentrierende Ausbildung der Schienen mit konischen Hohlkörpern und dazu passenden Ausnehmungen in den praktisch quaderförmigen Traghohlkörpern die Festigkeit erhöht. Die Biegebeanspruchung wird stark reduziert.
  • Darüber hinaus können als Verbindungsmittel für die neue Palette Druckfügungen vorgesehen werden, was die Stellen erhöhter Korrosionsgefahr praktisch auf ein Mindestmaß senkt. Die Anwendung von Druckfügungen als Verbindung ist bei der neuen Palette besonders dann vorteilhaft, wenn die Tragkörper mehrteilig ausgebildet werden, wobei auch hierfür speziell abgekantete z.B. gewellte Blechstreifen verwendet werden können.
  • Zur näheren Erläuterung wird auf die Zeichnung verwiesen.
  • Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 ein Gesamtbild der Blechpalette
    • Fig. 2 a, b, die Querschnittsform einer Schiene.
    • Fig. 3 einen zweiteiligen Traghohlkörper in Explosionsdarstellung.
    • Fig. 4 eine Eckverbindung der Blechpalette.
  • In Figur 1 ist die erfindungsgemäße Blechpalette perspektivisch dargestellt. Auf den zwei Bodenrandschienen 1 und der Bodenmittelschiene 3 sind die neuen Traghohlkörper 7, 8 aufgesetzt. Rechtwinklig zu den Bodenrandschienen 1 und der Bodenmittelschiene 3 sind drei Querschienen 4 von oben in die Ausnehmungen der Traghohlkörper 7, 8 eingefügt. Auf den Querschienen 4 sind parallel zu den Bodenrand- und der Bodenmittelschienen 1, 3 zwei Deckrandschienen 2, zwei Deckinnenschienen 6 und eine Deckmittelschiene 5 angeordnet. Die feste Verbindung zwischen den Schienen 1-6 und den Traghohlkörpern 7, 8 werden vorteilhaft durch Druckfügungen hergestellt.
  • Zum Schutz der Schienen 1-6 gegen Beschädigungen durch Fördermittel können diese mit Schutzblechen 12 jeweils zwischen zwei Traghohlkörpern abgedeckt werden. Die dargestellte Blechpalette entspricht in ihren Abmessungen den Normen für die europäische Tauschpalette (vgl. Ö-NORM A 5300).
  • Figur 2 zeigt eine der möglichen Querschnittsformen der Schienen 1-6. An einem U-förmig ausgebildeten Schienenteil 13 schließen sich rechts und links je ein waagerechter Schienenteil 14 an. Der Endbereich des waagerechten Schienenteils 14 ist jeweils nach unten zu einem Dreieck mit Befestigungslappen 15 abgebogen. Je nach Wahl kann dabei der Befestigungslappen 15 oberhalb (Fig. 2a) oder unterhalb (Fig. 2b) des waagerechten Schienenteils 14 liegen. Durch Druckfügungen werden diese Befestigungslappen 15 fest mit dem waagerechten Schienenteil 14 verbunden. Es entsteht somit an den Außenkanten der Schienen 1-6 ein im Querschnitt konischer und geschlossener Hohlkörper. Anstelle eines dreieckförmigen Querschnittes kann auch jeder andere konische z.B. ein trapezförmiger Querschnitt vorgesehen werden.
  • Der in Explosionsdarstellung gezeigte zweiteilige Traghohlkörper 7 nach Figur 3 besteht aus den Teilhohlkörpern 9, 10. Diese bestehen aus abgekanteten U-förmigen Blechen mit zwei Schenkeln 16, 17. Im Mittelbereich sind die Seitenwände 18, 19 U-förmig eingebogen. Die Breite der U-förmigen Einbiegung 20, 21 entspricht der Breite des U-förmigen Schienenteils 13. An der Oberkante der Seitenwände 18, 19 sind entsprechend dem Querschnitt der Querschienen 4 dreieckförmige Ausnehmungen 22 ausgeschnitten. Im U-förmigen Bereich der Seitenwände 19, 20 sind oben Befestigungslappen 24, 25 rechtwinklig nach außen abgekantet, so daß die Querschiene 4 in die Seitenwände 18, 19 des Traghohlkörpers 7 einpaßbar ist. Die Befestigungslappen 24 können auch als einzelne Winkelbleche ausgebildet sein. Die Schenkel 16, 17 der Teilhohlkörper 9, 10 werden mittels der Winkelbleche 26 miteinander verbunden. So entstehen zwei weitere Seitenwände 16, 17, 26, die an ihrer unteren Kante Ausnehmungen 27, 28 aufweisen entsprechend dem Querschnitt der Bodenrandschiene 1 und Bodenmittelschiene 3.
  • Zum besseren Verständnis des konstruktiven Zusammenbaus der erfindungsgemäßen Blechpalette ist in Figur 4 eine Eckverbindung der Blechpalette dargestellt.
  • Am Boden befindet sich die Bodenrandschiene 1, auf deren Ende ist der Traghohlkörper 7 entsprechend seinen Ausnehmungen 27, 28 aufgesetzt. Die Bodenrandschiene 1 ist mit Hilfe der Winkelbleche 26 mit dem Traghohlkörper 7 durch Druckfügungen verbunden.
  • In die oberen Ausnehmungen 22 und die U-förmige Einbiegung 20, 21 ist die Querschiene 4 eingepaßt, die ihrerseits an den abgebogenen Befestigungslappen 24, 25 befestigt ist. Auf der Querschiene 4 ist rechtwinklig die Deckrandschiene 2 befestigt.
  • Durch die Ausbildung der Außenkanten der Schienen 1-6 zu geschlossenen Hohlkörpern wird die Festigkeit der Schienen erheblich vergrößert. Die konische Ausbildung - in der Zeichnung dreieckförmig - hat durch ihre formschlüssige Aufnahme in den Traghohlkörpern 7, 8 eine zentrierende Wirkung und erhöht somit die Stabilität der Blechpalette.
  • Die durchgehende Anwendung der Druckfügungen erhöht die Korrosionsfestigkeit bei beschichteten Blechen und vermindert den Arbeitsaufwand.
  • Ein besonderer Vorteil der beschriebenen Traghohlkörper 7, 8 besteht darin, daß in den Einbiegungen 20, 21 elektronische Automatisierungsmittel wie Sensoren und Sender untergebracht werden können. In diesem Fall müssen gegebenenfalls die Traghohlkörper 7, 8 aus nicht magnetischem Material, z.B. aus Aluminium hergestellt werden.

Claims (6)

1. Vierweg-Blechpalette, die aus in der Querschnittsform gleichen, gewellten Schienen und Traghohlkörpern aufgebaut ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenkanten der Schiene 1-6 zu im Querschnitt konischen geschlossenen und fest verbundenen Hohlkörpern ausgebildet sind und daß die annähernd quaderförmigen Traghohlkörper 7, 8 an zwei oberen gegenüberliegenden Kanten der Seitenwände 18, 19 und im rechten Winkel dazu an zwei unteren gegenüberliegenden Kanten der Seitenwände 16, 17 Ausnehmungen 22, 27, 28 entsprechend dem Querschnitt der Schienen 1-6 aufweisen, so daß diese formschlüssig zentrierend in die Traghohlkörper 7, 8 einpaßbar sind.
2. Vierweg-Blechpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konischen Hohlkörper der Schienen 1-6 im Querschnitt dreiecksförmig ausgebildet sind.
3. Vierweg-Blechpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traghohlkörper 7, 8 mehrteilig aufgebaut sind.
4. Vierweg-Blechpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traghohlkörper 7, 8 zur Verbindung mit den Schienen 1-6 angeformte Laschen 24, 25 und/oder einzelne Winkelbleche 25 aufweisen.
5. Vierweg-Blechpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Verbindungen innerhalb der Schienen 1-6 und innerhalb der Traghohlkörper 7, 8 sowie für die Verbindungen zwischen Schienen 1-6 und Traghohlkörpern 7, 8 Druckfügungen vorgesehen sind.
6. Vierweg-Blechpalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schienen 1-6 im Bereich zwischen den Traghohlkörpern 7, 8 mit Schutzblechen 12 versehen sind.
