Claims (7)
- Procédé pour vider un conteneur collecteur d'ordures (1) par évacuation d'air, dans lequel le conteneur collecteur d'ordures est raccordé par une première vanne (4) à une conduite (3) d'amenée des ordures, constituée sous la forme par exemple d'un vide-ordures agencé dans un immeuble à plusieurs appartements, le conteneur collecteur d'ordures peut être raccordé, par une deuxième ouverture (5) commandée par vanne prévue dans le fond du conteneur, à une conduite d'enlèvement des ordures et cette dernière peut à son tour être raccordée à une chambre collectrice d'ordures mobile, dont le volume d'air peut être évacué pour engendrer un effet d'aspiration nécessaire, dans lequel l'intérieur du conteneur peut être relié à l'air atmosphérique par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une autre ouverture (8 ; 9) commandée par vanne, caractérisé par les étapes d'évacuation suivantes, après le raccordement du conteneur à la chambre collectrice mobile :a) la première vanne est ouverte au moins pendant la première étape d'évacuation,b) pendant une deuxième étape d'évacuation, après avoir réalisé au moins un vide partiel dans le conteneur, on introduit de l'air atmosphérique sous les sacs poubelles présents dans la zone collectrice du conteneur,c) dans une troisième étape d'évacuation, on guide un autre flux d'air atmosphérique vers l'intérieur du conteneur au-dessus de la zone collectrice des ordures.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pendant la première étape d'évacuation, on ouvre et ferme répétitivement la première vanne (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après la première étape d'évacuation, on ferme la première vanne (4) pendant l'évacuation initiale d'air du conteneur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pendant tout le processus de vidange, on introduit un flux d'air atmosphérique dans le conteneur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'acheminement continuel d'air atmosphérique au volume intérieur du récipient est obtenu par le fait que la première vanne (4) est légèrement ouverte pendant tout le processus d'évacuation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit autre flux d'air atmosphérique est obtenu pendant la troisième étape d'évacuation par le fait que la première vanne (4) est ouverte et/ou le flux d'air atmosphérique est acheminé à travers une ouverture (9) commandée par vanne, présente dans la partie supérieure du conteneur, c'est-à-dire au-dessus de la zone collectrice d'ordures.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que toutes les manoeuvres des vannes sont commandées automatiquement par le véhicule de ramassage des ordures pendant le processus de vidange.
