Definitions
- the invention relates to an eaves ventilation element consisting of a strip profile, which is designed as a ventilation grille, with spacers on a first long side of the strip profile are provided separable and on a second long side an eaves comb is formed.
- Eaves ventilation profiles are used for ventilation on the roof and it is necessary that these profiles match those created by them Protect the space between dirt and small animals.
- Known eaves ventilation profiles must be sent to the construction site Eaves course can be adjusted, usually by gutters is interrupted irregularly. For the sake of simplicity most gutters are not flush with the eaves, but they are attached to the eaves slat. In the past you had to use the well-known eaves ventilation profiles interrupt each on the gutter or you had to on this Provide a recess on the eaves ventilation profile.
- a Cut-out in the well-known eaves ventilation profiles in the area the gutter is therefore necessary so that the upper edge of the known eaves ventilation profiles straight along a roof can run. Adjusting or bumping eaves ventilation profiles on the flanks of gutters or the creation of Exact cutouts for gutters on the construction site is time-consuming and is for a quick and exact laying of this Eaves ventilation profiles a hindrance.
- a eaves ventilation profile has become known from DE-C-40 06 864 C1, that's a basic profile with air passage openings has, on the comb-like protruding flexible fingers are molded and provided with spacers on the underside is.
- spacers at the base of the basic profile at a distance from each other provided that with the base through a thin Bending joint are pivotally connected, the spacers in the position pivoted towards the underside of the base by means of of a locking element encompass part of the base, and the have a height which is at least the thickness of on the Roof structure to be determined corresponds to gutter brackets.
- the well-known eaves ventilation profile thus has the advantage on that even with an irregular position of gutters, the eaves ventilation profiles can be laid quickly and in a straight line, by swiveling the spacer in the area of the gutter iron and breaks off from the basic profile.
- the object of the present invention is an eave ventilation element to be designed so that it is laid in a straight line Can compensate for unevenness on the eaves board and that Eaves ventilation element easy to manufacture and on site is easy to use.
- the eaves ventilation element according to the invention thus has the essential Advantage that it with little effort worker busy laying on the eaves slab and adaptable to the gutters attached to the eaves slat is. Occurs when laying the eaves ventilation element according to the invention an obstacle in the form of a gutter iron on, the spacer with a simple handle turned without significant effort, and spanned the eaves ventilation element according to the invention pressure-free the gutter.
- the spacers in a height that corresponds to the thickness of a gutter iron so is the eave ventilation element according to the invention stable on the gutter and the gutter serves that Eaves ventilation element as support.
- the eaves ventilation element is advantageously in the area the spacer can also be attached to the eaves slat, in for example a nail through the through holes is struck.
- the through hole the strip profile is formed in a crossbar of the strip profile, the crossbar is a base plate with a cover plate of the strip profile connects.
- eaves ventilation elements on the eaves ventilation element can be form-fitted. Become the eaves ventilation elements manufactured in manageable lengths, so it is advantageous if the eaves ventilation elements to bridge the The entire roof length can be put together easily and appropriately are.
- the eaves ventilation elements preferably have a length of approx. one meter and are over this length with approx. 12 spacers Mistake. This is for a stable circulation the eaves slat is sufficient and over the spacers a stable connection with the eaves slat on the one hand and the roofing tiles adjacent on the other side possible.
- a eaves comb is formed on the eaves ventilation element consists of a large number of strips attached to the strip profile are resiliently molded.
- the spacers are wide Contact surface are formed with which they are on the eaves board lie on.
- a large contact area ensures that the spacer during a fastening process of the eaves ventilation element not indefinitely strong in the eaves slat pushes in.
- the eaves ventilation element made of a weatherproof Made of plastic.
- the created one Eaves ventilation element light in weight and also simple in Injection molding process can be produced and secondly in the area permanent and safe ventilation is created in an eaves become.
- the invention is shown in the drawing and is based on of exemplary embodiments explained in more detail.
- the strip profile 11 comprises a base plate 12, on which transverse webs 13 are formed.
- the crosspieces 13 are covered by a cover plate 14.
- the base plate 12 as well as the cover plate 14 are materially connected to the crosspieces 13.
- the adjacent transverse webs 13 are connected to one another via longitudinal webs 15 and spaced apart from one another.
- a ventilation cross section of approx. 200 cm 2 per m ensures good ventilation of a roof.
- Through holes 16 are provided on the strip profile 11, via which the strip profile 11 can be attached to adjacent eaves slats. The attachment is usually done via nails, which are punched through the through holes 16.
- Spacers are spaced apart from one another on the base plate 12 18 provided the materially with the base 12 are connected.
- the spacers 18 also have one Through hole 19, which with the through hole 16 of the Strip profile 11 is consistently aligned.
- a fastener for example a nail, penetrates both the strip profile 11 as well as the spacer 18.
- the cover plate 14 20 integrally formed, which consists of resilient strips 21.
- the strips 21 are spaced apart and over the entire Length of the eaves ventilation element 10 is provided. To the The free ends of the strips 21 are rounded.
- the Strips 21 are arranged on the strip profile 11 at an angle, which enables the individual strips 21 even with different roof pitches and different Roof covering plate contours on the roof covering plates fit flush and firmly.
- the spacers 18 are via an annular section 22 materially connected to the strip profile 11.
- the Eaves ventilation element 10 is preferably made of a weather-resistant and impact-resistant plastic.
- the material thickness of the annular section 22 is selected such that the spacer 18 on the one hand firmly and safely and also is captively attached to the base plate 12 and on the other hand if necessary with minimal effort in the direction of the arrow 23 can be turned off from the base plate 12.
- Fig. 2 shows a section II-II of Fig. 1.
- the connection of the spacer 18 with the strip profile 11 shown, provided with crossbars 13 and a longitudinal web 15 is.
- the through holes 16, 19 are in constant alignment and on the spacer 18 is the annular section 22 trained.
- the connection between spacers 18 and Strip profile 11 is chosen so that the plastic material when the spacer 18 is rotated on the base plate 12 tears.
- the demolition creates a flat surface on the base plate 12 created in the region of the through hole 16.
- the spacer 18 has a T-shaped profile in cross section. With this profile, a bearing surface 23 is created over the the eaves ventilation element 10 areal on an eaves slat can rest and not even under increased pressure presses into the eaves slab material in an indefinable way.
- the roof can be laid quickly and precisely in the area of the eaves and the time-consuming insertion of gutters into the existing wooden structure is no longer necessary.
- the spacers 18 bridge a gutter and if the spacers 18 interfere, they are turned off.
- the eaves ventilation element 10 is thus universally applicable and can simply be nailed or pegged onto an eaves slab or eaves plank.
- the recess for gutters is preferably 7 x 41 mm and the element height without eaves comb is 30 mm.
- the distance for the fastening means is preferably 50 mm and the ventilation grille on the strip profile 11 is designed such that a ventilation cross section of approximately 200 m 2 per meter is maintained.
- the eave ventilation element 10 can be used for profiled wedge-shaped roofing materials as well as for flat wedge-shaped roofing materials. Due to the special structure of the ventilation grille, fewer support points are required on the eaves batten per linear meter of eave ventilation element 10. Thus, the effort of fastening is reduced.
